I went in to this store because I needed to buy some photo paper. I brought in a sample so I could ask someone what weight it was. There were no employees visible anywhere except one in the printing area. There was only one other customer visible in the store and she was waiting at the printing area. Finally, another employee came over to the printing area and the waiting customer walked up to her, talked to her a few minutes, and walked away. So I walked up to the employee, whose name is Arial, and she asked if I had registered. No, I told her, I just wanted to know what kind of paper to buy. You have to register, she said. Why? I asked. Because we wait on people in order of registration. Then she pointed to the computer screen and walked away. So I registered, without my email address and without my last name. Basically, my nickname. As soon I pressed enter, she called out Janie, I can get you over here. WTH! Why make me register when it was obvious there were no customers waiting and she wasnt doing anything? This is either some way to harvest email addresses or this employee needs to be fired.

Steve in printing was very helpful this morning when I came in to get some documents printed out! He has no idea how much he helped. He had no idea I was having a stressful morning and the help he provided meant more then he knows! Thank you!
The Copy Print Shop has always delivered high quality, quick work. If I have any issues they’re quick to work them out and make sure to get me what I need quickly.
They have bad attitudes and are incompetent. The person almost made me cuss her out, she rose my blood pressure and I had to walk out. They make me never want to go to Office Depot again!
I am giving a 5 star rating for the 2 young ladies LeAnn and Mrs. Lopez in the printing/technical dept. they were both exceptional in assisting me with ordering business cards and had them done within the hour.Talk about fast and outstanding exceptional service! I am certainly referring my business acquaintances to these 2 young ladies who went above and beyond.. Hopefully, they will be Managers running that store soon or at least promote them to upper management. Office Depot needs more hardworking employees like them! Especially since, I went in after 8:00 p.m. and it was almost closing time and the store was busy with customers. They were doing it all checking out people at the register and printing out business cards etc. and they were the only 2 employees operating that store like professionals.
Dont have to order most items online. Were able to see it, touch it and really check it out. Unlike online.
Decent office depot. The staff is friendly. I didnt have any issues finding the items that I needed to buy. It is in a good location, but depending on which direction you are coming from it could be difficult. I will visit this location again.
So needed some prints super fast and Brooke is Boss Queen of Copies. I could not have done it without her. Professional and very nice plus my prints were perfect.
If I could post a zero or negative. I would do it without hesitation. I visited your store#691 in Waxahachie Texas. The intent was to purchase a power supply for my Dell laptop. There was one opened box available. I checked out the contents. And although there was no paper with index listing the contents to verify. What I believe to be the main to items were inside. I asked the store manager Anna, was there any discount for opened items on the floor. She immediately said no without consideration. What bothered me the most. She insulted me by referencing. If she allowed for a discount. All customers would be asking for money off items. As if to say. I am among the customers she referred. She also made reference to the plastic tab peeling back on the box by itself. As oppose to a customer opening it. This is her store inventory. She could have easily pulled the box and place adhesive back on box.1. I am a paying customer and normally there is paperwork inside. That provides list of contents. What she indirectly accused me of is stealing. I bet you want get my hard earn money anymore.2. I would have felt more at ease and less insulted. if she, had said. It was not our intent to have an opened box on the shelf sir. If you find there is something because we dont have another box to compare. We will provide exchange or refund. As oppose to Ok the box has been open. As far we know you could have opened the box. And we dont care if you come back or nor cause you want is a discount. Now do you want it or not?
Folks in printing department are great. They know me by name and often have everything ready when I arrive. They point out mistakes I made and keep me on track.
Everyone is very friendly and store is always clean; however, the new check in system needs work. There is only one person behind the counter, although there are several associates in the store. This makes the wait time unnecessary long.

She takes care of clients like she should recognize them and value them as workers. She helped me send a fax and while she sent me the faxes she helped other people very kind respectful and communicative definitely return to this office Depot thank you Miss Grecia...

