My family and I wanted to trade in our golf cart and upgrade to a new one. So we drove an hour today to this place because they are supposed to be a great place to go. I looked online for hours, and according to their hours, they are supposed to be open on Saturday from 8 to 12. So like I said before, after loading my golf cart, towing the trailer and traveling an hour to get here, it’s closed. Very disappointing. Mr. Golf Cart, you lost a sale and a potential customer today. All that you had to do was post your holiday hours on the web.

We took our golfcart up there back in June for new brakes and just got it back yesterday... We went to ride it today when the gas pedal got stuck and the brakes wouldnt work. Definitely not worth the $260 that was paid for this unacceptable service.

I have called these people for 4 days in a row to try and get a price on club car carry all 300s. Day 1 got sent to voice mail and no return call. Day 2 got a hold of a sales man and he told me he would check their inventory and call me back. Never heard back. Day 3 called and left voice mail never got a call back. Day 4 called got sent to voice mail and never got a call back. I finally said screw these people and went to John Deere where i purchase two new Gators for my ground crew to use. Cost me more money but considering i get instant service and next day parts on my equipment, it was worth it.

Was unable to tell yall I am thankful your driver was not in the truck 2 Saturday nights ago I saw yall working on the truck that afternoon, I was 1st on scene and if I could have gotten over the fence thats where I was heading to prepare for the worst and pray for the best, the Lord had everyone safe that night
