I calculated the shipping price online and went into the store to mail. Online, it gives an option of weight or measurement. Since I was using a bag, I chose weight. When I got to the store, the lady started measuring, and I told her I went by weight. She said she HAD to do it both ways and wanted to charge me $5 more for shipping. I left and shipped through the post office.

Garbage customer service, to an extreme level. No one should have to visit this ungodly place.

Fast and friendly service. Associate even selected a cheaper method of shipping that would ensure both pkgs arrived just in time for Christmas. I will definitely visit this location again.

This store needs to be closed. Staff is rude beyond belief. First, I am confronted by an employee asking why Im not wearing a mask. I am a 75 yr old senior with lung issues. I am exempt. She is not a certified peace officer. I asked.She does not have the authority to question my use or non use of a mask. Then, the second employee told me she would only accept my TX dl as a form of ID. That is not what the sign on the counter states. According to the sign any form of legal ID is accepted. My TX issued concealed carry ID is just that. It has my TX dl # on it. Both of these employees need to be terminated.

Been going there for many years always had great service

Unfortunately, there is not a zero star rating. Twice in last 2 weeks I have gone into this location to drop off a prepaid label packages. I always ask for a receipt. I have been told by the guy who seems to be in charge that they can not give me a receipt due to social distancing. I questioned him why, due to the fact I am standing in the store, he told me to get my phone and take a picture of it. He was holding the box.I then had another package to drop off a few days later & went to Cedar Hill store. The lady there asked me if I wanted a receipt. I said yes, I thought you weren’t allowed to hand out receipts. I told her my experience in Waxahachie. She said that is not true and had not been told that.

Be careful. I went in with a thumb drive and needed a document printed off the drive. I told the guy (Brad) that I simply needed a copy to use as a rough that would be marked up and used to make edits. I did want color, double sided and 3 hole punched. Well he printed it off on publishing type paper and the bill came to $59.95 for 42 pages. October 6, 2018Since I posted this the regional manager contacted me and adjusted my purchase. Thanks to him for contacting me and making things right.

Could not give less than 1 star. Asked daughter who lives with me to pick up a package while she was in Waxahachie.They said it had to be me so I drove the 20+ miles one way. No sign stating she could not pick it up for me. Just a counter person and manager taking pleasure in interrupting me from my work.

I was weary of my experience going in after reading the reviews, but those were a year ago and no horribly rude Eric in sight. Two friendly ladies greeted me, laughing with another customer, enjoying being there. Quick service, my order was ready when I arrived. I had a good experience!

No muss no fuss, in and out in the blink of an eye! Service is as great as the staff is!

If I could leave no stars that would be the more appropriate review. Christina was extremely rude and unwilling to help, last time I checked FEDEX was suppling us service and we are the paying customer. I hope the Waxahachie store reads this review so I can give you a lesson on customer service: If you cant supply a service due to policy or lack of effort, at least be pleasant and explain the circumstances behind your ability to complete what was requested. Whitney is an amazing associate and I hope that this doesnt take away from the great job that she is doing.

The main guy there, at the front desk, is super rude. I went in to ask if the could mail a letter, because I genuinely didnt know whether they could or not. He looked at me with a confused look, then just laughed and said, This is FedEx, we dont mail letters... And then laughed in my face. Defenitely wouldnt go inside again. They need better customer service.
