I have been using Plain Janes for several years for cleaning and ironing. My cleaner Sue is fantastic and she goes the extra mile.. Debbie who I liaise with in the office is very polite and tries to accommodate all my last minute requests.. excellent work

Fantastic service both from Debbie in the office and the various girls doing the cleans, especially Zoe and her mum. Would recommend to anyone, simple to use, excellent cleans and easy payment system.

We have used Plain Janes for a number of years now to clean our new build and rented properties. Nothing is too much trouble for Debbie who always does her best to accommodate us however late we drop jobs on her. All the girls are friendly, flexible and happy to do whatever is asked of them and the cleaning is of a high standard. Would definitely recommend them for both domestic and commercial cleaning.

Plain Janes have provided me with a regular cleaner who has learnt the ims and outs of our home. This results in a hotel quality clean where childrens soft toys are back on their beds, toilet roll is folded into triangles. Flawless service provider. Returned home to find the 2 cleaners leaving halfway through their fortnightly 2 hour job. Complained then asked to believe this was a genuine mistake; surely time keeping is fundamental and you know if you have done a proper job. Could never trust them again

Awful not even surface clean. I do not recommend!
