I needed some repairs and equipment to complete a few jobs this weekend. CPW staff were professional, helpful, and provided me with solid advice on equipment and cleaning supplies for future jobs that I described to them. I was in and out with my equipment repaired in about 30 minutes. Fair prices and excellent customer service. Glad I found CPW Equipment. Hometown Pro Wash provides Exterior Cleaning in the Tri State area and CPW is located in the center of our service area.

In all honesty I dont write reviews. I always think people expect them for adequate service and knowledge. I am however writing this one because I am compelled to do so by the level of knowledge and decency you will get 100% of the time here. I have used both the equipmemt repair side and the sales side. Not only was my equipment repaired (after trips elsewhere)..it was done so with step by step communcation and honesty...if they dont know something they tell you..we dont know....the tech personally followed up to make sure it was still operational days later.....and we are not talking about a quick robocall...but an actual call like you would check on a friend. You will be no less impressed with the sales dept...I actually look forward to going out there which describes the atmosphere and how its designed to get you what you need to impress your customers and/or do a better job...not to make a sales quota. The chemicals are easily the best Ive ever used. As far as Im concerned this establishment is the epitome of how a business should be run. Where ever you are going now...this place is better.
