Not going to complain! Weve bought tools from Harbor Freight and havent had any problems with them. This is our go to tool store. Its not DeWalt but then again we try to take care of the tools we have.

Always love going here. The tools are affordable and believe it or not theyre actually durable. And Im sorry you cant beat Pittsburgh no hassle lifetime guarantee. They ask no questions you break one of theirs they replace it. Even Craftsman cant do it that good oh, they want to hassle you and tell you you broke it doing this or that. Harbor Freight just says okay here you go and hand you a new one

They had what we went for and were very helpful.

I had issues finding some magnets. I asked an associate if they had any he walked me right to the item and was very nice and helpful. Any time I go in the store everyone whom works there always friendly and helpful.

Sometimes its hard to find somebody to ask him about a certain item or product but other than that its a good store

Very clean and organized, items are priced very well with on line coupons and some in flyers. I also purchased a DA Polisher and it works very well, like anything we all purchase you will find something about the product that you dont like. Overall I think it was $$$ well spent.

Although not known for name brand tools, theres still some good stuff if you know what to look for. Prices are not tgat great but it really depends on what youre buying. This store was neat and organized and the Staff was friendly. I got a great deal on a bench grinder and stand.

I love harbor frieghts but today they was out of welding carts and they wouldnt sell we the display model. I was needing one very bad today. I beleave they couldve sold it to me and it would have been fine. I would have payed full price

Oh my gosh !!! I havent had that much fun in a long time. I just went in there and I was looking for a part for my compressor & one of the employees came over by where I was & asked how I was doing today. I have my tire compressor with me and show him what I was looking for. He wasnt sure if they had one but looked anyway and then this guy that was standing next to him kind of jumped in. What was the three of us we got it figured out... KIND OF. Im really sorry I didnt catch the employees name but he had to go to the back to check on something in regards to what I needed. Anyway, so this guy, Dave & I figured it out & he actually fixed it, there, in the store for me. Day was a real down-to-earth kind of guy, just like the employee was. I almost didnt want to leave. Thanks again guys, Naja...

Do you know always find a great deal on tools at Harbor Freight the only thing I can say that would keep getting a 5-star rating be a you dont get much help from the employees you have to kind of Chase one down to find something if its not right and open but other than that is a get some good deals on some tools I would recommend it anyway

Got just what Ive been looking for...a greenhouse!

The place is great for tools.but when it come to.check out. It is not great at all. The Waycross location frequently only has 1 cashier out front. Other store employees will come up, I am sure they are busy, but do not open registers or will not call someone to assist the one cashier. It is honestly ridiculous. If there are unit enough cashiers due to call outside then the manager needs to step out and open a register.

I bought a few things from there and they look real good on a two of messed up I take him back and I dont have no phone replacing them but I had my receipts to you know and that would before 30 days but you can also buy like a warranty that they are cell to you know on the Psyduck my thing is if its brand-new every washer started days you probably dont have a problem with it Woody and 30-day you want to know if its a good product or not and thats where I can buy all my stuff now thats truth why I become a real fairy in real nice

Two workers acted like it was a chore to help when I couldnt find something, still didnt help just pointed and said if we have it its over there... at the time we went there was only possibly one of the customer couldnt tell if he was looking at anything or if he worked there...This was at the Waycross location, will never go there again horrible horrible experience

Well...its harbor freight...for some they just dont meet the standard...but i must say this...i am a diesel mechanic by trade and i purchase many items from harbor freight ....some specialty items u should maybe purchase elsewhere but for most ppl and most jobs...harbor freight sells just the right tools...and quality is far beyond what some would expect...if mechanic isnt your profession then in my opinion...there is no need to look any further then harbor freight...their tools are awesome

Store is a little smaller than others Ive been in. Cashier was very helpful and the older warehouse guy wanted to help but the younger warehouse guys were very unprofessional and did not want to hep with even basic things. The cashier even commented on the problem. Other than the warehouse stockers it was a good experience.

Yeah its Harbor Freight tools are cheap but you know what around now and this town and might be the only place you can buy much of this stuff for me I was trying to find some welding supplies Lowes doesnt even carry them anymore so youre stuck with Tractor Supply which closes early and Harbor Freight which most of the time has what Im looking for even if its not the highest of quality it gets the job done

Did not make good on extended warranty item with excuse maybe will get it, in about two weeks followed by an refund offer. I thought if unavailable the company was supposed to offer an equivalent or better but it was not provided as an option.

The store is clean the staff is friendly and if you need help they will help you find what you need lots of parking spots and easy to get in the parking lot and good deals to.

Worst customer service of any Harbor Freight Ive ever been in, And Ive been in them in several states. This place will have 10+ employees there and if youre lucky 1 will be next to a register to check you out. The rest will be standing around or trying to look busy. And Ive been in there numerous times and its always the same thing. But I wont be going back again.
