The leader there cares for his people and it truly shows. Always clean bathrooms. The windshield washer buckets never are empty or frozen,. Ive driven out of my way more then once to use this convenience store and always go here when in Waverly.

A client of mine (recovering alcoholic of 6 years) had stopped in to purchase non-alcoholic beer and was harrased by employee Susan AND Waverly police officer Curt Hansel about not having their ID for the purchase when Iowa Code Sectio. 123.3 CLEARLY states it isnt required for beverages containing less than .5% alcohol by volume.Are your employees not required to pass an I-PACT test?As for the local police.... thats a whole different story.

Very clean gas station/convenience store. Food was hot and fresh. The bathrooms did not smell like they should be in a gas station/convenience store. I was asked by the employees if I need any help to find what I was looking for,. Thy even offered to make fresh new sandwiches if I wanted.

This road trip stop was fantastic. The store is unbelievable clean. Many varieties of high quality coffee, and any kind of goods and supplies. The staff is awesome. I wish we could pass by again soon.

Kwik star is a great gas station and food store. The pork egg rolls are GREAT and the sandwiches are good. The staff is helpful and friendly.

This place, intentionally, doesnt provide gas receipt at the pumps so you have to go inside in hopes you will buy some over priced food items! I will avoid them in the future. It really sucked when it was -30 degrees and very windy!

This is by far the best Kwik Star Ive ever been to manager knows what he is doing and should be promoting immediately very helpful do not have to wait in line very long this guy knows what hes doing when hes running his store unlike the two other quick stars in Waverly they should learn from him!!!

Three people behind counter, no customers.No toilet paper or soap in womens restroom. After using the facility, I mentioned to a woman behind the counter that the restroom needed toilet paper and soap; she responded with a dumb look. Hmmm.
