Awesome labor day sale.

It was refreshing to have salespeople on the floor willing to help me put an outfit together. The young lady was very helpful and extremely kind. Good job JCPenney! Galen, from the Hair Salon, was awesome with my daughter. Wonderful haircut and great eyebrow wax!! We will be back!

I looked for an employee for over ten minutes and when I found one I was simply told it wasnt her dept and Id have to ask someone else. When I said there was no one else on the floor I was told there was nothing she could do. All I asked for was where I could find watch batteries or if they even carried them.

Great sale. Everything I wanted was sold out! Wife found a great dress and a couple of pillows at great prices.

Very nice department store that is moderately priced. They have drapes and the hardware to afix them to the wall. They sell clothes, and an extensive infants and toddlers section, and business attire. Theres a homegoods department that has small kitchen appliances thats hard to find. I really like the bedding section. The salespeople are really helpful.

Love their items they have on sale for Christmas their return policy makes it simple and easy when you purchase online and return in the local store the line was a bit long today but they at least had some type of organization Lane so people werent scattered everywhere and chaos and the line did move very quickly

Sad that the store here is closing down as well as many others.JCPenneys was a part of my shopping experience growing up and I will miss shopping with them.

Was great except every woman must wear 8.5 shoes because my wife could not find any shoes she had to get a bigger size to go with her new clothes

What a mess! I went here to look for shoes. There was so many open shoe boxes, the paper that some shoes are stuffed with, and shoes laying on the floor. The shoe department looked like a tornado had blown through. However, other departments were in order a little more. It seems as though this JCPenney has never been up to par. Its not as good as other JCPs Ive shopped at.

How was JCP Waycross? Poor selection. Poor quality. Excessive wait time to check out due to insufficient staffing and few centralized registers that handle too many otherwise time consuming transactions.

Literally the only thing worth going inside for is Sephora items and the staff of sephora and jcpenney are all great. a young lady with name on tag as Matti was extremely helpful at the checkout counter in one of the other departments.

The come-on tactic of offering Buy one and get one for one cent is Not a good deal especially when JCP doubled the price for the first one. How stupid do you think your customers are. Your store is almost empty every time I go there. Why do you think that you have very few customers? Cant figure it out? Return to the way you use to have a true sale. Quit using dumb gimmicks.

I love JCP. Most all my shopping is done onlne through Ebates since I dont get out much. Sometimes I need to return an item so I take it to the store and Ive never had a problem with the return. The clerks have been very kind and respectful

I would like to take the opportunity to THANK Carol she is an awesome asset to the JC PENNEY BRAND!!! My daughter recently ordered a specialty Tee from the JC Penney sports fans dept online. It didnt fit and she was advised to SIMPLY return it to our local store. Well come to find out online and on-site are 2 completely worlds and there wasnt anything SIMPLE about the process!!!Your employee Carol went way above and beyond to make sure my daughter was a satisfied customer!! She was outstanding....The Waycross, Ga Mall J C Penney can be proud that you have such wonderful and gracious employees as Carol. ( I think she is one of the other Dept mgrs but we were waited on in the ladies dept)It is attention to detail and a feeling that a company cares about the satisfaction of their customers that Carol gave us, that will continue to bring our family back time and time again to JC Penney.
