Great office staff! Doc Robinson knows his stuff and was able to pinpoint exactly what contacts I needed. I arrived, my eyes examined, and was in my car to go home within 30 minutes. Thank you Dr. Robinson and staff! Thanks also for the smiles and laughs. Having fun along the way makes stress levels go way down. Y’all rock!!

Front staff was very Nice and polite Did not have to wait long Doctor was professional explained everything and then you go and pick out your eyeglasses and those ladies was very knowledgeable all around a good place to go the only thing I did not like is they did not stay open after 5 I wish they had some late hours

I didnt like the way the receptionist handled my recent interaction. I needed a trial pair of contacts, I have 2 months and 1 pair of contacts until Im on insurance again, and she refused to help me out. She said my prescription was expired (true), and she couldnt give me any contacts. When I asked for my prescription to go somewhere to get a couple of pairs, instead of saying ok, she felt the need to tell me that nobody would give me contacts since my prescription was expired. So I ordered a box from 1-800-Contacts, and I will be taking my vision needs elsewhere. I understand she doesnt have to help me, but she could have tried harder or not been quite so rude.

I have been going to this doctors office for years and I wouldn’t change for anything!

Wont give perscription, glasses fall apearta year ago medicaid sent me here to get my glasses but the joints of the frames crumbled apeart on both sides so easy like it was made of sand. i am trying to get my perscription but one hung up on me and the others have been traiend to say perscription is expired even tho BY LAW they are required to give it apon request. they say you have to come in for it or get it faxed knowing people dont use faxes they use email but refuse to do it by email. they also say they might mail it out 1/3 did but i highly doubt they will actually send it. they want to force you to come in for more glasses when they are overpriced and poor quality with much cheaper ones onlinelesson learned next time ask for your perscription at time of exam, they are required by law give you the perscription without asking for it at the tiem of the exam and also apon request and hold it in the system for atleast 2 years but they did not, take it home and IMMEDIATELY TAK IT TO YOUR WALL. so you can get refills when glasses break. its very unlikely your vision will change much to need a different perscription and that should be the only time you need a new exam

Dr. ROBINSON & his staff are most professional but also most personable & friendly. The ladies at the front desk always greet w/a smile! Theyre very efficient taking care of the business at hand.I have to give a shout out to Ms. ARLENE, she is so knowledgeable & shares her wonderful wisdom serving customers with their decision making re: insurance/ finances for new lenses/frames. On extremely short notice, Dr. Robinson and his staff were very accommodating. This was my first visit. The office wait was short while the exam was thorough and professional. This was the first eye exam Ive had in almost 20 years so I didnt really know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by how great the whole experience was. The office was very nice - bright and nicely decorated. The staff was extremely friendly. The Dr was thorough and took time to answer my questions. I appreciated the help selecting my frames as I was pretty indecisive initially. I will be recommending this Dr to my friends!

Best doctors office visit in years!! I took my daughter for her first eye exam, as she was having difficulty seeing the board from the back of the classroom. Dr. Robinsons staff was courteous, my wait time was very short, and the doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. We were even able to choose frames and order her glasses before we left. I would recommend Dr. Robinson to anyone in need of a good eye doctor. We will be back for contact lenses this summer!!! GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

I am trying to get one contact replaced and when I call office I am disconnected while on hold. They have my name and were checking prescriptions but can’t even call me back after disconnecting me. I saw Dr Robinson year ago for contacts and glasses. My bifocal glasses are terrible. I have take them off to read. I went back several times and he told me there was nothing he could do to correct it. It was my vision. So I wore my old glasses until they broke.

I had a very pleasant experience with Doctor Robinsons office today!! My previous prescription had never felt right, and Doctor Robinson was able to figure out the issue and get my prescription corrected in about 5 minutes. The front office girls are very nice and courteous, very relaxed feel to the place. I was in and out with contacts ordered and glasses picked out in about 20-30 minutes and I was seen within about 10 minutes of arrival (I was new so I had paperwork to fill out). Very happy and I definitely found a new eye doctor!!

Excellent experience with the staff and the doctor. I was forced to change eye doctors after being with the same one for 15 years. I hope to use Vision Source for at least that long. This place is GREAT!

Dr. Robinsons office was awful. The told us we could only order contacts through them, which turned out not to be true. When we decided not order contacts through them they told us we would have to pay more for our exam. None of this was communicated upfront which is why I have such a porblem with them. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I recently visited Dr.Robinsons office on kind of an emergency visit and was very happy that the staff was able to schedule me in the next day. i always have good visits when i visit dr.robinsons office,he is very gentle and kind and has alot of useful answers!
