Rented a 10 foot van to move a scooter. Their utilization of smartphones was a big change since last renting a U-Haul. Overall a five star experience!

The staff there are some of the best! Area is safe and clean.They are always willing to help the customer get what they need to have a peaceful move. I know this because I work there! I give the service I want for myself and its always the best!

They have hundreds of trucks!.... that you cant even rent.Staff is friendly... to each other.You wont wait long if you call the 1-800 number... because the call drops immediately.The website does its job... at being misleading. So I left a misleading review with a misleading high rating of two stars.

Wow what a site, the old Harley building has really turned into a state of the art storage facility. It’s for sure a one stop shop here!!

Seriously blown away by this uhaul storage location. Place is kept ridiculously clean and organized with all painted surfaces looking fresh and clean and concrete in great shape. Storage areas that you drive inside to access are top notch and really an example on how the storage/moving companies should be operated. Very impressed.

Learn to provide accurate informationPreferred location was New Berlin, WI for a 15 truck. When I called Uhaul to verify a truck was still ready for my moving date (because no one from Uhaul gave me a call confirming.......) I was notified the moving truck would be in Watertown, WI (an hour drive one way). Instead of Uhaul providing the correct size truck I reserved, they set me up with a 10 truck which did not fit the whole apartment I was moving out of.When I called Uhaul to notify them of this situation, they booked me a 15 truck that was now a 2 hour (drive one way) away, and informed me that the 10 truck charge was incorrect and should have been $200 less......Uhaul also advised that the 2 wheel tow dolly was toooo heavy to be moved by a human and would require me to make a second trip to Uhaul after packing the truck in order to get the dolly attached........later to find out the tow dolly can easily be moved by a 100lb woman................very disappointed.....

We had wanted a 15’ truck but settled on 20’ when that wasn’t available so we were already disappointed at over paying. At check in we were never told our truck was actually 26’. They did this because the truck was originally from De Pere and needed to get it back there ... and that’s where we were going. So we were doing Uhaul a favor by getting the truck back to it’s original location - not asked if we felt comfortable with a truck that was 10’ larger than what we requested/needed and not offered a discount for transporting it for them. Terrible to do to a customer!

Friendly and helpful. Easy return of 26 foot truck and car trailer. Even let us park the loaded truck at their facility overnight. Safer the being parked on city street. Highly recommend this location.

Excellent communication over the phone it was very easy to reserve a truck, and when I picked it up and dropped it off the process was very smooth. No issues with the vehicle either. If I needed a truck again I would come back to this location.

No problems with this U-Haul. The Online check in worked well; the staff were friendly and helpful; and they all wore masks which made me feel safe.I recommend this U -Haul and I will use them again.

I was asked by Uhaul to change my drop off location due to the truck I had needing scheduled maintenance. So this morning I drove 40 minutes out of my way to do this and then I was charged for gas and mileage to do so. It was unreal. I will never use Uhaul again. My time is precious and this is my reward for being nice.

This customer service was absolutely terrible ! I am very disappointed about how they treated me. The employees literally sat and gave me horrible attitude. Especially Shawn, all I wanted was to rent a U-haul and Shawn and the two young ladies in there were just disrespectful. They would have a friendly conversation with each other and then when I asked for help they replied with “WHAT!”. I am never coming here again, this is unacceptable. How could treat a human being like this. If I was the employer all of them would be fired.

I have had a storage room at the Curry Park Uhaul for 3 years and it has been excellent in every way. Very large facility. Maintained extremely well interiorly and exteriorly. The facility can be accessed 24/7 and is very secure. Management and workers are friendly and very helpful with any needs or concerns. I highly recommend Uhaul at Curry Park. Lewis Hill Sr.

Ran extremely smooth!! Took 3-5 minutes to get in and out, and thats only due to them having to tell you important info! Would highly recommend this location!!

Its a little weird that everything is done by phone and email no paperwork do everything online go there get what you ordered and on your way over all their equipment is top-notch clean always in good working order and for the price you cant go wrong

A definite must if you have a Harley, car, truck, boat, semi. Someone even had an airplane stored. Heated, secure, cameras, 24 hour access. This is the old Harley-Davidson manufacturing plant. Still can smell the odor of parts. Pretty cool inside. Check it out.

