I give 5 stars to Waynesboro memorial. They treated me like a part of their family. They helped me so much. Becky was truly a godsend to me and I am greatful to her and all of their staff. Becky was wonderful to work with. She was patient and supportive over multiple revisions as our family worked together on an acceptable design. The team went above and beyond to have the stone in place for the service.

My experience with this place was great the lady there Becky was very sweet and respectful to me and my mother and really helped us a lot. She was a blessing from god sent to me and my mother. I have gotten the run around from these guys ever since I purchased a headstone for my dad 3 years ago. The stone was originally supposed to had been ordered which was the reason for delay. They ended up using the lot model instead and still had to wait almost 5 months for delivery. When the headstone was set, the guys scratched the stone near the name. I have been trying for over 2 years to get this fixed and still nothing has been done. Poor ownership. I will never do business with these guys again.

Every since I can remember my family had used Waynesboro Memorials. A few months ago I noticed the picture came off my parents headstone. I called and left a message asking if they could call me back to let me know what they recommended to fix it. No one ever returned my call.
