Service rep was extremely good however the length of time to secure parts and make repairs was excessive. Also dissatisfied with the unavailability of a loaner neccessitating securing a rental at customer expense. This presently is a chronic problem that i have experienced in 3 different repair incidents at two different ford dealerships. There should be a sound customer friendly reimbursement system for rentals especially in cases especially on waranteed repairs. The service rep however was great.

Greg Tyler is the absolute best salesperson I’ve ever worked with. I tell him what I need and want and he makes it happen. I also love that being a woman, I never get the “are you sure I shouldn’t be talking to your husband?” lines that still tend to happen elsewhere. Greg was always very conscious of my time being valuable and checked on me many times throughout our experience to make sure I knew what was going on and how much time it would take. I ended up driving off the lot my new car within a few hours of meeting with him. He definitely has me as a customer for life!
It would be 5 stars. BUT I bought my car Monday afternoon. Drove it less than 40 miles. Then had to return it for service Tuesday. STILL waiting to hear what’s even wrong with it. I’m really grateful Nathan in finance encouraged me to purchase the extended warranty. Pretty disappointed.K Matthews
Great experience. Tom, the service writer, and Matt, the service manager, were so patient and helpful trying to replicate the issue I was experiencing. Ultimately, no repair was needed but I am so appreciative of the time they took with me. The previous dealer had a “we can’t replicate the problem come get your vehicle” attitude, but these guys had a “we can’t replicate the problem can you come test drive it with us so we can get it resolved “ attitude.
I walked in to the dealer being an 18 year old knowing very little, I already had the idea that car sales people would try and wheel and deal get me to buy this or that. I was very nervous trying to buy my first car especially right now with Covid and cars being so hot in the market. I ended up working with Peter in the used car sales and let me tell you how nervous I was, but that quickly faded. Not only did he teach me different things on how to buy and what I should and shouldn’t do he guided me through the whole thing clearly explaining everything and it never felt like he was hiding or trying to push anything on me. I had taken a loan from my bank with a pretty high interest rate I thought that it was normal since I was so young but he managed to lower it to around 5% which was way better then what I had and he easily handled business. He saved me a lot of stress and time and was probably one of the best guys I’ve met in my life. Overall Peter in used cars hands down coolest guy around. Definitely ask for Peter.

My experience was excellent. I had ran over a nail and I needed it fixed without an appointment because I needed to get to work the next day. No problem they checked to see was I in the system and then they fixed my tire. I was so very happy that they took care of me as soon as they could. All I can say is thanks a lot for great service.
Reserved a Bronco in July of 2020 and listed Jack Demmer as my preferred dealership. Spent the last 15 months waiting for my Bronco and it finally arrived. Prior to picking up the vehicle, my salesman Chris notified me there was water inside the vehicle, a moldy/musty smell and that he would not recommend I take delivery of the unit until this was rectified.Chris and the Jack Demmer team worked swiftly to take care of the situation. The vehicle had its carpeting and seats removed and replaced and the vehicle was ready to pick up only a few days later. They also worked with Ford to give me $$ for my troubles.Id HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone. In a less than ideal situation where the vehicle arrived from the plant with issues, they took care of the situation quickly and treated me like I was family.
Made an appointment to have The Works oil change done on my vehicle. When I arrived at my appointment time, my vehicle was pulled into a stall and the mechanic immediately went to work. My vehicle was completed within 45 minutes. Care was taken to keep the interior clean. Staff was helpful and professional.
Great experience! Demmer Ford contacted me earlier in the month to make sure Id have time to get the new car I wanted when my current lease expired.I worked with Bob Pugh and we found that they had one car on the lot that met my needs - right model, color my wife wanted. He then worked with me on price and I wound up coming back that evening to pick up the new car.I had no idea what to expect with the chip shortages but wound up with exactly what I wanted.Would definitely recommend Demmer Ford and Bob Pugh specifically to anyone looking for a Ford!
The dealership and my salesperson, Chris, we’re great. Going in, I knew what I wanted and they were great in delivering the kind of customer service you’d like to see.Even though the build took longer than I would have liked due to the chip shortage, Jack Demmer Ford did everything they could to expedite delivery, and in fact, the vehicle was delivered two weeks earlier than Ford Motors said it would be.Highly recommend.
Jack Demmer Ford Service Department provided us with truly 5 star service. We were traveling from out of state and had a major repair issue (cracked flywheel) that arose. We actually had the prior repair on our car from another dealership on the east coast and it took 3+ weeks to resolve. That and I felt I was getting the run around instead of straight answers. Jack Demmer had us in and out within 1 business day and allowed us to keep our travel plans home without the major interruption we were anticipating. After a bout of bad luck with older cars, we needed to replace both. Chris was very easy going, easy to talk to, and met all our needs. He went above and beyond and gave our toddler a little model construction truck (he was hoping for an orange bulldozer!) and delivered my Explorer when I was stuck at home with the kids. Everyone was very nice and helpful and we look forward to working with them again.

