No stock, empty store.......smells and feels like they are no longer relevant in this current marketplace. Shame because they are one of the original stores that you could get anything toy related, and used to have tremendous buying power and always had what other stores didnt carry. Now.....they have less than everyone else......empty shelves, small selection......this company is done!

I know Toys R Us is not the cheapest when it comes to toys. The thing though was the customer service I received. From the second I walked into the store, I was welcomed in a very friendly manor. On top of that they took the time to show me what I was looking for. Not just point to an aisle I was actually walked over to it. Every person in the store had a smile. All in all a very nice visit to this store.

Nice place for kids shopping

You would think the store right down the street from the headquarters would be more of a flagship. This store is definitely not impressive. It serves the purpose though, Ive been in there quite a few times and theyve been helpful and friendly.

Great place for toy shopping.Candy is expensive.Regular items are not priced competitively.Best time to buy is when they have sales.

Clean store, everything is in place, staff is always available when you need assistance and check out lines are very short with many cashiers available.

I prefer the Toys R Us in Wayne. You will always find what you cant on Rt 46 (crowded and workers arent as nice, they pretty much have nothing )the staff in Wayne are very nice, knowledgeable, friendly and its alot less crowded.

The Corporate HQ Store was always AWESOME! Gonna miss it.

Sadly the are closing but a great time to buy for the Kids or for presents! At 40% right now and will go up more and more. Games arent worth buying yet because they are full list price, i wouldnt buy any till they are %50 off. Dont have many accesories left but have tons of Nintendo Switch. Good time to buy skylanders games, for ~20 you can get some good content game that will last you 10-15 hours rushing through. Dont pass this up!

Good staff, very neat, and a good sale before it closes

Some Pokemon cards, but no anime! This is why Toys R Us is going into the trashcan! You could not adapt, you could not clear your debt. Look up me crying on the Internet, that is what I am doing right now writing this sorrowful review. By the way, everything will be discounted, get three booster boxes for $30, I think.

Its closing, but enjoyed the visit anyway.

I spoke with the person at the register.iasked a person for assistance. He told me that the items that were on my registered list that had zero next to them ment that the ste store was out of this item and I should leave. When in fact it ment she didnt have any of these items yet. He was really rude about it as well. I consider myself an extremely friendly person. He upset me so much . I did find items on my own and almost dropped one cut my liphad blood running down my face at the register.the nice woman gave me a paper towel.this shouldnt even get a one.

This is the closest toys r us to their corporate headquarters but its not very impressive. Its smaller than most toys r us stores and consequently the selection is not great.
