Some of the worst customer service I have dealt with. Came out on a Friday and said he will need to check on the parts and will get me an estimate. No problem there at all.Never heard back so I called Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and finally go them to give me an estimate on Thursday.Never got a call back after leaving messages. Never got anyone to call me back even after they said I will have an estimate to you before the day endsAnd April Copper is by far the worst person to deal will.Service department SUCKS!

Great family owned business. We will always pick a place like CA Wilson over big box stores.Blanton did a great job helping us pick out what we needed. Delivery and installation of appliances and our bed was done on time and quickly.

Fabulous! We needed a new dryer, walked in, greeted by staff, had a new dryer picked out and paid for, loaded and on our way within 15 minutes!! Highly recommend checking them out, lots of products to choose from, good prices and friendly,helpful staff. All major appliances in top brands!

My son, a student at SAGU who lives off campus needed a Washer/Dryer. I got online and started looking at big box stores expecting a 1..2.. purchase. In today’s environment everything was either 1-2 months back ordered or they weren’t sure when they would get what I was looking for. So I called ‘Local’ appliance sales and got C A Wilson and spoke with the sweetest Mary Ann. She took my number, said let me see what I have available and I’ll call you back. Approximately 20 minutes later told me what she had, and we finalized the deal and the set was delivered today and is exactly what was wanted. Guys big stores CAN be convenient, please give local a chance. They really believe in customer service. Oh and it was less expensive than the big box. Win! Win! Been trading with Wisons for years. Service department does a great job from new installs to repairs. Always very professional when they deliver and install or repairs. They are trustable!

The people are well informed, friendly and helpful. If they dont have it, cant order it or it is outside their services theyll point you in the right direction to find what you need. A long time institution in Ellis County and family owned and run. Keep business local.

Groovy place a bit off the main road but wow stuff in a lot newer and looks good too ....that is the appliances they have used and new items.

Was in need of an upright freezer, found one online from Frys in Arlington. Lowes and Home Depot would not price match outside of Waxahachie. C.A. Wilsons never hesitated to match. My new freezer will be delivered in 2 days. Thanks for your willingness to make not only a sale but, a customer.

Thank you April and CA Wilson Co for being a company of integrity. I stopped in one morning to schedule a service call for our extra fridge and spoke with April. She asked what it was doing and she told me it had gone into defrost mode and to unplug it for overnight. We did that and it fixed the issue. Thank you April and CA Wilson Company for your kindness when you could have easily had a technician come out on a service call. Thats why we like doing business local.

My purchase of a dishwasher was as smooth as ever. My salesman was very respectful and not pushy. The scheduled install was done promptly by a stellar employee who was incredibly efficient and thorough, all while respecting my home. Product was in perfect condition.

I purchased a brand new Frigidaire model # FFHB2750TS6 manufactured on 01/19 from CA Wilson in August of 2019 because they promised a quicker delivery than the big box stores. I specifically wanted a duel ice maker fridge for our large family. I selected the fridge and set up a delivery date. On that date the fridge was delivered, however, the salesman neglected to tell me the bottom ice maker would take another week or two and require an install date when it came in. The fridge worked fine until the bottom ice maker was installed, after it was installed the bottom freezer door would not close properly and as a result the ice maker would thaw ice and cause build up in the bottom and side of the freezer. I called for a repairmen to fix it and the first attempt to the freezer door repair worked for two weeks and started doing it aging. I called again and another repairman came out and said the door rails needed to e replaced and that he would order them to be installed at a later date when they came in. A week or two later they cam in and the problem was resolved with no further problems. Finally everything is installed and working as intended for 2 months or so and the upper fridge door ice maker stops working, we were getting water, but no ice. I call and they send a guy out and he says the line froze during the install of our Water Softener/conditioner and thaws the line and we have a fully functional fridge again. One week later the fridge ice make quits again and I call and speak to Justin on a Tuesday morning, not the normal lady (April) that has taken most of my calls previously (5 at that point I believe) and I request a Friday appoint for family convenience and Friday comes and I get no call all week about an appointment time so I call Friday at noon and the April says there was no service call set up for me for Friday and the next available appointment would be the following Monday. I explained that was unacceptable because Justin told me Friday and requested her to talk it over with him and work out a way to honor his words. April called me back and was able to work it out for someone to come out Friday afternoon after all! From my experience I would say go to the big box stores! and not CA Wilson. If problems continue I will be exploring the refund option, not an exchange.

