Was able to walk in and purchase what I needed. Been to their old location and several occasions and this place is a marvel. Crafting can be started at a early age and a great place for kids. With their new location it is even better. .larger place and you can even enjoy the outside nature while crafting. Just wish I lived closer I be there every day.

The Mosaic Hideaway is one of my absolute favorite places to visit! Claire, the owner is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I have come in to make many mosaics, and also taken several stained glass classes. The take-home kits are also very fun, and easy to complete at home. The new studio space itself is beautiful, and a wonderful environment to create in. I highly recommend visiting to anyone in the area!

Such a wonderful place! The owner was super sweet and helpful! I took my mom for an early mothers day and we had so much fun! The pricing is very reasonable and the selection is great. The inside is bright and cheerful and they even have an outdoor table so you can create your piece outdoors! We did this, since it was a beautiful day, and it was wonderfully peaceful and very pleasant. We definitly plan to go back again. I would definitly recomend this for a fun activity for kids or adults. A little word of advice though, is to book a time on their website, to be sure they have plenty of room for you and whomever you may go with.

This place is addictive! Each project price includes the fun wood shape of your choosing, glue, tile/glass, and grout. Friendly staff are there to guide you through the process. My family and I love this place and will definitely be going back for more!

Young women working there were very patient and creative. This is a great idea for a store. I like the selection of shapes and ideas. They were glass pieces and tile pieces available as well. They were terra-cotta flower pots and wooden shapes to put the Mosaic on.

Friendly staff, purchased a to-go kit and it was easy to do at home.

Great environment and relaxed setting. Even though it was my first time to do this kind of activity, it was very easy to follow instructions that I felt like a pro. My 5 yr old was even able to do it without an issue. Great place to go for parties of any celebration or age.

We stopped here to do something fun to break up a long road trip. They walk you through all the steps and then set you loose to choose your tiles and glass for the project. My daughter chose a large base and couldnt finish before they closed, but they made sure to send us home with all the materials she needs to finish it. It was very relaxing and fun. Well definitely go back if we go to Waxahachie again.

First time visiting Mosaic Madness. Had a great time! There were so many options to choose from. The lady in charge helped us get started and we were off from there. Plan on being there a few hours. You can definitely take a snack break and come back to your project. You can either visit another time to apply the grout or you can take it home and apply it yourself. I took it home and will update this after I apply it. It was a great experience that was a nice change from the paint shops. There was a good flow of people but not crowded. Definitely family friendly.

5 stars are not enough to express how great Mosaic Madness is. What an excellent experience for all ages. We had so much fun and enjoyed showing our creativity. We will be back for sure.

It has handicap access and you can start a project in the morning, take a break for lunch and then continue working on your project. If you would like, you can even finish your project at home. Its a very friendly place.

We had a lot of fun creating unique art as a date night and the staff was so friendly! They helped us pick where to go for dinner and were just all around awesome! The mosaic creation was such a one of a kind experience!

What a fun experience!!! We are from out of town and didnt have time to finish our project so Claire let us take all the supplies well need to finish it at home. What a cute shop. Super friendly staff! Definitely coming back next time Im in waxahachie! I want to make one of everything 🤗

Love moasaic madness! We try to make several trips a year. The store has a huge selection of objects to mosaic and all items are priced for the glass, grout, and glue. I am working on a 1 foot square stepping stone for $35.00. Many other items are even less. Wonderful people work for them that will help and answer any questions, whether it is your first time, or have been doing mosaics for years! Must visit this place!

I recently lost my husband and was blessed to have a good friend who took me to lunch in downtown Waxahachie. After lunch we passed by Mozaic Madness and decided to check it out. I’m not a crafty person and generally get in way too much of a hurry to do a good job; however, a peaceful feeling fell over me as I began to work on my project. Now I go at least once a week. It is inexpensive and fun to do alone, with a friend or with a group The staff is amazing. They are helpful and accommodating. Whether you are 9 or 90, Mosaic madness is a great place to relax, create, and socialize

Love this place.. Its fun and even relaxing once you get into making your project.

Staff was very friendly, but didnt really explain what we needed to do to get started. We ended up not making anything this trip because my 1 & 3 yr olds just wanted to shove their hands into the various buckets of sharp glass. It looks very fun, but the glass pieces are VERY sharp so i dont recommend it for toddler age kids.

(From last summer - I forgot Id not posted this before! )What a nice day we spent in Mosaic Madness!A friendly staff member showed us several mosaic samples and explained what we had to do, then came around to check in with us every so often. We had a lot of fun chatting while we pasted colorful glass and china pieces to our wood boards (a dinosaur, a butterfly, a cross and a letter D) and we all ended up with things that were actually pretty good! They said the adhesive has to dry for a day before you can finish by putting on the grout layer (like with a kitchen backsplash) but my out of town friends chose the color of grout they wanted and took everything home with instructions on how to do it.I must admit some of the prices did seem a bit high at first glance, but then again it is for everything, including as many visits as you need and as much help as you want to finish your mosaic. Its definitely a fun place for kids and adults of all ages.