I wasn’t inform about a $21 after hour return fee on my tow dolly, just that I had to check it in online... which I had trouble doing that so I decided I’ll just call Uhual in the morning and let them know that it had been return the night before and hopefully everything was ok. But I guess that early return fee applies.

The owner Ken and the customer service representative Marilyn were our saving grace yesterday after I massively underestimated how big of a uhaul I needed for my move. They listened to my issues, displayed professionalism and exemplary customer service and in the end found a solution that worked for everyone. If youre looking to use uhaul, do not talk to anyone except ken and his team. That level of customer service is a very rare commodity and it was a refreshing experience that I will pass onto everyone that asks.

Rented a truck from here yesterday, all three ladies there were incredibly nice! They went above and beyond to help me with what I needed.

I’m going to be straight forward- after multiple times of reservation issues, where I reserve a unit and I get a call an hour or two before I am supposed to pickup my rental that they tell me they don’t have it. My last visit I had to deal with one staff member who was trying to help, while the other just acted like their mistake was my problem to solve. I’ve spent more time driving across town, wasting gas, to locate my rental reservations. Due to all the frustration and troubles, I ended up buying my own unit- which should indicate a lot.

This UHaul location and staff were very helpful and efficient in setting up my storage space. The location was very clean and well lit. The staff member that I spoke with over the phone and then on site was professional, courteous and kind. Much appreciation to her.

Shianne was great. This u-haul is my favorite location to come to they have a good variety of product. Very helpful staff.

This is the place to rent a U-Haul truck. Very efficient and business-like. Top quality equipment, easy in and out. At the old Harley Davidson plant on west Capitol. They also have climate controlled storage.

Clean store and storage units, good service. Reserved a truck in advance for my move, and was able to use the free month of storage to store boxes during the month leading up to the move.

So this storage seems a little more expensive than some of the others but the fact that its inside out of the weatherabsolutely makes it worth the little bit of extra cost. I enjoy being able to drive right up to my locker unload everything and then just drive right out without having to worry about anyting else or the security of the place.

These folks are great. They definitely went above and beyond to help locate a trailer I needed. Even called me to make sure it was working out. It’s not the closest store to me but I will always call them first.

Literally best uhaul location Ive ever been to,which Ive been to frequently. Its also the newest location at only 4 years old. Good customer service and both reps were around 18 years old, which is a world record for Uhaul. Most of their employees are 30 years older. They did well, though.

Had to get a midsize moving truck. Was very easy to get pretty inexpensive and easy to return. Its definitely an easy route to go if you need to rent a moving truck

I cannot believe any business should earn such a low rating. The customer service was less than deplorable. I was half heartedly helped by someone Saturday morning who may have gotten higher than a Georgia Pine Friday night. I was initially greeted as if i owed money to a thug. A bit later while looking at the needed 6x12 i needed for a three hour journey this person simply vanished without a trace leaving me alone in the yard. I reenter the office to find this person sitting doing nothing. I was asked what i wanted to do? I expressed my desire to never rent anything ever from this location ever due to the service. He actually found this funny. I let him know it was not a joke and with this type mindset, perhaps he should not work here. I had to venture two other Uhaul stores to find another enclosed 6x12 for a one way three hour drive to which i was unnecessarily put behine time. Please stop hiring hoodrats where customer service is paramount. Sorry but, this was my true experience with this location. I have rented two trailers since this encounter. You must be doing something right but, not at this location.

Rented a pickup truck for some 10 ft timbers I needed. Rented it on line to reserve it. Truck was clean and seemed like it was brand new. Management was very kind and friendly.

Great location right off Capitol and Hwy 45. It was my first time there and they knew who I was before I identified myself and service was respectful and friendly. The job of installing a trailer hitch was completed as expected.

Uhaul disappoints again. We made a reservation but they didnt have a trailer we could use. Their solution was for us to drive 40 minutes away to pick it up. Always remember that a uhaul reservation means nothing to them.
