Worse place ever holds car for 4 days then decided to be lazy and claim Warren can’t do the job. Lied saying the o2 sensor was done when it was not truck just sat. Worse place ever would not recommend bringing anything there.

Not a review about the workshop, however: If you enjoy being treated like garbage when a rude gas station attendant laughs in your face after forgetting to ask you if you’d like to pay with cash or credit, get your gas here! Otherwise, stay VERY FAR away and get your gas at the BP across the street. Congratulations on losing a customer!

Excellent. Broke down in my company vehicle at 4pm. They diagnosed the problem, gave me a very fair price ( when they could of easily taken advantage of me as I was 2 hours from home) I was on my way in an hour and a half. Its nice to deal with an honest local business.

I brought my 16-year-old Toyota Camry in here for them to look into sputtering and slow idle on start-up. I left it there all day. When I came back to get it at the end of the day, they said they couldnt find anything wrong. (They hadnt checked for carbon build-up on the idle control, which is one of the first things a good mechanic would check given those symptoms.) A few weeks later, I brought it back again. I arrived right when they opened, and I told them they might want to check the idle control, since that had needed to be cleaned a few years earlier. I got no call from them all day. Well after their posted closing time, I called and asked for a status update. They told me that it would be ready in 30 minutes. I got there and found they had replaced the idle control valve and wanted $560 for the job. I told them that this was quite expensive and I asked why they hadnt called me to give an estimate or to get my approval on the price. They replied unapologetically, We thought thats what you wanted. We can put the old one back in if you want. I asked whether they had bothered trying to clean the idle control valve first, which would have been much less expensive and probably would have solved the problem as it did years earlier. They replied that they hadnt tried that.If you go to this place, ask them to call you with an estimate before they do the work. Though their service in my case may not have been intentionally deceptive, I felt it was sloppy customer service.

This place sucks. Dropped off car for brakes at 8am, calls me at 445 and said we ordered the wrong parts. We will do them at 8am first thing, at noo next day the car wasn’t even started. Don’t make promises you can’t keep.

I would rate them higher if they didnt forget to install a critical bolt on the brake caliper bracket on my work van. as you may know, that caused a very unsafe situation that could have ended very poorly for myself, my helper, and anyone else unfortunate enough to be in the general vicinity.that being said, once the situation was brought to their attention the owner came to my location and did rectify the problem.
