Walked into PC Richards as my 3 (and final) location on my TV search, where I was instantly met with a friendly greeting from Harris. Harris introduced himself and asked me what I was looking for, specs, and budget. He then recommended a TV that blew my expectations away, slightly over my budget but met the specifications I really wanted. We scheduled a follow up with my wife and he was great once again. We settled on a fantastic TV that looks great in my living room. I had a few post sales questions that Harris answered immediately. After a few attempts at purchasing a dryer and refrigerator from different stores I went to P.C. Richards because I had good experiences with them in the past. My washing machine suddenly stopped working, with a family four this is a crisis. Public laundromats are not an option with everything going on in the world. I originally went to PC Richard after having a terrible experience at another kitchen and bath place.. Right off the bat, I was blown away by the attention that Bobby gave his customers. He was very thorough and made sure that all my needs were met and he answered all of my questions. The manager Mike was very helpful as well and extremely knowledgeable. Together they made a really great team and and they have a loyal customer for the future! Overall, this was a great experience. Their prices are very reasonable and their customer service is top notch. No reason to shop elsewhere!

IAlthough they have good selection of appliances but their service is very horrible. These are the pictures of Bosch refrigerator we bought last year and within a year it’s falling apart, and they are blaming in on us of being careless with the fridge, I will never ever recommend to any of my friend going there.

I ordered a washing machine online, upon order completion, I was to receive a phone call about delivery. I did not receive a phone call.I called on a Tuesday, almost 2 weeks after my order was placed to check the status of the delivery and I was told the washing machine would arrive in their warehouse on that Thursday.I made a second inquiry via email. I was then told the washing machine would arrive in 8-12 weeks. PC Richards website showed that this washing machine was actually in stock when I bought it.I purchased my previous washing machine and warranty from them and they also have the worst customer service. I tried calling for 2 days and didn’t get through. When I left my call back number, the rep called me back and hung up.I don’t typically leave negative reviews but I will no longer be a customer of theirs. I have spent thousands of dollars on appliances over the years at PC Richard but this has left such a bad taste, I’m done.

I went into the store because I wanted to see their selections of microwave. I knew exactly what I needed, dementions wise. The sales staff was rude and condescending. Like I was bothering them by purchasing a microwave. The salesmen said instillation could be done by my 4 year old. I ordered, paid, and waited for my microwave since there was no physical product in the store. When I call for instillation they have me on hold for over 30 minutes with no answers.Update - after physically going to the store I was able to purchase instillation on the microwave I bought. This time sales associates / managers were accommodating and reasonable. Lets see how installation goes.

Worst customer service EVER. I was supposed to have a grill delivered 6/19 after confirming 2 times the day prior they call me the morning of and say it never made it on the truck to be delivered . Rescheduled for 6/22 confirmed 4 times the day prior and they call me the morning of and say it was never assembled and that they can deliver it 6/24. My family and i have spent a lot of money throughout the years here and never in my life have I experienced such poor communication. Don’t waste your money here, go elsewhere and maybe you will actually get your product delivered

Juan was not only knowledge, but helpful in picking out models, sizes, and was very involved from start to finish. I felt as though he was designing the kitchen for his own house! He was relaxed when we weren’t, came up with an opinion when prompted, and really thought things through when we narrowed items down that we eventually purchased. Since working with Juan, I bought my washer and dryer, 3 TVs, and all my home AV from him. He’s the absolute best!!!
