Im new to this Food Market. Ive visited a few times and so far Ive enjoyed it and had bought something each time. Theyre a little pricey but not by much and they have really good sales away, so I believe it all works out in the end. Its a big store, they sell plenty of fresh goods and have lots, and lots of variety. I think if youre just shopping around, youll find something and youll like it. The employees are nice, as well. Its a clean and friendly environment. Definitely stop in if youre in the area or just want to try a new place for home goods.

This store is in a convenient location with a friendly staff. Its well organized and I like that they have a nice sized selection of Polar carbonated beverages though I wished they sell the Polar black cherry-flavored soda like they used to.

Basically a good selection overall, and meats/deli are good quality, but produce is very hit or miss. And its not always easy to find stuff.

Very clean and neat and is extremely large so it has all different kind of foods. Including ethnic foods and vegetables.

UPDATE: The renovation looks fantastic and I’ve had great service here! Selection and pricing might not be as great as larger stores but still excellent.

Found service to be poor, prices too high, sign read 3 packs of Poland Spring for $10. When I went to pay, cashier tells me I need to buy an additional $10 worth of items to get the discount. I drove for 15 miles and went because the internet showed I could get an item they claim they never carried.

This Foodtown has a great deli and hot buffet bar, but I feel the produce should be much, much better in freshness.

Very nice fruits & vegetable selection; fresh produce with a good hot buffet choices along with salad bar all very clean and sanitary!

I run in and out never too busy after work a quick place to get a few things their sushi is so good.

What a transformation! I love all the food is very fresh. I want time did have a problem with one of the Deli workers, but since she’s actually been very nice. The sushi is amazing and to die for. It’s great because you can actually keep it in your fridge for two or three days and the rice does not turn hard. They always seem to have very fresh meats and seafood as well. I highly recommend coming here. I can’t wait to try other hot foods and such.

Berries were moldy the next day. Store is too far away to return them. I will not buy them there any more

The only thing I dont like is the produce always seems to be either not-so-great, damaged or out of stock. They leave the grungy leftovers out to be sold.

To management: I am giving you 3 stars and the reason for the review is due to the super high prices compared to the stores nearby. I believe that if you can complement prices accordingly your store will be much in much better shape, specially with Shoprite and costco which are both 10 minutes away. Weve noticed that competing with stopnshop is really not worth it.

Good products. Somewhat high prices. Disinfectant for customers only available at customer service desk. As a physician I find this unacceptable in the face of rising COVID-19 cases.

I started going to this Foodtown in the summer, and I can say its by far the best store Ive been to. I ordered 2 specialized cakes on two different occasions for my kids Birthday & I received many compliments on how good it tasted. Also, their hot food station is tasteful with many varieties.Staff are very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!!👍

Newly refurbished with self checkout lanes and large sushi area and plenty of staff ready to help before you can ask.

All very nice employees here, especially the tall young man who assists with self-checkout...so helpful and polite!

Theyre pretty well stocked with a smorasboard of meats, deli, cheeses, and a wide variety of frozen foods.

I go here often and today had a terrible experience, I just called to ask why I was overcharged for the eggs on sale. The guy who answered the phone was so rude to me said we didnt have those eggs in stock yesterday. Well how would I know that if I grabbed them right under the sign for the sale. Yelling at me. I will never go back there again, and its a good little store for a quick shopping. I know its been crazy in these stores but I asked a quick question and should never be spoken to that way

Best deli friendly staff and Boars Head meats

Good so far. I normally go to Stop & Shop, but went here for a quick stop and was surprised that the prices were comparable and reasonable. Ill try it out more often now since its closer to my house.

More of an old school food store.They have the essentials. Convenient to get to on the highway.

It is very big and lots of different choices.

Fix your hours and Ill adjust rating. Ran out of water Sunday night and says open till 10pm... showed at 9:50 and foodtown closed. Frustrating

Easy to find items and cashier very helpful

I started going to jacks Foodtown recently, have had a good shopping experience, also help is good if needed. Find everything needed.

I have such mixed feelings about this place.On the one hand it is convenient and in a nice location. They have fresh fruits, veggies and meats for sure.On the other, some of the staff [and chiefly speaking the two guys that work in the deli] have been less than helpful and rude on more than several occasions. Really, they make you borderline uncomfortable.I do still visit here every so often, but if Im not always going to be respected, then my money can be respected somewhere else.

