Save yourself time and money. The staff aren’t attentive. They have you waiting around until they feel like attending you. Also, the jewelry is cheap and definitely not worth the money. Bought stud earrings and as I was taking the back piece off the earring to put on my ear, the earring broke apart instantly. It’s not the only incident I’ve had! Returned it and got my money back. You’re better off going to a “real” jewelry store.

Please beware of Piercing Pagodas tactics. This happened to me 3 times before I became aware of what was going on. They add a 1 year warranty to all receipts without asking and make the statement dont forget, you have a 1 year warranty to come back with this item if you ever need to. It is robbery and it is the way they do business. I have been a victim 3 times in New Jersey at 2 different locations (willowbrook and garden state), many years apart. Thank god I finally realized and now I would like to make sure everyone is aware. Review your receipt!
