I highly recommend Unisen Media for any work on your home theater system. Zach made a repair to my surround sound system yesterday. He was on time for the appointment and very professional & knowledgeable. There was no oversell of extra equipment, just good advice on maximizing the existing system.

We asked Unisen to revamp our entire audio/video system, and they provided a reasonable quote for parts and service. When they came to install the new equipment and make changes and repairs to the system, they left before they were finished, with a promise to return the next day and repair a volume control and finish wiring to a TV. My wife made the mistake of paying in full, and we have not seen them since. We have e-mailed and called Unisen, and there have been a series of unanswered calls and broken promises to complete the project. We cannot recommend this unreliable company.

I asked unisen to come out and look at my current home theater setup in north dallas. They showed up to the appointment on time and went through everything that I was currently using my system for. They made some wonderful recommendations. The whole experience was an excellent experience. They sold me exactly what I needed and didnt try to sell me something i didnt need. They now have a loyal customer for life.

They were punctual, professional and performed work at a reasonable price. I had them setup 3D for my living room.
