Butch is always there to help! Always does the best he can possibly do to help you get what you need. I drive in my line of work. So I need a good comfortable ride. This time he went above and beyond on letting me know what I needed to do, being my vehicle had a lot of mileage in it! I feel as if I am riding in a new vehicle! If I can give -stars I would. I took my car on Monday because the rack and pinion was messed up. I was told that it would take a day. No problem. Tuesday my car is still sitting where I parked it. Called to see what the status was and was told they had an emergency down the road with a truck and couldn’t look at my vehicle. But it would be Wednesday for sure. Wednesday I called and was told that they are working on it and would be finish shortly. Needless to say Thursday I called and they said that the rack abs pinion was still leaking and they ordered a new part and was putting it on. This was around 1:30pm. I was able to drive my car and needed to be in Atlanta by 7am Friday. Because they ordered the wrong part and it’s their fault my car was not going to be ready and it’s was nothing they could do because they didn’t get the part until 1:30pm. Now my car had been there since Monday and I was told 4 hours for the job but a day to do it. Because I am to fly out, I need my car and no sympathy about my issue when I trusted them to get my car fixed and didn’t know what fees were what until today. Charged and got paid and told me because I needed my car they will not be responsible for anything if something happens. Yes you are. You charged me and if you didn’t do the work you don’t charge someone. No I don’t recommend them and no I won’t be back unless we have to go to court for damages to my car by their negligence.

My family and I were on our way to a funeral and we got a flat tire. We pulled in and someone immediately came out to help us change the tire. We were in a rush and noticing that, someone else came out to help as well. They had us changed and ready to go in 15 minutes. Great service!! They also wouldn’t accept payment for changing the tire (we had a spare already) We really appreciated their help!!

We had Miller. Take all the wheels off of my car to do evaluation on work that needs to be done And they didn’t tighten any of our Lugnuts when they were done so please if you get your car worked on by then double check your Lugnuts

Tire pros not even sure if they have tire in stock. “Should have one”. Open on Saturdays is definitely the reason for any stars at all, but was told no one would be there to change a tire. Must just air up tires on Saturdays. Tried twice to buy a $200 tire, then on to Boulevard Tire. Finally gonna get a new tire. They are a little cheaper, so just buy your tires here and have a real professional mount them.

I needed an alignment on my 1995 mercury villager. They quoted me a price and made an appointment when I came in they stuck to the appointment and only took them an hour and it was exactly to the penny the price that they quoted me on the phone. Very professional. Highly recommend them to anyone.

This place is very unethical. The charges for labor and the services you get depends on your race, gender and age, not on the difficulty of replacing the part. Even if you have a appointment they will serve walk-ins before you. I recommend going somewhere else if you don’t want to be discriminated against.

I asked for an estimate and never got it

Went in to get a front end alignment on a RV. Well, picked it up and while driving home the front end shock out of control at 60+ I went back to see about bring it back along with a picture of damage that was done to a center cover. Brought it back. Long story short. Still had the frontend problem and denied the damage, waste of money. I will never go back again. Go to Mavis tire down the road.

The mechanics said they didnt know the name of the part that I showed them a picture of & refused to just take a look under my hood so I could show them but this guy walks in after they told me it will be a minute before they could get to me because they were running behind schedule and had to catch up, & they took his car out for a test drive. He was just a walk in but I had an appointment. I dont know if I was treated that way because Im African American or was it because Im a woman. I ended up going to Carquest & they let me know it was called a valve cover & gasket. Car quest only charged me $60 plus parts $87. Goodyear told me I wouldve to pay $325.95. Ill let yall do the math.

Ran over a nail this morning about 645am and was in a hurry to make it to my destination. They gladly opened the doors and Tony and Jeremiah helped me IMMEDIATELY. I was in and out of there within 25 min with a new tire (unfortunately they weren’t able to plug/patch). Jeremiah literally ran to my car and got it finished because he knew I was in a hurry. I’ll be supporting this business with any of my vehicles in the future hands down. Great service. Awesome prices. They Truly care.

