Absolutely ridiculous store. My laptop charger stopped working and I wanted to be able to get one without having to order it. I would have liked to use my laptop tonight. I will be unable to because this store for some unknown to God reason believes that a normal person that doesn’t have a rich bank account should be able to afford to spend 80 dollars on a replacement charger it’s a piece of cord it shouldn’t be over 30 dollars. I genuinely don’t understand how this place is still in business when everything in the store is so utterly ridiculously expensive. I’m utterly disappointed in this store and will never be buying anything from here

As they answered questions, Jamie and Aaron were SO helpful and courteous to two little old ladies! That has been my experience every time I have visited Best Buy ... staff that is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

My iPhone got disabled and couldn’t figure anyway to fix it. Went to US cellular and Verizon and neither of them could do anything so I went to Best Buy just to see if they could maybe do something. Walked right in to customer service and within 15 minutes my phone was fixed. By being self employed having my phone is a big deal and without there help today I wouldn’t be able to use my phone!! Thanks Best buy!!!

I spoke with a man who handles sales with customers. He was very nice and friendly and he did an awesome job of letting me know what I need to know when picking a safety camera set for my house. I would definitely recommend going here when in need of help deciding what to purchase.

My wife forgot her laptop charger while on vacation and had to do some work. Went into the Best Buy and talked with Aaron and told him what I needed. He walked me over to the chargers and helped me look up her computer to find out the correct charger. We found the right charger and it works great. Kudos to Aaron for helping me out and even ringing me up to keep me from having to go to the front.

Ordered Online & placed item in my cart. Had to leave for a few hours & went to pay for it . I was told this item unavailable at store & delivery . Of course I could order the the same item but newer model & paid a lot more for it. With that being said, curbside pick up was great & the gentleman very nice.

Yall are killing it! I went in on a busy Saturday morning, and the staff were incredibly helpful. I just needed a phone case and a screen protector and the employees literally picked out what I needed and also explained my new phone to me. Im definitely coming back!!

This is like most Best Buys, but the staff here doesnt respect doesnt seem to respect your time or your patience. They arent exactly rude, but its obvious that they dont really care about helping their customers.Id look elsewhere if you get the chance.

Every time I have gone to this store, Im told to do everything online or when I doges into the there is no inventory. And now today instead of driving 45 mins and wasting my time on nothing I tried calling, even bigger mistake! The message says they are not taking calls at this store location anymore, why? They are never busy and employees are walking around doing nothing but talking to each other. After this last time of bad service, I will never set foot in another BB again. Ill just order it through Amazon, it will be quicker and more pleasant.

I went to Best Buy looking for a cable charger for my laptop. The young lady was nice and helpful but couldnt find the correct cable for my laptop even though they seem the same one. So, she took me over to the Geek Squad to ask them. The man didnt even look at my laptop, spoke to me as if I were an idiot, and said I had to order it from the company.I didnt mind that they didnt carry the cable, what upset me was the manner in which the employee spoke to me.

Selection was good, variety of name brand laptops, tablets, accessories but 3 of us spent 20 mins deciding what product to buy and not a single rep was in the dept the whole time. Hopefully this wont degrade even further once the $15 minimum wage kicks in which is a shame as there are few good brick & mortar stores remaining as it is.

I tried to call and get help to help me figure out why my apple pencil wouldn’t work. I talked to a man and he explained it wasn’t his department. So he transferred me over to someone else, waited over 10 minutes and the call got hung up. I could hear the sound of someone on the line but nobody ever said anything!!

Large but very clean and well staffed store. Staff politely offer to help but no sales pressure. I bought a new TV after shopping the Best Buy website and was given 2 demonstrations of the sets I was interested in. Pricing very competitive. All in all, a smooth and easy shopping experience.

Unfortunately as with most things stores and services covid has taken its toll on the brick and mortar store. The staff is always friendly very helpful will greet you at the door and walk you to the specific area of your interest. And of course if something is not in store its always available online.

