This store is everything that is dance!! When this store opened years ago it was Our Favorite Store for dance!! The variety back then was fabulous & now My Granddaughter is following in her Mommas shoes!! She is 3yrs old & loves ballet school!!♡♡ Thanx for being there for her all of these years later!!! Capezio is the best!!

Finding the right point shoes is not easy. We were so lucky to have Dane helping us today to get the right pair. Dane is so kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. I was very impressed and pleased. For sure, we will come back for more needs for my daughters dance. She is 14 years old and good in ballet and traditional Chinese dance. The Young man Dane, was very helpful fitting our shoes. He was a very talented fitter and dancer. We loved his attitude!!

Not happy with exchange policy. Went to exchange brand new dance shoes for my 4yo. Yes over 30 days but i work in retail and you should choose to make the moment right. Boxes were like new could easily be resold. I planned on enrolling her last winter but due to money constraints could not do so until now. They would not change the size. I refuse to give them more money. And they still allowed me to leave the shoes with them at my request to give them to someone less fortunate. I could understand if I only received sale price for exchange or such but nothing. Will take my business elsewhere and encourage other acquaintances to do the same.

This capezio location is my favorite. Nikki the new store manager is incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. She let us stay a few minutes after the store had closed to make sure we had the right fit.

The store itself is neat and well organized so it’s easy to find what you need. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledageable about all items. I went in for a last minute leotard for a childrens theater costume and after chatting with the sales associate they helped me to choose exactly what I needed.

The place looks nice and has good variety. I was looking for shoes without leather and they did not have them. The women that helped us gave us shoes said it is without leather and before paying I veiffied and they did have leather. She did not apologize and just said that they do not have shoes without leather.....

Nikki and Dane were so nice and helpful with helping my daughter find the size for her pointe shoe fitting. Definitely recommend this location .

I went there about 2 weeks ago after seeing an add for 15% dance wear at the Little Gym. I was in the market for a leotard and tights for my daughter. Upon arrival, the woman behind the counter directed me to a nice two piece for her and then I mentioned the ad. She said, well you need to have brought something like an actual coupon. I continued to tell her that I did not see an actual coupon but simply a flyer hung up and advertised. Because I had two young kids with me and I was 7 months pregnant, I told her I was not going back to find the coupon. She also stated that it was only a certain line of dance wear anyway that did not include what I had wanted to purchase. A few days later, I was back at the gym and there was a stack of coupons for 20% ALL dance wear. Really? Thanks for caring about your customers and wanted to keep them.

Great service! My daughter needed black character shoes for her high school production. He asked details for what she was looking for in the shoes and sized her. Friendly the whole time including when I had to step outside to connect to Wi-fi to view my Groupon.

If they dont have your size they can order it for you. Quality is really good, but isnt a lot of variety.