Great selection of quality appliances locally-owned

Unfortunately I cant go less than 1 star.My 72 year old mother was in need of a new refrigerator and insisted that C.A. Wilson was the only company that she would do business with because they take care of the customer and stand behind everything they do.Apparently things have changed with this company since she last did business with them because when her new refrigerator was deliver the tech/delivery person totally destroyed the excellent opinion she has had of this company for the last 40 + years.The delivery guy broke some of the stone on her front steps and denied any responsibility for the damage done.the delivery person did not have any of the few tools required to disconnect and reconnect the water supply for the ice maker and as a result he damaged the water valve to the point that it had to be replaced. C.A. Wilson refused to accept any responsibility.If only I could give a negative star.Do not be surprised if C.A. Wilson attempts to marginalize my elderly mother and minimize the detrimental effects that this Refrigerator fiasco had on her well being in this or any other on-line review.Save yourself a whole lot of head and heartache and shop with a reliable and dependable company like Lowes or Home Depot who will stand behind and support the customer even when a dead beat installer makes a few mistakes and does their very best to place responsibility on anyone and everyone other than themselves. The plumbing company that came out to check on the damaged valve was great! They clearly stated the damage to the cutoff valve was a result of the valve being turned way past the stopping point. They opted not to charge Mom for the repair after hearing about her challenges with the C.A. Wilson installer.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They were sent out to evaluate my microwave which broke. It was 15 years old and the home warranty company I have used them to evaluate. Who in their right mind would pay $ 108 to have a 15 yr. Old microwave which is built in fixed when a new one can be purchased for only $100+ more? I was told that CA Wilson requested to repair the item NOT replace it! Why? Because C A WILSON GETS PAID MORE BY MY WARRANTY COMPANY TO FIX IT THAN TO REPLACE IT! they really care about their customers. NOT! They only care about their wallets. BEWARE!

Justin and Ryan made appliance shopping easy! They were great about getting the items we wanted even if they did not carry them in the store! Install was seamless and they worked around our schedule. Loved being able to stay local and the peace of mind that comes with knowing that help is close by if problems arise with our appliances.

Was out in waxahachie tending to a customers service call(Furnace went out-needed a part) when I looked on my service van and noticed I was out of this important item(24volt 40VA transformers). I called a few places around the area,(one person who worked at an unmentionable AC company,didnt know what this part was!)and was delighted to find not only did they carry them,and not just one or two....but had them instock. The price was,expectedly a hair more than i pay in Dallas,but not too unreasonable. I bought it and returned to the customers house and finished the job. Much to their relief.Would recommend to anyone...

I have been using C.A. Wilson for years! Ive bought everything from Refrigerators to T.V.s. They have done plumbing repairs and other appliance repairs for me and have ALWAYS been very courteous, fast and professional. I highly recommend them!

Robert was very accurate and quick to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator. After another repairman told me I had a coil restriction. CA Wilson came out and diagnosed my problem correctly and actually saved me $400.00 from the first repairman diagnosis. I learned my lesson, LOL. Next time I will just deal with CA Wilson. I was quoted one quote on the phone for three things that needed to be done around my house. I asked David if he could give a quote without coming to the house and looking at the jobs. He said yes. When they came out and completed the job they charged $60 more than I was quoted because they said that the price I was quoted was only for the toilet and the two others cost $60 more. I called David to ask about this and he told me that he had told me that the quote was just for the toilet and the other $60 was for the other stuff. This was not the conversation that we had! He told me that next time I should get a estimate in writing. This is not the first time I have had trouble with this company saying one thing up front and then charging another. I will not use them again!

Great place to buy appliances and parts for appliances

I got ripped off! On July 7th 2016 I had someone come out to my house to look at my refrigerator because my freezer was not getting cold enough. After less than 5 minutes I was told it had a leak and needed freon. The repair man told me it would cost around $700 to fix, he would have to take it back to their shop and that it wasnt guaranteed. He was right about the leak but I had another appliance repair company take a look and they added the freon and did what the other place said they had to do at their shop for $60. Its not a permanent fix but they actually did something and charged only half of what C A Wilson charged me. I am highly disappointed in the service I received from C A Wilson. I do NOT recommend them to anyone for anything.

I bought a new washer from them in December, and I’ve had problems since day 1. Their service is the worst! I should of bought my washer from Home Depot or Lowe’s. I’m still waiting on someone to come look at it.
