Excellent attention to detail. We just had 2 crews come to install 2 new garage doors, an exterior door and an interior door. Very happy with all the install work and the products/ door manufacturers they choose to offer. Sales team was knowledgeable helping us navigate the hundreds of possible options down to what would work best for our home/ price point. Install team even found slight imperfections on a door and are working to get that replaced ASAP.

My husband and I were impressed with the thoroughness, professionalism, and efficiency of Brandon and Justin. They checked and rechecked each step of the garage door installations. They patiently explained and demonstrated maintenance of our new doors. The doors are beautiful and we are very pleased with the products. The office staff was a pleasure to work with. The in-store staff is very knowledgeable, and the crew that comes to the house is courteous and professional. In the event a problem arises, they are quick to fix it. I recently had a leakage problem with the bottom seal of my garage door and had no success with the company I purchased the door from. I called Apple Door who went way above and beyond and figured out how to fix the problem. We recently had a heavy rain and absolutely no leaks! I would highly recommend Apple Door - the technicians are wonderful and the office contacts were great.

We had scheduled the replacement of both garage door motors, but Jack inspected both and said only one was truly faulty. Outstanding service. I called on Monday and received clear pricing options and was in the schedule for Tuesday. My presumed issue was a split tension spring and a potential burned out motor. The techs came on Tuesday, were polite, professional and highly competent. The springs were fixed within the hour and they told me that my opener was just fine after a reset. They easily could have told me otherwise (as was the case by a different company). I work with many technicians and contractors and this team was up there with the best device I have received! Dillon and Dale just did the new door on our garage/art studio and I have rarely seen such professionals. Dillon and Dale went above and beyond what was required without having been asked. Apple Door has worked with us on several projects. They replaced our front door unit which involved glass overhead and on each side. It was BEAUTIFULLY DONE! They installed a 15 x 11 awning over our back deck. GREAT JOB - FABULOUS on our back deck. UNBELIEVABLE IMPROVEMENT! We can enjoy our cooler deck now! Most recently they installed a Patio Sliding Door. It is WONDERFUL and meticulously done! Everything they do is done well. They replaced an existing poorly aged wooden garage door and especially the rotten jambs with custom woodwork and a metal garage door. They priced it fairly, were on time, did a good job. I will definitely call upon them again for future projects.

This company lied and mislead me to get me to purchase a new garage door that I DID NOT NEED! They will say thats not true but I have proof! I even went back to ask about a simple repair recently and the person there just quoted a price $100 over everyone else in the area!

Just moved to Waynesboro Va from Oklahoma read y’all s reviews and liked what I read just wondering if you are hiring experienced garage door techs my dad owned his own door company from 1978 till he passed away in 2016. We installed residential and commercial highlift low headroom rolling steel and curtain doors. I worked with daddy along time and learned a lot from him.

This company put in my system in1994 when home was built. One door stopped working so I called and technician came out and told me i needed a new motor to the tune of $450. I decided to get another opinion. OVERHEAD doors came out. TECHNICIAN FIXED PROBLEM IN 15 MINUTES FOR $115 FEE. I would not recommend Apple to anyone.
