Costco is Costco. Most locations are the same but big difference here is they sell Alcohol. Amazing Wines, Spirits etc. There is one more huge difference, Costco like these have greater varieties as well which you won’t find ordinarily. I know another location which is similar to this - Washington DC location. Some of the Kirkland spirits are really top notch like their Tequila Anejo, Gin and Cognac. Check this place out

I enjoy the food a lot. The morning manager was Aces and very accommodating. This place is very busy so the low point is the service that I received. I wont give her name but she was not rude at all but just not good at her job and need to be retrained. I would try the take-out rather than sit and eat.

There are plenty of handicap parking spaces. The products are varied sometimes change on a month to month basis so if you see something that youd like to have I would recommend that you purchase it at that point. Produce and bakery products are fresh. Nice selection of seafood do read the signs some is formed some is seaclot so if youre particular about that just make sure you read. There is organic chicken organic ground beef and a good variety of other meats. Just know your prices when youre looking at some of the other items. I am not a fan of a crowd so if this is something that bothers you this may not be a place for you theyre always seems to be a good amount of people in the store but the checkout lines are generally quick.

The best place for bulk buying. Prices are great especially since food prices are soaring. Since Christmas items are out now I plan on snapping up some gift cards for my Grandsons. You even get a discount on them.

My sister-in-law took me to this Costco. LOVE it!! We dont have one in Dover, DE. Found lots of different things that Im going to enjoy. Will have to make this a designation each time I come to visit!Gas price was cheaper that averages around town!

I went at a very busy time and is hard tomove around but I found everything I needed - they are pretty well-stocked. The lines are long but move at a reasonable pace.

Okay, heres something I dont understand. This is a GREAT Costco, the pharmacy people are especially nice, but with all the other precautions theyve taken for Covid - markings in the floor for social distancing, dividers between employees and customers, etc., hire does this happen? Every pair of checkout lines are set up so the carts go behind the Costco employees and the customers go in front. By what that ends up doing is squeezing the customers together in the middle, completely nullifying all the social distancing youve done up until that point! I dont get it!

Good choices of all levels grocery, decent management during pandemic due to crowded customers not sticking to 6 feet social distance policy.

Great products and prices, including Kirkland brand liquor.

Dont park to close to the entrance 2 much traffic by entryways not enough people to get you out the door but it was Saturday so theres a lot of traffic overall good and quick

This is one of the Costco stores in NJ that sells Kirkland brand liquor and wine. Other than that, its a nice, clean Costco.Samples are back.

Being a New COSCO Member i decided to go on Sunday. The store opens at 10 am and by 10:30 am when I arrived the place was rocking. Very crowded and I am glad I masked up. There were lots of folks on the check out line but the line goes very quickly thanks to great professional staff members on the check out line..

Standard Costco experience. The other patrons make it terrible along with their strategy of always moving their inventory. Overall, they have everything we’re looking for and far better than BJ’s

I personally love Costco. It’s better to buy in bulk. You save money and also time by not going back and forth buying groceries every week. This location can get busy especially during weekends which might slow you down as you go through aisles

Great selection of items. Membership is required but its well worth it! Food court is amazing as well!

First time at this location. I planned this visit based on the fact I needed gas for my car. The price of the gas is generally 25 cents cheaper than my local gas stations. The gas station is efficiently run by the attendants and I like the fact that the fuel hose can reach the gas tank on either side of the car.The layout of this Costco is similar to other locations and made for easy navigation to the areas I wanted to visit. Check out was a breeze through the self check out. Like all the other Costcos, there is plenty of parking.

This is the best Costco we can ever ask for, neat and clean. The staff is friendly and willing to help. We always get the fresh fruits and meat here; meanwhile, find our favorite liquor.

I love Costco! They carry all the essentials at affordable and reasonable prices. Their wine selection is really good and their prices are very competitive!

Just wanted to pick up a few things, was able to do this in a reasonable time. The only problem was finding a parking space.

To be honest this is the best costco location. There is ample parking. Ample liquor and food supplies, furniture and other miscellaneous items. There is a self checkout and numerous cashiers to move through the store fully. They have a lot of things in stock here. People also do not take advantage of the tire center here at all. They are very meticulous and work quickly here. Employees are friendly as well.

The helper that packs the employee cart is rude and obnoxious. OP# 102 : Caroline’s helper not the cashier.We had five items and I left the items in the cart with the barcode up to speed up the process and yet the helper felted he had to move the items so I asked why and he mumbled and I questioned his response and of course he didn’t say anything but gave me a look. My point is if you’re unhappy then don’t work.

I love Costco & was told to go there for contacts because they were a reasonable price and the staff was good. When I got there the guy helping me was rude and snarky. He didn’t want to help me because I didn’t have my insurance or my perception on hand. I just wanted some questions answered and I got turned away. That’s horrible customer service if you ask me. The staff at the actual customer service desk and everyone we’re perfectly fine but the eyewear staff.

One of the best Costco on the Northeast for the fact they sell wine & spirits at great prices. And Kirkland wine which is fantastic, our favorite Pinot Grigio for $7.99. Large store, expansive parking and as always great Costco service.

Poorly labeled isles making first time shoppers confused.Wanted to purchase eyewear the person behind the counter wouldnt acknowledge me until an Hispanic woman asked a question and was cheerfully attended. I guess you need to be the appropriate ethnicity.I belonged to BJS wholesale for years never felt this way. All isles labeled easier to find what youre looking for. Check out is chaotic other staff quite helpful. I would give it mixed reviews

Just went to get my tires rotated and balanced and had one of their tire workers crack my tire cap and told me to buy new ones while walking away. I got the manager Jose and he eneded up telling me to leave while saying my membership will be canceled because I was mad they wouldnt cover any damage. Once a higher up Carlos came both of those worms started saying the complete opposite since their cameras dont record audio. So their argument was that I was mad for no reason at all. I just felt like being mad. Never come to the tire shop.