They charged me for 4 packs of water instead of 3 I bought and the store prices are outlandish ...terrible

Not sure why it is called a super store. This is a small store with not a huge selection of things. Produce is good. Deli selection is nice but you have to watch, the staff prefers to shred rather than slice meats and cheeses. Store is crowded and checkout lines are very cramped. I will make this place a quick shop not a full grocery shop store

This s the best little Supermarket. It has everything you need without the hassle of a large store and the accompanying crowds. Prices are very good too. The store has a small town feel and the same employees take care of you each week. A rare delight.

Theyve expanded and improved for what they were last year. Selection is better, meats and deli, still not a full scale grocery store but has plenty to offer to grab when/if in between my bigger supermarket shop.

Very clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We are from wisconsin, visiting family and friends. I like how there were rolls right in the deli part of the store. I was going to make a fast lunch, for a long car ride. It was great.

This place is great for small shopping trips. The deli is definitely better than the other supermarkets. Some items can be a bit on the pricey side but all in all, a nice store

Has everything youd expect from a standard supermarket. Oddly specific detail, but the mens bathroom was really big considering its just for one person. But Im not complaining. The supermarket did kinda smell a little bit in some aisles but otherwise no issues

There is a great selection of healthy foods and unusual finds. The prices are great and the sales make them a steal. A very neighborhood feel with good service. Although the cashier in the last lane did not seem happy I interrupted her day, there was still no waiting as compared to the shop rite 5 person wait no matter what time of what day. I liked it.

I dont go there that often because it is on the other side of town. But when they have there meat on sale I make it a point to stop by. Good meat and fish. Also they have expanded there prepared food. Tried a few different items. All good. Only reason 4 stars and not 5 is the store is small with limited selection on groceries.

This photo on which is Jacks Super Foodtown, is readily accessible and sticks enough of the sale items that I dont need rain checks many times.The staff is courteous and helpful and they are undergoing I think an expansion of the store which should make the store even better than what it is.

They didnt have anything I was looking for. Not even the cat treats that every other store carrys. Only one type of hair. I will never go there again. What a waste of time.

I love Jacks Foodtown in Wayne NJ. Nice staff and great music to listen to when you shop! Just 2 suggestions please order Vanilla Coke and Fancy Feast Filet Mignon Dry Cat Food. You used to carry these products but I have not seen them there for a very long time. I hate to make a second stop elsewhere to buy them. Thank you

Nice kids that work there. Better sales for cat food than shop rite at the time. Easy to find things and not a long line or if a line at all there. They just dont have any polish brands there. Their international aisle is a big ZERO. But they do have pretty good sales. I could not complain bc I went in there for cat food not knowing what the prices were and I was pretty amazed! Although they dont have as many choices as other stores. It did get the job done with out having to pay 1$ for a 3 oz can of fancy feast .

They expanded the store and they carry many popular brands. Appy staff, stockers, are really helpful and attentive. Its nice that it isnt a super-sized store that has lost its friendliness. You can find what you need and get in/out quickly. Also, very clean too!!!

Yikes! I havent been to a Foodtown supermarket in a very long time and I wont be coming back. The store was on the small side it was dingy, the aisles were narrow and the prices were high. I cant imagine any reason to come back here when there are nicer cheaper stores nearby.

I needed a good deal on water and I also needed some extra water so ask the kind and courteous store manager if you would be so kind to give me two sets of waters long as I made two separate purchases and he did now thats great customer service to help a family out good job Foodtown

The store is more like a corner store than a supermarket. Its very difficult to find anything in this store. The prices are inflated compared to other markets. It offers no hot kitchen where you can get hot freshly cooked foods to go. The pick 5 meats for 19.99 is no special as in my experience I have found that the meat is below standard in quality. Im giving it 2 stars rather than one because the staff are polite and the store manager was very cooperative when I purchased some boneless ribs, only to get them home and find out they were spoiled. I called the store and the manager graciously refunded my money the next day. On another positive note they do offer decent cold cuts and fresh bagels that they obviously dont make at the store. Its the type of place that I will not go back to do any major shopping but if necessary run in only of desperation to grab something, such as detergent, soda or a couple of bagels that hopefully will be nice and fresh. But remember, mostly everything is overpriced.

The local supermarket closest to my residence. Has the basic necessities any supermarket needs. Pretty short wait times the times I go there. Has sushi, deli, pastries, and the bomb five packages of uncooked meat for $20.

I wouldnt call this a Super Foodtown. Just a regular Foodtown, or maybe an above average Foodtown.
