WORST ORDERING EXPERIENCE EVER! you cant call ahead any orders they force you to use their garbage app that doesnt let you modify anything and they usually dont have stuff in stock but that isnt shown on the app so it will let you place the order and when you get to the store they wont even have your food and the app also doesnt have the option to leave your phone number so they can call you to change the order!! Completely defeats the purpose or ordering ahead!! This place has made me go to work starving multiple times I feel like a fool coming back but its the only thing on the way to work. I absolutely despise this place!!

Tastes great. One of the ordered missed some ingredients and instead of sausage was turkey ham but in the end was good. The stuff really tried their best and this covers for everything! 5 stars goes to freshly baked bagels!

I’ve been observing his for several months now and cannot be silent any longer. I visit this bagel place at least once a week. The new manager is beyond rude to customers ( the tone, the constant arguments with customers. He should be a problem solver and not a problem creator ). I cannot even imagine how he treats the employees. Today I witnessed him reprimand an elderly woman for asking about refills. Once he was done reprimanding her he finished with “ and those doors are for exiting not entering”. The one star is for him alone. Other team members are awesome. As a director myself I would never tolerate this behavior from my managers.

I used to go to this place every week since 7yrs ago, hard to see it such deteriorating since COVID time or should I say since the previous manager. Now its all bad inside out, zero customer service. No napkins, no utensils, no water, no hand sanitizers... all dispensaries are empty. Quality of food isnt the same as well. So sad.

The employee told me that my order was taking longer because I like a lot of eggs on my free orders.If i like eggs, and I get to get my orders FREE because of THE LOYALTY POINTS offered by the place, is none of his business.Terrible customer service. They should know that if I have FREE stuff, means that I am a loyal customer and should be treat better than that.

Awesome bagels, love the jalapeno cheddar bagel and the jalapeno salsa smear. Great customer service called ahead to hold bagels and they were ready for pick up when I reached. Would definitely be coming back!!

Dont know if I came on a bad day for him but the older fellow who seems to have been the manager on duty this afternoon was very abrasive to me from the jump for no reason. The rest of the staff was neutral/kind, but they along with the ok food weren’t enough to remove the lasting taste of bad customer service. Not going to give them a second try despite other good reviews. You’re better off heading next door for breakfast or down the street to Dunks if you’re new

The manager of this place really needs to fix his attitude. If he treats customers this badly I can’t imagine what he’s like to his employees.

Only went for a dozen bagels. They were all fresh and soft.

Old white guy/manager working the cash register needs to re-evaluate either his choice of work or his attitude towards work if he hates being there as much as it seems. He was mad for no reason off the bat before anyone in my family even said anything.

Do not recommend - we received orange juice that was almost 2 weeks expired. The manager was rude and didnt seem to care or try to apologize for their mistake.

Check your receipt and pay attention while the owner is cashing you out. He pulled a fast one on me this morning while hurrying me along and overcharged me. He also likes to throw your credit card down on the table even if you obviously have a hand out for it.Other than that, expect long lines in the morning and be wary driving around in the cramped parking lot.

I was a bit surprised by this bagel store. My experience with Einstein in the Midwest and south is much better than in the Northeast. Probably wont go here again. The food was not great and the store was pretty dirty.

Best customer service. I drove half an hour to get my fix of a 6 cheese toasted with Smoked Salmon Shmear and they delivered. I was so excited that I forgot to pay for coffee and they didnt even charge me for it. Definitely coming back.

Bagless are fine. A bit overpriced. Manager needs to learn some customer service skill. Hes unhelpfull and off putting. I went in satan off peak time to place a catering order. He told me to just go on line and use their website. Way to foster customer relationship

This location is busy, prices seem high, and place somehow feels dark & not-too clean.Bagels are still good, although I remember them as being more tasty.Coffee was o.k., nothing spectacular.Asking for sandwich alterations (just declining few ingredients) seemed to require an excessive amount of explanation & difficulty for the pleasant, but very slow counter staff (bewildering because there seemed to be TOO much counterhelp - better management would be to distribute employees for table clearing & keeping the common areas tidier)If I needed a place to stop, suppose this serves, but certainly wouldnt be a planned destination.

Weve been driving up here from Cape Cod every few weeks for more than a year. Went this morning and bought two sandwiches and 13 bagels. Has the recipe changed? Your bagels are now SOFT, not chewy -- and that is NOT how real bagels are. They also lacked taste. And your garlic bagels now have sesame seeds on them to cut the garlic -- a really, really dumb idea. This place has gone from one of the best to one of the worst. Not at all happy.