I was greeted nicely at the door and asked what I needed. I was directed to an associate, who picked out my product and answered a separate question for me. I then checked out. My wife, waiting in the truck, couldnt believe how quickly The transaction took. Total time in store less than 10 minutes. All associates and customers were wearing masks and sanitizing station was notable upon entry.

The employees that work with the electronics are very knowledgeable (I tested a few of them to see if they knew what they were talking about), and Im happy to say customers are in good hands when talking about a new TV or appliance for their house. This is the Best Buy I frequent most as its closest to me, but its a good option. I definitely recommend for basic purchases for electronics.

This store is managing business during a pandemic exceptionally well. I was able to pick out and purchase an unlocked cell phone in minutes. Dink one star for not having the Google phone in stock and the phone that drew me to the store could not be viewed without purchasing first. Nevertheless, I walked out with a great phone at a silly price.

I went to this Best Buy location because Apple stores are pretty much closed and I needed to replace my iPhone screen. Now I’m dealing with Apple, things can get complicated. Not only was I driving from South Carolina (A 2+ Hour Drive) but it takes some work to fix an iPhone. I didn’t realize that my iPhone screw for my screen was stripped when I took it into the Apple store to get checked. Not only did Nathan, Jared, and Brandon go above and beyond to not only call Apple but save me the hundred dollar fee to replace my iPhone. When I tell you this in itself went on for two hours, it really shows how dedicated they are for their customers. Even though it’s a long drive, this Best Buy location is my go to.

Aint what it used to be. Little selection, overpriced, employees arent very engaging. In fact, the security guard in the yellow shirt spent more time flirting with his coworker than actually doing his job. Clearly the manager here lets them do whatever they want unless all Best Buy facilities are like this, which wouldnt surprise me either. Only reason why I gave it a second star is because its red sticker deals are pretty good and sometimes you can get a great deal on what youre looking for. Visited 7/28/2020 in the afternoon.

I was looking for a camera with by Best Buy in Waynesville NC on Tuesday, the were out of it, but said they could ship it to me. I paid $300 and it was order. On Wednesday I was looking online at Best Buy at the same camera and noticed that if I purchased it on line I would have it by Friday. I got an email from Best Buy at the same time stating the the camera was shipped and it would be delivered on Monday. I thought it was just a mistake and I would get it on Friday, no mistake if you order in the store takes twice as long to ship than if you order on line. I called the store and spoke to the person that said he was the manager, told him that had happened and said him why it took so long, he was rude and told me he didnt care its just the way it is, and hung up. So if they dont have it in stock at the store go home and order it online for the same price.

Terrible customer service. Several employees on the floor walking around, but no one apparently works in the television department.After finally giving up and walking back to the front of the store to ask for help, I find 3-4 employees loitering around the entrance one of which offers to put me in the que for assistance.The place had more employees than customers at this moment and they had to put me on a list?!NO THANKS! I will gladly spend my money elsewhere.

They ask you at the front desk what you are looking for and send someone to help you with your purchase and any questions you may have about their different products you are interested in. Being a musician, I need certain items that apply to what Im doing so it helps to have best buy employees that know what you need. = )

This is a great Best Buy. Usually friendly sales people as well fully stocked shelves, wide aisle, air conditioned, Geek Squad. Also the highest LEED certification available which verifies the building meet certain efficient standards.

Tried to return an item that was ordered because it was not in stock within 45 minutes of purchase. I was told it could not be done and would have to be returned once it was sent. The reason for returning was that I was told by the salesperson that it would arrive within 3 days of purchase. The email I received from Best Buy stated I would receive it in 10 days. This was a projector for a kids day camp at a church.

My friend and I were looking for a laptop and an iPad. During this age of Corona, we were greeted at the door by an employee wearing a mask (all employees that i saw were wearing masks) and she asked what we were shopping for, we told her and she called on her radio and Ryan quickly came to help us.
