I called over 8 places to see who could respond quickly to a washer repair, where the belt had burned up, nobody but this company answered their phone. They were able to fit me into an already tight schedule and sent Ryan out the next day to diagnose the problem and get a belt ordered for the washing machine. He was great to deal with as was Cindy in the office, very responsive, pleasant and professional to deal with. They will call me when the belt comes in and come back to put it in. I would not hesitate to call them again!!

Charged 135 dollars to tell me to call a plumber. Then had the audacity to say their work had a 30 day warranty. They didnt do ANYTHING to actually fix my dishwasher, just told me we had to call a plumber.

The people at Century Appliance were very friendly when I came in to ask for service, filling out a work order, but I cannot comment on the quality or value of this local business, as they did not call me back to schedule service for 11 days, even after I came by in person on day 7 to ask when they would be able to come. I was promised a call (that never came) within two days, so I finally called Mountain Top Appliances who were at my house within 48 hours. I dont mind taking my place in the queue, but I was disappointed that there was no follow up or apology for the long wait.

Very pleased. Phone answered by a human who scheduled me for service that afternoon. Repair man called ahead, showed up early, diagnosed problem, left to order parts. Called shortly later, had part in stock, scheduled repair for next day. He came in the morning, installed the part, and all was fixed. Their communication is excellent, servicers knowledge excellent, diagnosed and fixed the first time. I highly recommend, and will use them again if I need appliance service.

My washing machine would not spin and the problem was diagnosed by a different company a few years ago (we had a home warranty at the time) who kinda fixed it but they sent the part required. So when it finally got too annoying to deal with any more we called century to replace it. They had no problems using our part. The repair technician was on time and professional and installed the part and left. Afterwards we started the laundry and 90 minutes later realized the washing machine was over flowing now. Called the company they sent the tech back out who said some sensor had gone bad cause it was wet (well it is at the bottom of a washing machine that’s been pouring water out of it for over an hour everything is wet). He said he would have to call the next day to quote us the replacement part.Here it is seven days later and no one has called us back and no one at the office will return our phone call. We have got an appointment to fix it with another company.Will never use them again

Never acted professinal or introduced themselves no work order made me feel uncomfortable in my own home

Ryan is a great guy! I work at an apartment complex and he is out here weekly and does a fantastic job for us. Great rates, extremely trustworthy and has saved us thousands with his honesty and skilled approached.

Tim is the man! Courteous and helpful. Had OEM parts in stock so I could fix my dryer.

We called on Wednesday for help with our washing machine. As promised, Brian came out today and did an excellent job getting us up and running again. He was very polite and knowledgeable! We will certainly use them again if need be.

We called for service on two different occasions. First on our KitchenAid refrigerator and second on our Kenmore Washer. On both occasions both the office and the repair persons were very knowledgeable, courteous and explained exactly what was wrong. Our refrigerator had a manufacturer issue and was replaced by KitchenAid, Our washer was fixed by Century Appliance. I highly recommend Century Appliance.

Fast, knowledgeable, polite and easy to work with. They tested the parts and even had our older model parts for replacement in house. We were able to get everything repaired same day. Highly recommend, will use again for future repairs.

I scheduled warranty service online for a malfunction with my washer. The service tech read problems I had submitted and came with parts to fix the problem. He was in and out in under 30 minutes with repair. He also answered all my questions on the malfunction. I will gladly use them again. It is over a year later & I have had another incident with my washer but is no longer under warranty. I received the same excellent service as before. I will continue to use this company for their excellence in customer service, prompt repair & knowledgeable techs. Thank You

Terrible. Took weeks to get a part and they failed to honor an appointment they made to install the part. No one seems to know what is going on there. I will never do business with them again.

First they came to fix my dryer. Guy looked at it 5 minutes said oh its this part we will order it. 2.5 weeks later wrong part. Then week later another wrong part plus this time my unit doesnt even turn on or off. Then come week later I call to see when my dryer will be fixed they said we dont fix Samsung dryers. So why did they even take my order if they dont fix them. Rediculous and will Never call this company again. They are unprofessional and rude to customers.
