I found myself needing a new windshield, I was told to call this company, and I’m super glad I did. I called on a Monday afternoon, they had a windshield in stock, and came the next morning to install. The two gentleman that showed up were very nice, polite, and professional. They were able to install the windshield is no time, I wasn’t watching the clock, but I think it took about 20 mins. They charged a very fair price and I’m just impressed with the overall service. I definitely recommend them for your windshield/etc needs. Two thumbs up.
I called to set up an appointment, their answering machine said they would call me back immediately, but it was actually the next day. I didnt mind because the worker was very nice, and quickly helped me set up an appointment.They called the day before my appt to tell me there was an issue with the windshield, and rescheduled. They showed up on time to my house, fixed it in 20 minutes, and emailed me the receipt.They were quick and professional. Windshield looks great too. Be sure to ask when theyre coming though, they gave me a day, but I had to ask for the time.

This is the place to call if you need a windshield replacement or repair. They had to order the windshield I needed and still came out with in 48 hours. They were fast and super nice.
They were able to schedule me in to fix the chip in my windshield the same day. I was only in town for several hours. Very nice guy that repaired the chip.
Nothing but prompt, professional service with these guys. Whoever left the 1 star review is completely wrong (btw you don’t cancel same day on a service like this). Tracy and his team are great at what they do and help you find what you need at a great price. I’d trust them over anyone in the valley.

Very unsatisfactory service. Windshield had an air leak after installed. Their solution was to just smear more silicone on it instead of actually fixing properly. Will never do business with them again
After obtaining quotes all over the valley. Translite was by far the best price and ultimately a very professional and expedient job. I would absolutely recommend them highly. Unfortunately I’ve had to use them twice for two different cars.

I made an appointment then cancelled within a few hours that same day I made the appt bc I found somewhere cheaper. They still showed up at my work 2 days later. I was confused about which company I cancelled so when I told them I cancelled them and they replied that I cancelled the OTHER one, I believed them. They showed up so I said go ahead. Didn’t sit right with me after thinking about it so I called the other company I intended on going with and verified that translite lied to me. They agreed to meet the same price, which was good. However, the following events after they replaced my windshield is where things got even worse.I had offered to pay before they even started. They seemed passive aggressive and dismissive of me and I was also at work so I just said ok, I’ll call later to pay. Within TWO hours after they finished, they were blowing up my phone with calls, voicemail, and text asking for me to text them my card number (uh, I would not suggest to text a stranger with your card info) with them KNOWING I was at work. At this point, I don’t trust them. So I call when I get off work (3:30....well before their business hours end) and ask if I can meet them at their business location to pay rather than over the phone. The guy says there’s no one there so he tells me they can come to my house the next day. I tell him 3pm at the earliest. That same night at almost 7pm I get a call from them AGAIN asking for my card info and I have to be the one to communicate to this guy what the plan is- telling him 3pm the next day. It’s painfully obvious there is a lack of communication between workers and no clear leader guiding these employees.It gets worse though - the next day when they’re supposed to come at 3pm, right? I get ANOTHER call from them at 1pm. I don’t answer. Then at 1:45pm I get a knock on my door and guess who is there? The same guy who lied to me and who called me at 7pm the night before. I was in the middle of something extremely important and was limited on time which is why I planned for them to come at 3pm. I didn’t answer the door. He stands at my door for 10 min and calls me a SECOND TIME. My husband is fed up with their unnecessary harassment at this point so he answers and tells them to come back at 3 LIKE WE DISCUSSED.They come back at 3, we pay, and I ask to speak with them. I tried sharing my frustrations and the series of events from my perspective but the guy immediately got defensive, didnt let me finish, interrupted me several times by over talking me and tried shifting the blame to me, and then before I even finished, walked off from me and tried to validate everything gone wrong by the fact that he’s being doing this for 25 years and that they shouldn’t have to chase my money around. WHAT?Firstly, since when has it become ok for customers to be treated this way? The fact that the immediate response was defensiveness leads me to believe that you are not open to constructive criticism from the people that support your business, you’re unwilling to acknowledge when you’re wrong, and you truly don’t care whether your customers are happy or not.I wanted to pay before the job was even done. They were dismissive and I was at work so I figured I would just call after work to pay. It was before your business hours ended that same day that I tried to pay. I even offered to come to you all. It didn’t line up with your schedule so fine, the next day an appointment was made and I kept that appointment and payment was no problem. So for you to say you had to chase ME for a payment?? And then to show up at my house unplanned after we spoke less than 24 hours earlier and agreed on 3pm? Absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, passive aggressive, and incredibly rude behavior from these guys. The company I wanted to go with had actually shared with me that they heard bad things about them and validated what I experienced. For any one reading this, understand this is MY experience. I regret not listening to my gut feeling. There ARE more affordable places to call even if these prices are decent.
