We got a different experience while we made our own custome made bear for our 5 year old son. He loved it.

Despite a very busy mall and time of year, each employee was so helpful and kind! They had remembered my name from an earlier phone call and helped me right away. Very excited to give my partner her gift!

The kids always love it. The workers are friendly too although i wish customers had somewhere to sit down. Especially after walking around and shopping all day.

Horrible. Should be zero stars. It is not a store. Its a counter in the mall. It was supposed to open at 11, but never did. Customers standing everywhere. Kids upset. Call main office and only get a recording. Stay away.

Its so cool they even have clothes from Harry Potter.