Excellent service! I used their copy center to get a hurry-up flyer printed. My artwork was not lined up quite right. They were able to edit it before printing so it came out perfect. They also got the job done quick. I highly recommend them.
I feel like this place always has an excuse in their printing department. I understand “all of your printers are broke” but if I emailed an order 5 hours ago and your site says prints will be ready in an hour- I do not understand why they do not have the decency to call and let me know my order will not be completed by them. I needed it for a gift and now I have nothing. This is definitely not the first time this has happened and I am always given excuses with them with “someone called in” and “we’re so backed up” they don’t ever hold up to the standard that they are supposed to and ALWAYS give excuses as to why it’s not done but never a solution.
Good place for small writing supplies such as pens, pencils, writing paper. The staff is friendly and helpful. I come here when in town

In early September I had a complicated print job to be done on a tight deadline. Three women in your Printing Services Dept. went above and beyond to see that my job was printed, collated, and punched before the deadline.Brooke, Angie, and Molly outdid themselves in getting this job completed. I cant thank them enough for their service to me. Furthermore, each did not take praise for herself, but was generous about sharing the praise with her team-members. These 3 women deserve public praise for their commitment to the customer and their job competence. They really define Customer Service and are a real asset to your store.
Helped me get some papers shredded, quick help, clean store.
I ordered online on Saturday after I confirmed their store hours for Sunday. I showed up at 6:45pm when they closed at 7pm just to find out the website was wrong and that the store closed at 6pm. If the store employee who answered the phone at 9:45pm Saturday night at the waxahachie location I would not have ordered. Sunday Im really upset because I can not get my order for my son to start school on Monday, because they are having a soft opening at 8am and that means if they have customers they will open. And to cancel the order it will take 3-5 days to get my refund. They charged me in one day so I should get it back in one day. This store and company is a real joke. They will take your money and will not give you what you bought. Do not order for pick up for the waxahachie location. They will tell you lies to get your money and not live up to their promises.
Store manager bernard is a crook.very fraudulant manager and unproffessional dishonest man.

Awful service and totally unhelpful staff, I waited in line 35mins to send something via UPS and was then told their computer was down, you would think they would have a sign posted but nope . During another visit I was looking for toner and could not find one knowledgeable person, and when I found a manager they actually said they were busy and asked me to wait while they called for another associate to help me, after waiting 10 mins I just left. Have not been back since and have no plans on returning.

Ordered a book of mailing labels on 07/14/14 at store 691 and was told they would call me when it was ready to pick up. Delivery date via tracking was expected to be 7/25/14. Came into the store on 07/26/14 and the store did not have my labels. Came in two weeks later and they still did not have my labels. It is now September two months later, after checking the tracking, it showed the store signed for delivery on 07/18/14, literally four days after I ordered them, so why did I not get a call before they lost my order?. I got no call, no labels, and I decided to use the live chat agent feature to fix the problem. I asked for either a refund or a reorder, the agent was great, and told me that someone would call me the next morning to help me. Got a call, it was an Indian woman that sounded like she was driving, I could not understand her, and had to ask her multiple times to repeat/speak louder. She finally gave up and asked for my email, I had to repeat it twice and spell it four times for her. Why is an American company outsourcing its phone support to people with subpar english speaking ability? Do they not care about customers anymore? Also, do the employees not have proper training such that they lose something that is clearly labeled with a name/address? Will never use Office Depot again. I would rather smash my pinky toe with a brick over and over than give this store my business again.

Slow, but got what I wanted. They had no paper in the printer. Then they had to reset the printer...all that should be ready everyday all day at office depot!! Really

I use this location mostly for printing. The print counter tends to stay busy so it would be nice to have an extra employee available to help keep the lines down.
Took a bit but item was in stock. Could use additional cashiers on evening shift.
Store was too busy. Waited 20 minutes to print some papers. I ended up just leaving.
