Greg is fantastic! Great guy that was very informative and a straight shooter. He is truly a man of his word. We had some delays due to kawasaki being back logged. I was in the area and needed some cold weather gloves for my trip and they had exactly what I needed. Great selection. Also my battery was going bad and they had one battery that would fit my Road King. Darrell (forgive me for spelling if I got it wrong) was great at assisting me and gave me a great price for it. This is the first bike Ive purchased from Wayne Cycle and I couldnt be more pleased. They offer demo rides. The salespeople are non-commissioned so theres no pressure tactics.I worked with Zing and he was super helpful. He helped me strap the bike onto my carrier! They have been around since the 70s and theyre nestled in an area thats easy access to Skyline Drive and Blue Ridge Parkway.5 stars from me and if youre in their neck of the woods stop by for a visit.

Im a newer rider, but quickly outgrew my (rather small) first bike, a Suzi S40. I stopped in Waynes with the intention that I wanted something sportier, so I took a Ninja 400 out for a spin. When I got back, the ride was fun, but I had my concerns. Zing, the sales manager, heard my complaints, and brought me over to this 2019 Kawi Vulcan S instead. After taking it for a spin, it was love at first ride. Credit where it is due, a salesman identified what I really wanted and needed, and steered me in the right direction and at the right price... not something I could say is the experience shared at any other vehicle dealership. Super happy with my purchase and my overall experience, and would absolutely recommend coming to Wayne Cycle shop, ask for Zing!

5 stars! This is the only place i have purchased my bikes(5) and dont plan on going anywhere else! Everyone is so helpful and kind, even when busy and working with multiple guests. They have all helped me achieve my goals and get the rides ive always wanted! NEVER AGAIN! I spent way too much money for missing parts and over torqued bolts!!! I have taken My motorcycle to Wayne’s a few times. I found the service to be a bit pricey, but given the lack of options in the area There was not much of a choice. The last time I brought my bike there would be the last! I drop my bike off early as I have done in the past in hopes of them squeezing it in early. They went down a tech due to extenuating circumstances. I understand stuff happens, BUT a courtesy call to tell me they could not get it in early would have gone a long way! After waiting for 2 weeks for them to get to it it took over a month to do the service. After getting my bike back I noticed THEY DID NOT BOLT THE TANK DOWN!!! The bill for carb service and oil change was astronomical to say the least, considering the job was INCOMPLETE! When I took my bike back to have them bolt the tank down, they tried to “up sell” me on more work, with nothing more than a “I don’t know how that happened”! No offer to discount my service, or a future service or any kind of apology. A month had past and I thought I would be calm enough to write a reasonable review... I decided to take on my own service, the tech must have used a breaker bar to put the oil filter housing on (rubber o-ring does not need 100s of foot pounds to install!)After getting the housing off and inspecting the filter the washer that goes between the filter and spring.... Missing!! Never have I spent so much money for an incomplete job, or been this disgusted with a service departments lack of ownership for their mistakes!

They were sold out of clear ones at the time, but he was able to replace it with a kool looking mirrored visor

Highly recommend Wayne Cycle Shop. We purchased a four wheeler for our son a few weeks ago. Greg was excellent in explaining every detail about the bike and went over safety with him. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes, great customer service all around.

When we pulled into town a little before 5 pm and realized my riding buddys bike needed a new tire, we contacted Waynes to see if they had a tire for his Harley. Not only were we surprised that they had the tire in stock, we were extremely grateful that they told us to come right over and they would put the tire on this afternoon. When we arrived, Tim, the service manager and a technician came out to great us before I could get my helmet off. An hour later we were set to get on the road when Erin, in parts, came over to remind us to take it easy on the tire for a bit, especially since it was drizzling and to see if there was anything else they could help us out with. I highly recommend Waynes if youre in the area and need anything.

Amazingly Delighted with Wayne Cycle Shop!!! I rode into town tonight with my 2014 Harley Ultra at 4:30pm and noticed a white bald spot on my tire where my cords were showing through. I knew it was getting low but not this bad. With the H.D. dealership closing down in Shenandoah I needed to reach out to a non-Harley Dealership. They apparently stock tires for my Harley and I had a couple of choices!!! I felt honored by them when I called and they could not have gone more out of their way. Knowing that I was hoping to hit the rode the next morning they offered me to still come into the shop that evening. It was crazy, they walked outside the door when I arrived and took my bike immediately to the service center. I was out the door in less than one hour. They even made room for two more emergency repairs this evening. Tim Key--the service writer--knocked it out of the park. Thanks so much Tim and you represented the company so well and professionally!!! You made me feel important. Also, Erin was so sweet and most kind in making sure all the details were taken care of and that I understood all that was taking place. I was not used to this level of customer service by a shop. Very nice people excellent service

We were travelling through Waynesboro on an international move and unexpectedly needed a tire on our Victory Hammer replaced. The staff went out of their way to fit our bike into their busy Saturday schedule, gave us a great price for the tire, helped us find a rear tire at another shop and installed both faster than expected. Great shop, great staff, highly recommend.

