Some stuff you have to ask for but they had everything I wanted except a mod to fit my tank!!

BB is usually running this store and he is the nicest person you could ever meet. Everyone loves to visit with him while getting their tobacco products. He moved here from the desert and I promise you he has more American Pride than most Americans that have been here their entire life. Oh yea, ask him about his Dallas Mavericks too. Avid fan.

I was passing through Waxahachie at about 2:30 pm Saturday Jan 16, 2021. There was a large selection and I was having trouble finding the specific cigar I was looking for. When I asked sales person working if he knew where it was he said I dont know it will be with that brand. First thing on the left when you go into the humidor. Then he went back to his phone and ignored me. I found the Cigar I was looking for but it wasnt where he said it was and he offered no help to me at all. I would love to come back when there is someone willing to help me. But I left without buying anything because I feel no need to help pay for service like that, or rather the lack there of.

The owner is alright but on several occasions when I went up there the doors were locked when the signs and the website said they were open. When you are able to get in they do have a large selection of items but their vapes are overly priced

Drove 20 miles out of my way just to go to the cigar shop due to massive back orders at the online cigar stores and pull up only to find a sign on the door telling me that the employee is going to be out until 2 p.m. . Horrible customer service and if this business is failing its pretty obvious why. I was looking to spend at least $200 if they had the right cigars.

Always have my cigars at the right humidity but easy with them when bagging them and dont drop them on the counter. If the wrapping rips its ruined.

We roll oir own cigarettes and usually buy everything we need from an internet website that is a lot cheaper because of the taxes. A bag of tabacco, which is about three cartoons, is $13.96 on the website but here it is a little over $30. I understand the pricing and taxes so no complaint there. This place does have the tabacco and tubes we use, which is hard to find. When we have ran out and had to go to this store and get tobacco or tubes the service has always been great. The gentleman has always been very friendly and very helpful.

This establishment is selling fake urine to individuals who are drug addicts and criminals. They are aiding and abetting the endangerment of children by selling the fake urine to people who are trying to pass drug test to keep their children. They are aiding and abetting individuals who have extensive criminal histories and who pose extreme risks to children. This place and places such as this need to be shut down!!! I have given it one star for being one of the many stores such as this that needs to be shut down!
