Im sick of coming in the store and being followed by the employees the entire time. They make it very obvious, It didnt make me feel safe. I didnt enjoy my shopping experience at all. I dont understand why your employees feel the need to Aggressively pursue customers. Do yall profile? Is there an Alarm that goes off when I walk into the store? I dont steal. Im trying to figure out why Im being followed...is target giving bonuses to employees that catch thieves?Well seems like it was a waste of $$$ following around a good paying customer. We spend on average $400 every time.Not anymore target. Im disappointed. Please tell me why its always like that so I can better understand...

I walked in the front door, a young man said can I help? I showed him what I was there to pick up and he said I will get them and he was back in less than 2 minutes! What better service could you ask for? Yes he also tanked me for my business! Hopefully this guy will someday be the manager!

I absolutely love this target. They are rarely out of stock. They even did a great job of organizing and fairly distributing toilet paper and paper towels during times when it was low! The staff is super friendly! Even with a mask on you can tell they are smiling and verbally greeting you. Anytime I have a question, the staff has gone above and beyond to help me - that’s including on the phone, in the pharmacy, and price matching all the time 🤣!! I can truly say that I have never left this target unsatisfied. Thank you to the employees!

There’s definitely kind employees working at the Waynesboro Va target, but the young man I encountered this morning was not, he certainly embarrassed and already frazzled mom .

Staff has always made the effort to help and solve (insurance) problems. It does seem that they are short staffed and they still provide really good service despite multiple phone calls coming in and people in line.

This is a great place to shop the place is clean and are very helpful and nice. And the prices are good. And this place you can get in and out fast.

I love my local Target, however recently customer service desk has been a bit lax. It used to be do whatever to please the customer; now they cant be bothered if it involves effort. Called to see if I could change my order pick up method and they acted like I was asking them to perform surgery.

TARGET DOES NOT GIVE CASH REFUND!Before making a big purchase from Target make sure this is your final decision because they’ll force you to put the money on a gift card in order to complete your purchase and if for any reason you need to return your item they’ll tell you your refund have to be on a Target gift card, which can’t be used elsewhere so you’ll have to use it at a target store. Sale on their gift card is final and you can’t cash it out. If you return your tv for eg and you wanna get another tv you have to get it at target, if they don’t have the one you want you have to settle for another or spend more money and get it elsewhere and be left with a target gift card with a lot of money on it. So technically you don’t get a refund, you only get an exchange.Bought an LG Tv on November 3rd 2020 at the Waynesboro VA store. It does not have Bluetooth capabilities. If you wanna connect your Bluetooth device/s (headset, sound bar etc) to your tv this isn’t the tv for you. Plus the UI (User Interface) is very slow and yes I updated the firmware to the latest. It takes a lot of work operating this tv.

Target is Target everywhere. The people at this one are nice, bathrooms are clean, shelves are faced. But, Target is part of the homogenization of US culture, and that makes me sad. Go to a local thrift shop first, please.

There was a lovely young gentleman who assisted me in grabbing 2 car seats for my son. He carried 1 of them to the check out line for me and even helped me take them to my car and put them in my car. It was awesome. I wish I remembered his name because he went above and beyond the expectation of your store employees.

I feel like Target went above and beyond to make my family feel safe. From wiping down carts to sending overhead alerts reminding shoppers to keep a safe distance.

Yesterday I bought some clothing items & was unable to try them on, due to fitting rooms being closed.An item didnt fit, & I tried to return it, with receipt today, 24 hours later.I was told theres no returns at all until further notice.I could deal with that, had I known. I asked, & was told the ONLY notification was at customer service.How can a store let people in on the rules, only after the fact?I made an extra trip to this location for nothing, & wasted 45 minutes of my day!Its total b.s. that theres no notification of this policy throughout the store anywhere, but c.s. desk, to let people know the new rules.Ill be back to return all the items I purchased, once I can, whenever I can, & wont be returning back to Target again.Clearly, keeping the customer informed is no priority to Waynesboro Target, unlike their competitors whom make it number one.

I, like all twenty something white women, love shopping at Target. This location is fairly standard. It is clean and well kept. I like grabbing a latte from their Starbucks and shopping their displays of clothing and accessories which are always above average. The staff is adequate.

Food shopping and one item on sale was not in system, and it was a dollar off, had to hold up the line go take a picture of sale tag. How many people didnt notice they paid full price.

The store is generally very clean and stocked well. The pharmacy staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The Cartwheel app helps save money. The store associates dont usually offer help. Great place for casual relaxed shopping while enjoying a beverage from the on-site Starbucks.

Very neat and well stocked. Plenty of associates around and the ones we spoke with were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Lots of DVD movies and well stocked small appliance and electronics departments.

Clean and bright, this Target offers a nice cross-section of items for the shopper. From pharmacy to electronics, stationary to clothing, even food items to toys and more - this store offers much for the local consumer. They offer some aids for the handicapped and Starbucks has a small area for you to rest and enjoy their special offerings. A very good alternative for shopping in this area.

I love this place. My son got sick there one time. The employees rushed to help him. They even gave him a bucket no charge incase he got sick again. Other places similar to Target would never have done that.They always have such great toys. Ones that you have a hard time finding other places. My husband and I love there t-shirt. Great place for the family to get what they need.

Good selection of goods and a CVS.

This store couls stand to rearrange its aisles. The way they have them positioned at angles to each other makes it difficult to move around the store quickly and to see department signage. The aisle styling makes customers take a roundabout path to get anywhere in the store and takes up a lot of time.

Store is clean and well organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. My checkout person was so sweet and courteous.

Accuracy of order. And quickness

I do not understand how the company hired upwards of 70k ppl for the holiday season yet EVERY TIME I go into this store they seem to only have THREE lanes open and theyre 10 people deep. Best option would be to change the express lanes that are hardly ever used into self check-out lanes. And this has gotten real bad in the past 3 months. Several times Ive came in to buy and left with nothing because of the checkout issue.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful and the store is always clean.

I went to this Target on the day of a bad snow storm to get a prescription filled. Everyone was so amazing and really helped me! Many thanks to all the pleasant staff when you know they had to deal with really nasty weather to get in to work. No one complained about it and everyone was so nice!

I have gone to target at least once a week, maybe more, but I will stop shopping there. I had to return an item. I was charged $129.99 for this item and when I went to return it they could only give me back $84.96 of the return because that’s what the item rang up as in there system after they already charged me $129.99 at the beginning. I have my receipt and all. It’s a ridiculous place and management was very rude on top of it. You have lost a very loyal customer and will not be going back to the Waynesboro Target.

ALICE rocks!! She was working in guest service when I came in - another customer recognized her from the in store Starbucks and now she is working at the Pizza Hut express - she did a great job in all departments!

The Starbucks at Target is great. They are always quick with my order and friendly. Target has a good selection of items and the checkout lines are a breeze.

I cant stand how none of the employees will greet you, say hi when you pass them in the aisle, or smile when approached. It should be their mission to make the customer feel welcomed. I also dont appreciate how they stock shelves during open hours. Entire aisles are sometimes taken up by them, and they act very rude if you need something in that aisle, and they have to move! At first I thought it was a generation thing as most were very young, but then I began to notice its all the employees, regardless of age! The only place I get incredible service at in that store is the pharmacy! They are incredible, polite, and helpful!