My bike broke and they pulled out all the stops to get me back on the road. I did have to spend the night because it was so late in the day. They were so helpful in where the good places were to stay and also eat. They went above and beyond what was expected.

I needed to prepare my bike for my baja trip and they went 1000 extra miles to help me out. I highly recommend this shop.

They are knowledgeably on the bikes, and gear. They are over priced on there motorcycles they had a 2016 bike they hadnt sold and they only come down 1k even when I showed them other dealerships with the same bike and even newer for less and even called to get the out the door price which was still lower they still wouldnt move on the price. The issue is the bikes 4 years old at this point and will take a huge depreciation hit of I where going to buy it

Today I blew out a trailer tire right next to the Wayne Cycle Shop. I had the trailer overloaded and shredded the tire completely. The store was closed today but the Parts Manager, Darrel Ruppel happened to be in the parking lot and helped me get the wheel off, let me park there while a ran off to get it fixed at a local tire shop and then helped me get the tire back on. What a lifesaver! This gentleman helped me out on his day off with the store closed.Im planing on buying an ATV in the future and I can tell you right now, its going to be from this place and Im going to be telling this story to everyone I know! Very grateful for Mr. Ruppels efforts today and the Wayne Cycle Shop just got a customer for life.- Jim

Friendly, accurate, humorous and fast! I brought my bike in without notice during memorial day weekend, and Tim was able to work me in. State inspection and oil change, ready next business day. Tim and Erin kept the friendly banter going among customers, and other staff were ready to see if I needed help, needed to find an accessory, etc. Only my second time there, but both experiences have been exemplary. During my first visit some months back I was looking for a bike cover, and Darrell was more than accommodating as he helped me try on several covers until the correct size and style were found. Wayne Cycle has my business from now on. Thanks for being in the community, guys!

Not wanting to pay an incredible amount, for a slightly lesser quality Dunlop rear tire on my HD...from HD, a co-worker recommended Wayne Cycle. I called last week to see if they even worked on Harleys which they do and had them order a Dunlop American Elite for mine. Got the word a few days ago that it was in and set an appt. to have it installed. I apparently got my wires crossed and took there today when, the appt. was for next Sat. To my surprise, they went ahead with the install today and did an inspection for me as well, while it was there! What an awesome crew and a great place to do business with!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking anything motorcycle related!!

Weve tasked Wayne Cycle Shop with two uneasy projects - one was getting a niche motorcycle and another one was getting a limited edition bike.The shop went above and beyond to get what we needed. They drove hundreds of miles to get those bikes for us. Paperwork was done in a speedy manner, when we arrived to pick up our bikes, we just needed to sign the docs! Weve also got very good deals on the bikes!The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous! The mechanics are wizards of their art (you should see tools they use to fix and build things)! The owner is one of the most cheerful and smartest person weve every come across! My experience at Wayne Cycle shop was an excellent one. I’ve been to a number of shops in 10 years of riding and theyre now my favorite. Their sales staff were down to earth, honest, and enthusiastic riders themselves. I recently moved to the area and they were very helpful in suggesting local riding clubs and routes. Their service staff are likewise very knowledgeable and were willing to talk with me at length about best practices for my bike. Can’t say enough good things!

Spent 960 dollers for a pre-buy inspection on my first bike that I got cheap more then willing to take all that money but didnt even bother to check if the battery was charged or even the correct kind ended up paying all that money just to tow my bike home, just go somewhere else or do it yourself.

Although my experience was limited today it still reflected well on this business and hopefully all of its staff. I left this AM for a 2 day ride on my Yamaha. I passed this shop and stopped for fuel a couple miles down the road. I noticed my trunk was hanging down as two bolts were missing from the frame supporting the trunk. I rode back to Wayne Cycle Shop and was standing in line at service. Darrell, from parts I believe, saw me and came over asking if I needed help. When I told him what was wrong he never hesitated and got straight to work. It took numerous trips back and forth into the store to finally get the right bolts and tools to get this fixed. He did not charge me and was very friendly during the entire process. Although I have a shop or two closer to me and my home when Im ready to deal for a new ride I may just visit this shop. Thanks for making my day better very quickly Darrell.

