I went for an oil change and state inspection. The waiting area was clean and acd. The workers were friendly.I will go back. Very satisfied 😌

Great service. The gentleman and young man who showed up in the tow truck were extremely fast, polite and professional. They were awesome and I am so glad I got them to tow my Rav 4 from Waynesboro to a toyota dealership in charlottesville. They get 10/10 stars from me and would definitely recommend these guys. Person working the phone was also extremely nice and professional.

I called in last Wednesday (a week from today) and I spoke with a man about getting my vehicle inspection done. He told me to come in next Wednesday (today) to have my vehicle inspected. He was about to hang up the phone when I asked him what time. He told me to come in between 9 and 10. I show up today, minutes after 9 and when I get to the office, the employee asked me if I had made an appointment for a vehicle inspection. I told him about my phone conversation and he told me I’d have to wait for the 4 cars that were in front of me, I’m assuming whose appointments were made properly. So no, thanks. I’ll go somewhere where my customer service is valued.

I broke down on Afton mountain and waited 2 hrs for a local tow. Called R&M and Jody was there in less than 10 min. He had us back in Waynesboro and off the wrecker before the insurance tow called looking for exact location. I paid out of pocket but it was worth it. Reasonable price as well.

Just had my sons 1993 Chevrolet intake manifold gasket replaced, quoted me a price of $510.00. When I went to pick it up it only cost $435.00 due to getting it done quicker than expected. I have been bringing my vehicles here for many years so If you want a friendly,honest, knowledgeable staff and fair price on any repair needed I would highly recommend R&M Auto.

My car shifter cable broke late Saturday night the day after Xmas. I called Sunday morning and they were quick to respond. I live out of town and the repair was done on Monday. the next business day. I was very pleased that the level of service was quick and top notch. The cost was $167 including, labor, parts and towing. I will be forever grateful as i was expecting much worse. In todays age of repair shops ripping people off. I can attest that R & M are truly great. Thank you kindly sir. For what it is worth.Stan Harris

Fixed the intake manifold on my 98 suburban. These guys are great. Also reasonable priced

College student daughter and son broke down on I81 on the way home from school. Car made a lot of noise when starting. Called R&M for tow. R&Ms driver came by and was able to restart the car for them. It was not a battery problem, it appears to be a locked up A/C compressor. Anyway, R&M got them on their way. I called R&M to see how much I owed them. He said that there was no charge because he didnt do anything but turn off the a/c and start the car. I insisted. He refused to accept payment. Nice small town customer service. Great bunch of guys. The kids tried to start the car four times and got lots of noise.

This place is not only crooks but they will not return a call, talk to customers so disrespectful on the phone and I wouldnt let them work on my childs hot wheels cars because they over charge you so much money for sabotaging your vehicle so youll end up bringing it back to them! Ive seen crooked auto shops like this before, disgrace!

I have gotten work done here on my Camry, Silverado and my suburban and have always been pleased. R&M does a excellent job and has completed everything in a timely matter and they are willing to work with you. I recommend this place to anyone who asks.

While working in Virginia ( I live in Michigan), my van broke down and I was forced to take it in for repairs. About the closest place I could get to that could do the work was R&M. I am pleased with their work. The repairs were done in a timely fashion and the costs were comparable to other shops I checked into. The experience was very satisfactory.

Just finished up section hiking and found a froze up brake, they had me back on the road in less than 2 hours, including towing. Made my trip back to Michigan much easier. Thanks for the prompt service.

Went to have my jeep inspection here after reading their reviews online. Excellent service, they had me in and out in no time, and very friendly staff. Plus the waiting room was toasty warm on a cold rainy day with a good selection of magazines to read.

We brought our car in for service and were told that they would let us know what was wrong with the car in a couple hours. We still hadnt been contacted over a day later, and when I called, they had gone on and done the work without calling before to tell us how much it would cost (as we requested). Id recommend going somewhere with better customer communication.

Absolute crooks they charged me $250 to tow a car off of the highway that simply ran out of gas I didnt even ask them to tow it! $50 storage fee absolute 100% crooks

I took my car here to get inspected. I’m new to the Waynesboro area and was just looking for a place with decent ratings in hopes I could trust the place. I made an appointment at 8 am and it was ready almost an hour and a half later while I sat there. I was told my front brakes were “basically unpassable” and that they would go ahead and pass my car, but I needed to get them fixed ASAP because they looked “really, really bad.” I thanked them and said I would take it to the place I usually do in Roanoke for that. My place in Roanoke told me my brakes looked completely fine and even showed me the friction on them. I’m assuming R&M saw me as a stupid, young female they could lie to in order to get some extra money... which is extremely unacceptable and not okay. Do better, please.

Excellent customer service. I called several places before making the decision of where to go. These guys were the only place that asked me why I wanted something done, they didnt want to do something that wasnt necessary. Next time, I wont waste time calling around, Ill be going straight to these guys!

Great locally owned repair shop

My jeep blew out its steering pump on skyline drive. They came snd got me, charged far less for the tow than I expected and gave fantastic recommendations for other mechanics who could get me back to my road trip quickest. I was also given good tips on local hotels and food. It was an unexpected plessure working with them after the stress of s rural break down. I cant give them enough praise. Thank you guys so much!

Do not go to this place. They destroyed my 78 ford f150 custom an mashed the bed in an would not fix it. The damage was so severe it required a complete truck bed replacement. My truck was only to get a simple state inspection an instead it got damage done to it. They will not fix my truck an i had to take money out of my own pocket to fix my 78 ford f150 which is my baby. These people are crooks an will rip you off in a heart beat. This is my personal experience with this business. An i encourage anyone not to go here. Ps do not use there towing service they charged me $125 to to tow my 78 ford truck only 6 miles. That is a major rip off. Use s an k towing instead much more affordable an honest an will not slaw your door on your vehicle like r an m did. Very unsatified. R an M is WAAAAYYYY OVERPRICED!!! I would not give no stars at all but instead had to give 1.

Took a little longer than expected, but well worth the wait! They did an excellent job on replacing the motor and transmission in our astro van.