To be honest, I dont see the point and appeal of Cost-Co. My wife loves it, but its not worth it unless you got a lot of mouths to feed (I do not). Maybe for items you want bulk of (Water, TP/PT) but yea thats it. Items are NOT fresh, priced high for MORE than you probably need, AND you have to pay for the privilege. And the whole Gas strategy?. Its only like 5-cents cheaper than the other stations, so yea, also not worth it.Sometimes you can find unique items here that you wont find elsewhere, so I guess thats a plus. But yea, not my favorite. If youre a big family/commercial, come here. If not, shop true local.

Decent prices for bulk goods. The only problem is that parking can be a pain in the you know what when it is busy. Best to go on weekdays or late in the afternoon on weekends.

I used an electrical wheel chair, all staff where very supportive because I cannot walk long distance.

Manager louisa should be fired!!!Came to shop with 3 daughters, 8 10 and 12. One of the them has a therapy dog(service dog). She said my daughter cant go inside with a dog and should wait outside. Never had such a problem in any other costcos.

Very nice store with an excellent selection of groceries and department store items. My niece brought me there she was shopping for groceries and I had my first look around this Costco at the Essex Mall. They had a very large selection of merchandise.I myself didnt purchase anything because I was up there in North Jersey on vacation and I could not bring anything back on plane.

Always crowded unless you come when they first open or between 3pm and 5pm weekdays. Need good boxes to carry everything home? Go to the juice aisle in the back left (past the refrigeration area) and grab the sturdy boxes from the juice bins.

The store is a Costco if youve been to one youve been to them all. The reason for the 3 stars is simply put the store is a fuster cluck. There are so many people who visit this store it makes me not even want to go there. I know thats not Costcos fault but still.

One of the only Costco i love to go to. But one thing that I dont like is that Dogs are not even allowed. Not even little puppies, nothing.I had went in with my little puppy and one of the guys that worked there, really nice guy said Dogs arent allowed, I respected that because he was really nice. Hopefully one day they will allow dogs.

Theyre counting how many people go in, but arent limiting it. People are able to take their masks off or wear them under their nose with no response from staff. Had a staff member tell me to chill out because I asked him to wear a mask while he was blocking my car and somehow trying to direct traffic even though no one else was doing so anywhere else in the lot. I personally dont see anyone sanitize anything between customers.

Crowded a mess could barely walk had to put my 5 yr old in a cart because he got hit 3 times... They DIDNT even have my Starbucks mocha frappes !!! It took about 10 minutes to even find a worker to ask .... Overall Ill drive to another location and never back to this one

Went to get tires. The staff kept the appointment and kept me up to date and provided me with printed notes about my vehicle. Going back again next week for two more tires on different vehicle.

This Costco sells a vast inventory of liquor. From beer to premium whiskey and fine wines it’s my go to place during the holidays or weekends to get all around drunk in general. Lines move quickly too.

How did I ever live without a Costco card??? And now I live less than 10 minutes away!!! Great assortment of products. Always fresh produce. Customer service is great! And you can’t beat their gas prices! Love this Wayne location!

We have been going to Costco Wayne for a few years and Costco manages to keep up the interest each time. We do a lot of shopping from Costco starting with basic organic groceries (organic cashews, goji berries, fresh blueberries, spinach, apples are all good quality) to big items like furniture. And, they are truly impressive as they not only provide some of the better products, they also help with excellent customer service. This is by far the fairest and customer centric business I have ever seen and have a great respect for Costco business model. I adore their integrity and how they are reliable and standby the products/services they sell. Some of the products they sell like diamond jewellery have the diamonds that are ethically sourced. They have special events at warehouses occasionally of jewellery, skin care products, special knife sets, etc. As of now, they have a jewellery event going on at Wayne Costco. They also sell a few special items occasionally like special occasion cards, table lamps, handbags, etc., I have found those item are usually very good deals and worth it. Though if Im not sure of buying and wait for a few days and then decide to buy, those items are just gone, not just from this warehouse, but from most other warehouses and sometimes even online (if available). This wisdom helped us buy our dryer right in time as the dryer we brought was available only for a week or so and its a good dryer. Overall, we enjoy our shopping at Costco. It is usually quite colorful and the most colorful time of year is before Christmas. It brings best of the season and seems quite joyous. So far, we visited 11 different Costcos including in NJ, NY, Hawaii, Montreal and Vancouver and they do have some items only at certain locations, like the scarfs they sell in Maui. Might probably not see those in Costcos up here. Hope to visit more Costcos in future and also, hope Costco expands its organic produce/food even more.

Horrible customer service. I tried to make a return for two food items. One of the food items went bad with mold in a few days after purchasing. The other food item was unopened and still wrapped in the plastic. The customer service associate was unwilling to work with me and she only let me return my meatloaf product which was $13.75 and not my unopened carrots package. She tried to throw the hoarding rules New Jersey at me. Very disrespectful and not helpful. In the past this was never a problem they would especially take back the item as long as it wasnt opened but ironically enough they took back and return my food item that was opened with mold. Why not take back a food item thats still good till late May and here I am returning an April? HORRIBKE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT RETURNS. I DONT WANT TO SHOP AT THIS COSTCO AGAIN!!

Unbeknownst to me I brought the wrong prescription to Costco optical for glasses. When I came to pick them up they clearly didn’t work. The nice people who worked here help me to figure out was wrong and replace them at no additional charge. They have a great selection, and their prices are better than anywhere around. I highly recommend Costco optical.