Went in the store today to look around and buy a pair of motocross boots, for starters they had no boots in size 8 when called and specifically asked about a pair of alpine stars comp5, the guy who greeted me at the front door said you can talk either the loud mouth girl or a very ugly guy to find some boots after I didint say anything because I thought that was disrespectful not another word for help. Looking around at bikes I touched one, I did not lift it up, sit on it or move it forward and walked away talking to another staff member 5 min later the bike fell and broke the lever the manager was super rude about it and taking his sweet time when Im trying to corporate very nicely his name was BRYAN, he would not slack off the price at all no discount no help at all Did not have much money so I had to return the items I bought to help pay for this 50$ handle, needless to say I will NEVER BUY My boots there I will go else where with my purchases!

No idea why anyone would rate 1 or 2 or anything short of 5 stars for such a great establishment. I own a Ducati Panigale and did not buy the bike from their shop, yet received outstanding service on both occasions, 1st being a basic oil/filter change request and the 2nd one was an emergency assist. The latter was free of charge and it reflects how much they value customer service. Kudos and if I’m in the market, you guys definitely have earned my business!

While traveling through the area in June on my 98 Honda valkyrie I had a rear tire blow out on the highway 81. After getting the bike towed there about 1 pm they were able to get the tire replaced that afternoon so I could continue my trip first thing the next day. The price was very good and everyone working there was helpful and friendly! They really helped to get me back on the road as soon as possible, thanks!

Purchased a leftover YZF R6, from out of state, with the transaction being done entirely online. Susan and Jennifer are rock stars. They went above and beyond to get me a great OTD price, the best finance rate, answer any questions and give me a thorough walk-around when I picked the bike up.The dealership’s apparel and gear selection was much more extensive than many establishments I have visited in my 30 years of riding. Also, they sell the ‘Big Four’ Japanese brands of bikes, atvs and SxS units, plus Husqvarna dirt bikes.....very well rounded dealership, with an outstanding staff.....the owner even helped me load my bike in the trailer.If you’re in the market for a new scoot, gear or just a friendly, full service, good old fashioned motorcycle shop, you owe it to yourself to look at, or stop by Wayne Cycle....I doubt you’ll be disappointed.

A shop in Waynesboro Va that is very excessable off of route 340 N. Very friendly staff that greet you upon entering and the service dept was very prompt to gather details and write up the the service ticket with the estimate amount. And while browsing they have a nice variety of vehicles to select from. I had a recall on my bike that I informed them of as well and they were already aware of it in their system and advised me it will be taken care of as well.

Couldnt be more helpful or nicer guys. Selection and price also hard to beat. Customer for life!

Ill try to keep this short... My wife and I were spending the weekend in the Shenandoah from DC. We rode down on my 2017 T120. After spending an afternoon riding around the country we arrived in the town of Crozet, VA (45 min from our cabin) to stop in at a brewery. Just as we were about to park, we got a flat tire. It was a Saturday around 3:30 pm. I had a plug kit with me but was unaware that the tire also had a tube. I called Waynes Cycle Shop 10 minutes before they closed and explained our situation. I spoke with Darrel Ruppel. He checked to see if they had any tubes that would fit. Luckily they did but they were about 15-20 miles from where I was and it was now closing time (4pm and closed on Sundays). Darrel understood the situation we were in and decided to stay open after hours to help us out instead of going home to his family. He got the address and showed up 45 minutes later with a trailer for the bike. He took us another 45 minutes back to the shop where we met Steve Gabbert, the mechanic. Steve was also staying late to help us out. They replaced the tube and got us back on the road within 45 minutes. We were so impressed by their generosity, understanding, and compassion. These are stand-up guys. Next time Im in town, you can be sure Ill stop in to say hi and thank them again.

Im from Fairmont, WV and was visiting a Brother in Beuna Vista, VA. Who was very ill. I had a tire separate on me on the way down and driving with it for a long distance ruined both tires. I went to Waynes and they worked me in to their busy schedule and treated me like I was thier favorite customer. Very friendly staff and they didnt take advantage of me in my time of need. If I lived closer I would do all my business there. I really appreciate what they did for me.
