Love bring my family to this location. Staff here is super patient with kids while they are deciding on all the add-ins they want in their ice cream. Defiantly a place to stop by to fix that sweet tooth you have.

We absolutely Love this place, ice cream is really good! We also did a cookie cake with them and they made the design look so cool my daughter loved it! The workers are really nice and helpful!! We will definitely be back!

I have been coming to this Marble Slab for a couple of years. So much so, that as soon as I walk in, every member of staff knows exactly what I want; chocolate Swiss with heathbar with a little caramel mixed in. Then to top it off, a sprinkle of more Heath at the stop. What better service can a gal get from this friendly and courteous staff!! Now with the addition of all types of cookies, this is the place to be! One stop shop!! Love it!!

REALLY big servings of ice cream for pretty reasonable prices. Not a crazy variety of ice cream, but a lot of different creations can be made. Will come again when in the area.

This Marble Slab Creamery is nothing like the other locations. They would be out of business if they were because no one would come there because of being ripped off and treated like you were a problem instead of a customer. They have some of the best ice cream wherever you are. For this reason they are usually overcrowded but the staff is usually friendly and gets everyone through as quickly as possible. The price is high but for the quality and quantity its usually worth it. However at this location they cheat you on the amount of ice cream you get. If you order a bowl with the cone inside instead of the cone coming all the way down to the bottom of the bowl as it does at other locations itll only come down about an inch so you get very little ice cream as others have said. Ive been to many locations and love their ice cream but will never go back to this location. Stay away from this location unless you want to be treated like you are causing problems instead of a paying customer and want to be ripped off by bait and switch from them giving you one thing but charging you for something different. When you order a regular size bowl lift up the cone and you will see it doesnt go down to the bottom. Everyone whos having these same problems needs to complain to the Corporate Office so changes are made because this location is truly giving them a bad name. If someone goes to this location first they will never go to another.

Really good Ive cream but man is it expensive. Very friendly staff who always have a smile on their face. Good place to go for a special occasion.

Bro we just stop by and the dude was beyond creepy and uncomfortable hell even stared at us when we were trying to get our order straight did offer to help but then continue to stare gave one of us a completely different ice creams even though she doesnt like that kind of flavor at all we didnt care enough to go get another one with the dude being creepy and then the birthday cake tasted like vanilla ice cream with sprinkles and coconut sprinkles and then the cookie dough drip or whatever was like ridiculously chocolatey like it tasted like pure chocolate and the cookie dough tasted gross and the dude didnt seem happy that we said inside to eat instead of taking it with us so all around uncomfortable weird and screwed up

I went yesterday around 9pm. It wasnt crowded so I was thinking cool I can enjoy my ice cream. However the customer service was not there at all. We felt rushed and the staff wasnt friendly. They had a hurry what do you want attitude. They didnt speak didnt make us feel welcomed. We wont return. Im going to go to cold stone creamery for now on!!!!

Delicious ice cream, friendly staff. Tried a few different flavors and made a selection, so hard to choose with so many different delicious options. Many of the flavors if not all are made in house and whoever is coming up with them is a mastermind of cream confectionery.

Young man that was working was such a nice guy and patient with us as we chose what we wanted. This was our first time and so he was awesome. Clean place and ice cream was great.

1st time here with the kids and they LOVED it! Pricing was good, unlimited mix ins! We will be back!

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. I visited the place with high expectations and was very disappointed with service and management. First ice cream was served slightly melted and was told that theres nothing they could do because of their machines in addition to this my 7 year old daughter didn’t like the small cookies and cream she ordered and after she took ONE small lick I asked if they could refund me my money. They CALLED their boss and their boss also told me I could exchange my daughters ice cream which left me with no other option than to pay for an unwanted ice cream which ended up going in the trash . This whole situation could’ve been handled in a completely different manner it was just $5. They just lost a customer- the whole FRANCHISE. One bad apple ruined the bunch!

Not worth it. Tried 2 different flavors of icecream and all we could taste was sweet milk. The toppings they offer are stale with that weird oily taste to all the nuts.

Every time I go here I feel like Im being rushed and actually not wanted there. Sketchy??? What place does this all the time and only has the family of the owner working there. I heard the nephew say he makes $13.00 hourly and they have a sign up saying hiring and I asked how much they were paying because I want my little sister to acquire a job soon as she is 16 and gen said they are only paying $9.00 hourly.Too EXPENSIVE AND WAY TO RUDE !GO SOMEWHERE ELSE SO THEY GO OUT OF BUISNESS BRING BACK COLDSTONE!

My ice cream melted in literally 2 minutes and the vanilla ice cream tasted like fake vanilla and my waffle cone with sprinkles tasted burnt wasn’t worth my money it was very expensive

The young lady there was actually really rude to me and my mom. She stood there till we were ready to order, and i backed up to at least show her i was gonna take a while to see what i wanted to order, 1 minute later i see her turn around rolling her eyes. And when i asked if A flavor was good all she said was You can try it if u want and i said sure. As she went to grab the spoon she rolled her eyes once again. She didnt look happy, she was rude. Me and my mom will never return here again. She didnt treat us right, while i was trying to be nice answering her with Maam i didnt get the same respect back.

2 small cups of average ice cream and one tiny cup of average ice cream= almost $16.00. If I never go there again the only thing I wont be missing is my $16.00 for $3.00 worth of ice cream.
