I have only dealt with this company once on a Northstar Caddy engine but found the staff very endearing, informative and helpful. The engine was in very good shape and I had no trouble with it after the install. Thanks guys

They have really good prices, but they take very long time to get your part.I got some parts that only take 30 min MAX. It took them 1hr and 20min!!! Others came after me and left before me??! Why? Don’t even knowI also let them know before hand that I was coming so I really don’t know why it wasn’t done then.

Mistakes happen and miscommunication happens, I get that. But don’t tell a person on the phone that you have multiples of a specific part and then when said person arrives the very next day, “poof”, these parts are nowhere to be found. I don’t appreciate the dishonesty nor the waste of my time and gas driving out to buy a part that doesn’t exist at your location.You lost a paying customer.

I waited for more than an hour to get the parts i need even thought I gave them heads up that i am coming to pick them up. Good prices but bad service, they’ll help you faster if you are Hispanic other than that they make you wait longer.

Inexpensive pieces, helpful staff. Bought some seats for a truck, and they helped bring it to the car on a forklift. Less expensive than I wouldve thought.

I was more than pleasantly surprised. The staff was surprisely professional and friendly for being a salvage yard. The young man who took my part off showed my 22 yr old son which is just starting to learn how to care for himself how in short, car parts are assembled and how to reinstall the part to his own vehicle. He also provided some useful general information about car maintenance that we both appreciated. Five star service all the way.
