I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs. They showed up on time and were very professional while they were here. The tech was very quick in diagnosing the issue. And at the end I was able to get a very reasonable quote for a gas line installation for a new stove. 5 star service.

Annual maintenance leaves my mind at ease. Services provided in such a prompt and professional manner can not be over appreciated. Problems are something we all want to avoid . Assurance is a given when 72 Degrees does the work. Even when small problems occur, like today when the water heater leaked, a quick call and an even quicker response led to one happy camper here. Dependable does not say enough in regards to services I have received over the years. COUNT ON is more like it.

This company is the worst ive encountered. Weve been with the company for over 5 years getting annual service on our heating system. This year however we failed to hear from them. So we called mid October. What did they say on the phone is this. We no longer service your area! My area? My area is15 miles from waynsboro. No phone call no nothing. Left us without servicing our heating unit. Not only did they not notify us they were rude and dismissive of us.How can a company treat there customers lime this? This is obviously a bad company. Be warned!!!

Bowies Climate Control 72 Degrees is the best HVAC contractor in the area hands down. We decided to have our old AC/furnace replaced with a Bosch 18 Seer Heat Pump unit, they walked us through the entire process from choosing the right system to meet the needs of our home and to also secure financing for the project. The day of installation the crew was on time and worked non-stop throughout the day to finish the project, I would highly recommend using their services to anyone looking for something as simple as maintenance to an entirely new install.

Mr.Dave was very polite and knowledgeable. He replaced the thermostat unit in the our house. He was timely and proficient and he even set it up on our wifi so I wouldn’t have to worry bout figuring it out. Highly recommend

Jared and his team installed 2 new heat pumps for us in August - two of the hottest days of the year. They did a phenomenal job of installation and keeping us updated through out the process. Jared took the time to thoroughly explain both new systems to us and was patient with all of our questions. We’ve had them back two more times for small things after the fact (one we requested) and have been pleased every step of the way. We will continue to use 72 Degrees for anything in the future and encourage all of our friends and family to do the same!

My heat pump had quit blowing hot air, I called and got a same day appointment. Gentleman came out and was nothing but professional and polite. Fixed my issue in less than an hour I had heat again! Price was very affordable and reasonable. Will definitely refer everyone I know to Bowie’s without a doubt! Wish I could leave 10 stars!!!

Fast, efficient and on time.

My system was repaired and another issue popped up later. The owner came after hours and corrected the next issue without charge. I used them each year for maintenance and appreciated the good repair service when needed.

My downstairs heat pump started acting up. I called the large HVAC company in the area as I have in the past for a service call. They basically said it cant be fixed and to replace it all. I didnt get a good vibe at all this time around, so I started reading reviews and getting some other companies out to take a look and provide quotes on fixing and replacing the current setup. I ended up getting 7 quotes over a 2 week period. The quotes were all over the place and many were very vague.Dave(72 Degrees/Bowies) came out and gave me my 3rd quote. He didnt just take the answer I received from the 1st place and broke out his tools and gauges to check everything himself. He spent a lot of time talking through everything with me and answering all of my questions. Over the next week I kept getting quotes, but called Dave several times to ask more questions, add and change the items he quoted me on. He was the only one that gave me many options for fixing and replacing everything.Of the quotes I received, some didnt want to add a return like I wanted, fix some duct work or go to the inverter setup like I wanted. At the end of the day, it was an easy decision to go with Dave and 72 Degrees.The father and son duo showed up when they said they would and completed when they said they would as well. They ran into some issues with the bad duct work that was put in before I bought the house and did a ton of clean-up. The area where my equipment was all installed doesnt look like a bomb went off with wires and duct work going a million directions, everything is nice & neat. The hold/cold spots in my house are gone so I dont have a 6 degree temperature difference from 1 side of my house to the other. The inverter heat pump they installed ramps up and down like it should and is much quieter than my old single stage unit.I learned a lot about HVAC in a short period of time and know that you have to ask questions and make sure everything is written out that will be reaplced/fixed. When you really start asking questions to the companies youre not comparing apples to apples because of the corners many cut and things they just do not do that they should to have the finished product you are looking for!Overall, I couldnt be happier with my decision and definitely refer anyone with HVAC needs to call 72 Degrees/Bowie!3/6/2020 - UpdateThe team was back out this week to do the annual service. After a rude experience with another local company, it was nice to speak to people with empathy and understanding. The service tech was amazingly informative and friendly! Took a few days for parts but price was exactly as we were quoted no surprises at the end.

This is a great company to have service all of your HVAC needs. They are efficient, friendly and dont hurt your wallet. We called once in the middle of winter, late in the evening and they responded immediately with answers. They called us for a seasonal reminder about getting a tune up. Im so glad they did. Their tech found a potential fire hazard and took care of the problem within an hour. Customers for life right here!

I called Bowies when my air conditioner/heat pump froze up on a sweltering Sunday afternoon. Dave came within the hour and not only fixed the problem but my unit runs better now than it has since I moved in 5 years ago. I had even had another company service it twice before and it never ran this good. It is much quieter (how did you do that Dave?) now than before. Dave you are awesome - thank you for rescuing me and making my unit run better than before. I couldnt be happier.

We had a new heat pump installed and the workers were excellent. They wore little shoe covers to protect our floors. They cleaned up after themselves and the Amana equipment works fantastic. It is saving us a lot of money on our fuel bills. We highly recommend 72 Degrees. They are so friendly and courteous.

72 Degrees is always dependable. They are always there when you need them. Plus they keep your system in running condition all year long, by doing routine chicks on the system.

I just called these guys, and contrary to what they claim in their ad, they are not open 24 hours a day.This raises a big red flag...if a company is untruthful or careless about what they say in their online advertisement, how reliable are they?
