I LOVE Michaels! I make jewelry and get my beads there. I love the sales and use a coupon every visit. I always leave with a bag full of items.The route 23 Wayne store is my favorite. They have a better set up and more stock. Lately, I have been visiting other locations and it isnt the same.

Today I went to purchase a few items with my sister and her dad and when it came to pay for our items, there was a worker I believe her name was Cindy Or Mindy I’m sorry if I forgot and she was just this kind, respectful and amazing person. She made me smile today and I just don’t know what to say I’m just so glad/happy I came to Michaels today!! Thank you for making me smile today I just wanted some people to know the great service this store has!!!!!

Walked in and was immediately greeted with no masks. Incredibly unsafe for those who are immune compromised. Mangers simply had no regard for those not wearing masks. Someone should really report this, but take this as a sign not to go in.

I came here with a friend to buy some acrylic paint and some brushes. But ended up buying much more I enjoyed the shopping experience with plenty to choose from.

It is very stocked and we found what we were looking for, coloring books for adults.

This location is organized and has plenty of crafts and art supplies. Staff are very helpful in finding what you need. Compared to other micheals locations, this one is by far my favorite!

At this store I dont have to have an employee open up a lockbox and stand over my shoulder as I select colored pencils like at other locations. And I got high end pencils half off here!

This is the place you want to go for any art or craft item that you need. I go here all the time and fine what i need for a good price.

Don’t require customers to wear masks. Very disappointing and unsafe. Keep your customers and employees protected. Do better.

I love coming here, I can always find what I need and if I dont then I just go on Amazon. But Michaels is a great store, good variety of things. Staff is knowledgeable about the products they carry, which is a plus. Its easy going to a store that makes sure the customer is happy with why they went there in the first place. I really like coming here because they have good coupons and their prices on things are fair. Whats not to love. With so many arts and craft stores closing its nice going to an establishment that has quality people working behind the counter. 5 star service makes me a forever customer. Thank you Michaels.

This Michaels has a decent selection. Employees are polite. My only complaint is the amount of times I end up in this store when there are whole empty sections of shelves. I feel like the store is perpetually being rearranged and it can make locating items (or finding more rare supplies) much more difficult. I find it easier to shop online and just pick up on my way home.

Theres always coupons available which is nice, but thats for all Michaels stores. Regarding this Wayne one in particular, its cleaner than some other Michaels Ive been to, but sometimes their selection is lacking.

Amazing selection of crafting materials and helpful staff. Make sure to check the app for coupons. They also have home decor and Christmas trees at good prices. This is usually my first stop for crafting supplies.

I dont go to Michaels as much as I used to - I almost always go to Joanns instead or even Hobby Lobby. I cant figure out if they change the store around too much or if they just have low stock. That said, the sales and coupons are great if you are looking for something in particular

Found everything we needed

Went to thus store for 2 picture frames, fir sports memorabilia. Found exactly what I wanted at z phenomenal price.Also, the cashier was kind enough to give me some additional insight for another 25% off coupon by filling out survey form, which I will do later.

This store is the 💣 they always have the best stuff and odds are theres some type of sale going on when youre there. Halloween is right around the corner and they have the coolest seasonal selection around. The staff is also super friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend if youre feeling crafty.

I like Michaels selection and coupons. The employees are not familiar with crafting or their products. But this is normal in all crafting stores now. Theres is always a wait to pay. Morning or night. But I give it 4 stars because it is the way things are now.

Michaels is a great store with almost everything you need for the most intricate of crafts. I was surprised though to discover they do not have large size stickers of numbers. I am sure they will rectify this very soon. Last, but not least, they have reasonable prices with ample coupons. Also, they give a special discount to teachers.

I always like to browse through Michaels Craft Stores. I didnt purchase anything, but I so enjoy walking around and just looking! So glad to see the stores opening back up as the pandemic is declining!

Im not huge on crafts, but seems very large for a craft store and has a very large and varied selection. Seems to be well priced. When I went, I was able to find what I was looking for after a bit of searching. Seems like a good craft store to me, and I cant think of any complaints.

Once you get in here, keep your hands off things. Your hands will move to grab things that you dont need. At least I restricted myself from doing it. This place has a lot of things you will love to use though. It is an arts and crafts store after all. I got a couple items I came for including super glue. The staff is very friendly and respectful. Great local craft and DIY store. Of note, it is also a great place to buy kids crafts and educational toys. As always, they also have all your holiday decorations and party favors and is often priced better than the dollar store and party city.

Excellent craft supplies. Good selection. Excellent location. Aisle signs are difficult to read or even see from most angles. Difficult to find anything if youve never been here before.

I always love Michaels, I just wish they would allow you to use coupons on Cricut items.This location is always packed, so leave yourself time to check out if youre in a rush.
