Just purchased a beautiful Natuzzi chair and ottoman for the bedroom. I went into the store thinking I knew what I wanted and I came out with something completely different than what I was thinking and I cannot be more happier with it!!I took photos of the area where the chair was going to be and showed the staff and they gave me recommendations and helped me to make my choice.All of the staff is very friendly and helpful including the delivery guys who delivered my chair and set it up perfectly.Thank you so much to all of the staff! We are very fortunate to have such a high quality and wonderful store in our little town.

The staff at Under the Roof made furnishing my home a first-rate experience. Jonathan, the designer who offers top-notch and complimentary guidance, had many excellent suggestions and also was an effective listener, which meant I ended up with a beautiful home with comfortable and chic furniture from Under the Roof. I also brought in some of my own design ideas/needs that Jonathan effortlessly incorporated into my interior planning. He definitely had many resources/products to suggest, and the end result was a home filled with furnishings and accents that my family and friends will continue to enjoy for years to come!Don’t hesitate to visit, as you’ll have both quality furniture and advice at your fingertips.

2018:We were looking for a new bedroom suite. Like many people, we startedour search in North Carolina. Later we found that Under The Roof inWaynesboro had what we wanted, and was less expensive when shippingwas included. We were very impressed with the service we got. Jonathanwas great in helping us pick out the pieces and matching up the bedframe with the mirror to tie together two different styles that weliked. When the bedroom suite came the bed frame was not exactly whatwe had wanted. We called and Jonathan was very helpful to work with usand get us what we wanted. I would highly recommend this place.Service was great and they were very easy to work with. We will beback in the future.

Worked with Jamie to replace our family room furniture. We were somewhat indecisive, she was patient. After a second visit of looking, trying, thinking, and selecting we placed our order. The guys who delivered our furniture were conscientious, hard working, careful, helpful, and polite. The furniture is in perfect condition. An overall great experience.

We LOVE Under the Roof. Over the years we have furnished our home almost completely from Under the Roof because they offer a large selection of quality products with knowledgable staff to help find just the right piece without pressure tactics.

We were told the Amish furniture was easily customized, but then were quoted a 23 percent price increase to have kitchen chair legs altered about 1 inch to a fairly standard 19 inch length. Sales person refused two requests to talk to store manager?!

While a nice enough store with a decent selection, they have a ludicrous policy of not allowing dogs in the store even in a fully enclosed stroller. They purport to be concerned about fleas and ticks. The first sales person said it was OK, the second person said no you can’t do that. How to lose a sale.

Under the roof just delivered my furniture. An excellent store and excellent people.
