New manager (Crystal) is lazy and incompetent. Suggests a high lift with a 40 volume developer? Like of course my hair is ruined! She used to be the manager at the Staunton location apparently and she should really go back. This location was better without her. 🤦‍♀️

The employees are the absolute WORST!! So unfriendly, so unhelpful... simply put, RUDE!

Always a great experience

One of employees told me hair dye would not make my hair dark and it did. If you don’t know your information don’t lie to someone! Now my hair is brown and not blonde. Do not recommend this place

The lady’s at the Waynesboro store have always tried to help me with what ever I have asked help for and they are very nice ! Couldn’t ask for a better store to shop for my hair products! Thank you lady’s!

During the time I was there the customer service was bad the two young ladies did not greet me when i came in did not ask me if I needed help finding anything . One of them stayed on her phone the whole time I was there. When told the young lady with the green hair how I felted about her customer service skill she tried to say that she spoke but, I was one feet in front if her and she said nothing. I had to speak to her she just walked from the back room where her and her coworker were with setting when I walked in the door. I asked her if she was sick and she said always . It was around 6pm on the 1/3/2019

If you say you open at 9am please have someone that can open at 9am. I’m standing outside and I can clearly see someone in there but another person showed up 9:10 saying the person in there could not open because they do not have a safe key. Please get this person a key so your customers are not standing outside waiting. We have things to do as well.

They havw everything that you could need . which is great

Absolutely horrible service! Rude employees, they dont know anything about the products. I think people that are familiar with hair and hair products should work there not just anyone. Plus they dont restock anything! They were out of a lot of things. This store needs to close down!