Great atmosphere! These guys are family friendly! I had to take my five year old with me to get my oil changed and Mr. Miller didnt think twice about him being there. He put cartoons on the tv in the waiting area so he was occupied and didnt mind him exploring and getting some mints. That made the experience a lot better since waiting rooms and 5 year olds dont usually mix well.Whenever we call to make appointments, they are always accommodating! Honestly, friendly and helpful to every extent! We only go to them! Do your car a favor and treat it to Miller!

I just wanted to know if they did a/c recharge and the old guy at desk gave me attitude and acted like I was invisible when he stop talking to me and he skipped to next person behind me, while I was being ingnore I said to myself never come back to this place, is not my first time to this shop but it would be the Last. I when to other shops and all of them answered my questions respectfully.

Miller was recommended to me as I searched in an unfamiliar town for help with an electrical problem that had occurred 30 miles earlier. Within 45 or so minutes, three employees had checked out several possible problems, replaced a suspect relay, and repaired the starter ground. The problem has not recurred. These folks were great, and the experience made me wish I lived in Waycross.

I had a great experience, so far. I brought my SUV in because I thought I needed new tires, but they checked and my tires still have a lot of life left in them. They repaired the leaking tire for only $15. Now well see if the tire stays inflated!

If given an option i wouldnt waste the star. In the hr i was in there to get one tire that wasnt even on a truck i heard two more customer complaints of not getting the services they wanted. I got quote $78 mounted and balanced for a tire but when they got the new one on and got it in my truck the price just to $103. Owner comes out and acts all snappy towards me for their mistake. Needless to say they took their tire back and lost some customers. I had just spent over $800 last yr with them but not again

Driver side tire was leaking so I took my car in for a quick patch job. 6 HOURS LATER, they were not done. I came in on my lunch break and I said I could come back in half an hour. Came back, it looked done, but the following morning my pressure check light came on again. I came in this place, pissed, demanding a refund because who is going to put their car back in the place that took 6 and a half hours to do a patch that they didnt even do right. They /checked/ it and the owner basically belittled me in front of his staff, asking why I came in here asking for a refund when they could have checked it. Hilarious. And the following morning the check pressure light went off, AGAIN. I took my car to Crosby Nissan and not only are they fixing the issue, they also found a nail in another tire. This place sucks and clearly doesnt value their customers.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Im a single mom and my truck broke down. I bought the starter for it and it was sitting directly across the street. For almost 24 hours they were supposed to be towing it and fixing it. Needless to say that never happened. I went to get my key back from them and not once did they try to make it right. Maybe I wasnt spending enough money for them to care IDK. I will not ever recommend them for anything.

Will not use them! They messed up the hub on my truck. When the roll back picked it up they drove my truck with a 4 lift kit under an oak tree scratched the hell out of it, then denied it. Left it in their parking lot. I had to fix it myself out of my pocket. NEVER AGAIN!!

This company is terrible for service i will not recommend nobody to go here. They gave me the run around for a simple fan belt. They suppose to fix my car (fan belt) kept it 3 days before starting told me Saturday i got there they were closed didnt tell me they were closing at 12 so Monday car wasnt done till 430. Whole week no car. Then Monday go to pick up car just to notice window down, tire flat and battery dead. Nasty attitudes and keep u on hold for almost hours

Had my car for 2 days. I had to keep calling to find out what was going on. Finally at 5 on the 1st day I was told they thought it was the fuel filter or something to do with the fuel delivery sysyem. I tell them to change the filter which is what the mechanic suggested. I advised what time Id pick it up the next day. When I get there nothing has been done and I was told that my cars fuel filter us inside the gas tank. Okay, what part of change the fuel filter was not understood. The vehicle stalls and shuts off at a slow speed and Im going out of town for the weekend. They did not charge me anything but left me with a vehicle I attempted to have serviced and fixed before my road trip.