I came to this location with a problem on my Ford Focus. I wasn’t sure what the outcome would be but all of the staff made sure to keep in contact with me every step of the way. Pat and the mechanics were great!!I have an issue with the collision department. I went in to see about my cracked side mirror and they gave me an estimate of $633.00. The mirror was still attached and still in the mirror casing. I order a $30.00 mirror off Amazon and took my car somewhere else. They not only popped off the mirror and replaced it, they did it for free!! They did it free, but the collision shop wanted to charge over $600. Make it make sense.

I ordered an Explorer through them during the great chip shortage. They were helpful with the ordering process. When it came in, they set the car aside and called me up. When I got back into town we went and bought it. There was no BS in finance. The car was perfect. I do love it when a seller treats us customers the way they would want to be treated.What some other dealers have famously done in this situation is: let a bunch of people test drive it and sell it for more than MSRP (given the shortage), leaving me to start over. They did no such thing. Our experience tells me that JD Ford is actually walking the walk, not just talking the talk.Dealers are going through a bad time right now, and I hope that the good ones like this make it through and the bad ones are abandoned by consumers. I would recommend this dealer to anyone!

I took my F150 to them with a simple pats or what most people would know it was a security system reset. I had already had it scanned by a friend plus a paid lock Smith so I already knew the issue. I explained it to theyre service people before I even took it to them. They told me over the phone all they would have to do is connect it to theyre computer and reset it.I asked how much and how long they said one full day and 125$.i pay to have it towed to them. It end up being 4 full days 500$ later and no true explanation of why. With them also telling me oh by the way you have a hole in the driver side rocker panel. Why are you even looking under the truck ?
Great service short of under staffing, was kinda difficult to reach the quicklane on the phone. However very helpful and kind once I did get through.
Couldnt have been happier with my experience Tina, Nate and Pete all helped me out when I was in a pinch 5 hours away from home and with a broken down car. I was in and out of the dealership in just over an hour and they gave me a great deal on my trade in and my new vehicle. I highly recommend them.

Parts were available & they took my car in right away. Was able to pick up my vehicle a couple days later. Prompt courteous service.

2 stars only because they closed the shop on Saturday even those they gave me an appointment for oil change and I was right on time. They quickly blamed power outage instead of apologizing. The lights inside were on when I got there so just an excuse. My second appointment went smooth though.

I needed a new truck pretty quick and on recommendation my first stop was Demmer. I stopped in to look at a few trucks on a Monday night and took one for a drive. In less than 48 hours, I picked up my new truck. My salesman Pete listened to what I needed and found me the perfect truck for my needs. Nate got me a better rate than my bank could even get me and kept my payment where I needed it. The sales manager Eric made sure everything went smoothly as there had been a minor issue on my part but nothing stopped this team from making the deal happen. My rate was low enough that I could even afford to get a great warranty as a part of the deal and still be in budget. My salesman, Derrel Mimms, was very pleasant to work with. My wife and I were not pressured into buying a vehicle through this shopping experience. It turned out that we were interested in leasing a vehicle that was not in stock but was already ordered. Derrel tagged the vehicle for us and kept us informed on when the vehicle was being built, shipped, and when it arrived at the dealership. Throughout this time Derrel didnt overburden us with phone calls but still managed to communicate with us just the right amount. I took my truck in to have a recall taken care of and to also get a set of 4 new tires. Truck was completed when they said it would be and all seems to be well with it. I would recommend Jack Demmer Ford to anyone also have been very professional.
My salesman was really good, the delivery of my truck was not what was expected. I purchased a used truck, spent a decent amount of money and when I picked it up, it looked great, all shined up, spotless on the inside. I got in it started it up and it only had a half tank of gas in it. I would have figured that, for the price of that truck, it would have came with a full tank but I guess the bottom line is more important. Again the people we dealt with were great, I assume the, not full tank, was a decision from above them!
As my lease was up in a few weeks time, I was anxious to get my new vehicle! We’ve always dealt with Demmer Lincoln and Ford, and per usual it was a fantastic experience! We normally deal with Corey Wertz at Demmer Lincoln, but as this was a Bronco Sport I was interested in, Corey met me out at the Ford Dealership and I was able to deal with both Corey and Rob, as Corey has been our salesman for a good amount of years now. This was the first time I dealt with Rob Vanassche at the Ford dealership, and I can tell you, what a great experience! From when I first arrived to when everything was complete, I was made to feel welcome and the process was seamless!! My husband wasn’t able to be there, so I was a bit nervous going about this myself this time, but Corey and Rob made things so easy!!! Demmer is the best!! Highly recommend these guys! Very happy with the person who greeted me at service and took me to waiting room and came to tell me when the oil change was done. Not happy with overall performance at Jack Demmer. I wasn’t even sure that the oil had been changed. Had to check to see if oil was clean. I use the FordPass app to keep up on oil life and that has only gone down since the oil change. I messaged and asked if there was a way I could update the app to show correct oil life. No answer. Finally sent another message and my sales person called and said it takes a couple days to show correct oil life. Not sure if that is true. If not, I’ll old school it and just check the little plastic sticker 😊. I will not go back to them for an oil change.
Arrived only to be told I had no appointment. I made it 2 weeks prior.Fortunately the guy that gave me the appointment was there and told the other guy to just write it up.Even with that hiccup. It wasn’t that long of a wait.My only real complaint was the days/weeks waiting to get in. I was told they only had 2 techs changing oil.
