Spoiler alert: I didnt get the coffee.Walked in to get a coffee from Starbucks. Watched one barista dig around in his mouth to pull off something stuck on his tongue. He then pulls his mask up and starts keying in the order of the woman in front of me for the maskless barista next to him to make. Apparently, handwashing skills are not something youre likely to find here. Nasty.

Totally loved this place....never been to one before. Very clean, people very nice and the subs and fresh bread delicious. Produce looked amazing, wish we had this as a alternative to Publix....come to Florida.

Good place to shop. We got there late and the deli was closed. The groceries were ok. The head of lettuce was barely salvageable for a BLT however. Threw most of it away.

Went early Sunday morning and it wasnt crowded. Good selection to make your own trail mix. Awesome meat selection. We dont shop here all the time. If you want something the others dont have your most likely to find it here

This store is just SO expensive for no good reason. It is clean, yes, and the staff are fine, but why would I ever go here when I can go across the street to Publix where they have way better sales, it is immaculately clean AND organized, and the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and enjoyable? Sorry Ingles... You need to lower your prices or hire better staff for me to return.

Clean and fantastic selections to buy. Friendly staff. We love shopping at Ingles and also bought ethanol free gas at Ingles today. Great service too - the manager was friendly and helped us.

For our second grocery trip in the area we decided to check out Ingles. And were pleased with that choice. Long line at Starbucks but HEY they had one and it looked good. The prices were FANTASTIC cant be beat. I love food bars and the seafood counter was just Perfectíon

I really like shopping at this Ingles in Waynesville NC every once in a while when Im in town. They have a nice buffet bar, deli & bakery section, coffee bar, candy & nut bag your own section, and really great fresh produce and groceries. A bit pricey on some items but worth it for the quality and experience.

The floral guy is the best! We drive past three other Ingles just to get the best flowers here!

Great selection but terrible cue management. Dont go here unless you have a lot of free time to spend standing in lines that constantly shift around.

Parking lot design is horrible. Dpaces are too small for any thing over a mid size, no place for extended cab and over suzed vehicles to park. So they end blocking part of the roadway so 2 cars can not pass.They allow vendors to yse the front door and park their trucks in the middle of the 2 lane in front of the store. Forcing two way traffic into a single lane..

Ingles is my grocery store of choice. Always has what I need. Incredible cheese department, bakery and meat department.

Am only here a couple of times a year when we visit family in the area. Big store, and my eyes arent what they used to be, so difficult to read the overhead signs towards the front of the store when Im at the back. This made it more difficult to find everything, but we managed. Not always the same brands as home either, so not easy to decide on brands were not familiar with. Everything we bought was good, though, so I guess I guessed right! 😊. Grandson (5) didnt like the ice cream I bought, but he doesnt eat ANYTHING, so not surprised.... All good!!

I dont shop here often they tend to be a bit more expensive than the other grocery stores in my area. However if I want good produce or special deli items I come here. tonight I was super disappointed! They pride themselves on having fresh food. I wanted avocados they had 3 baskets full in the produce department. Almost all of them were bad! Not just one or two but at least 20 that means they have been bad at least 24 to 48 hours and know one looked at them. When I brought it to the store managers attention he said oh they will get them in the morning. They are closing apparently he is more concerned with going home.I wont come here again expecting good produce thats for sure.

Went to make change at the customer service desk. I was told they could break a five. I called a few other Ingles and they all said they would break a 100 for ones. So its not that they dont make change, its just that theyre lazy. Its okay, Publix didnt bat an eyelash. I know where my supplies are coming from, from now on. Thanks!

This is the nicest ingles I’ve ever been in. They have the largest deli with three rows of salad bar, olives, and wings. There is a large variety of food throughout a large store. The staff was polite and helpful; thank you. I probably rode the electric cart around the store 3 times looking at everything.

This Ingles is always clean and staff is friendly and will help take your groceries out. From the parking lot to the restrooms is clean. I always find what need.

This store has gone from one of the best of the Ingles store to the absolute worst. Extremely poorly stocked and rude employees. The only positive thing about this store is convenience. Take the time to go to Waynesville or Enka Candler.

Been going here for years. We had a new publix get built across the road from this ingles and I havent even wanted to go into publix ingles has better prices and equal quality!!

They get no stars. There fried chicken sucks. So does the service in the to go food deli and sandwich bar.

Beautiful grocery store with a great salad bar/ market/cafe. Stopped in for a quick lunch while we were passing through town and picked up a few snacks for the road.

Ingles always has the freshest produce! And a wide variety of the same. Their deli is great! I love the salad bar and the employees are always friendly. And I need to mention that I can find grocery items there that other stores dont keep in stock.

Has been my favorite Grocery Store for 18 years! Great prices. Love the selection of fresh breads. Salad Bar and Olive Bar are fantastic. I do wish the salad dressings were homemade, though. Since we moved away, I do not have near the selection and quality of items.

The workers Hayden and Hanea at Starbucks here are amazing I’m a travel nurse and they made me feel so welcomed. Their hospitality is amazing they definitely deserve a raise. There’s a Starbucks not too far from here I’ll come here and instead of that one as long as I’m here. Thank God for amazing,nice and seeet people

I grabbed some doughnuts and a couple single serve milk cartons for the kids and we had breakfast before we shopped.Great salad bar and the Boars Head deli meats are awesome.This seems to be the flagship store west of Asheville. Great variety of prepared food options such as Boars Head subs, pizza, Chinese food, country/ soul food and gelato. They have a wonderful salad bar as well an olive bar and a wing bar. Also a Starbucks at this location.

I had my sons birthday cake made in the bakery dept. I had a special order as far as coloring goes that got messed up from the original lady I ordered it from. However, Alexis that works in the bakery was absolutely amazing and took just a few min to fix the color and add a few little touches of her own! What a great friendly customer service experience!! I would even go to say that willingness to make my sons day a little more special surprised me and y’all should consider her as the “one” who handles things! My experience picking up that cake was 100% better, More professional and rewarding to me and my 4 old than when we ordered it! I can’t forget the other sweet ladies that were working today that told my son happy birthday and made him feel good! Y’all are awesome and I totally recommend!! Go ask for Alexis!

Everyone was wearing a mask. Almost every one of then correctly. Good quality but a little high. Felt safe there, made a stop at another big name store and the customers there were scary. I did not feel safe.

The best grocery store in Waynesville. None of the sketchy folk shop here, its always a great atmosphere and great selection. Has a Starbucks with a dining area with wall of windows looking out onto the mountains! Huge store with almost everything youd need. Pretty good prices, too. And love their Ingles shopping card - gives you the deals, including on gas, theyve got their own gas station!

I loveIngles its always clean here and the variety of food is awesome. Phosphate is high quality which I like I love the deli section they always have what I want. We visit here often especially to get the Gourmet items that we love.

Every time I buy your mangoes, each and every one of them are all rotten inside and I end up throwing them away! It would be nice for once if you guys sell good delicious mango for a change!!

You can always tell the condition of shopping carts. I have been in store 4 times this week, and shopping carts have been perfect, no baskets stuck together and all wheels, no wobbly or flat spot wheels.The store is clean and stocked, the employees are very helpful, anytime I asked location of item, they knew which row it was located.Great store, great employees

Ive always found what I needed here. They have a good selection of different items & as far as meats, they do have the freshest cuts. If you love cheese, theres SO many different kinds to choose from! I like trying different ones each week! Their bakery is awesome, too!

An absolutely delightful shopping experience! This store is so clean and spacious, and the view outside is breathtaking! The cafe inside overlooks the mountains which makes it a wonderful spot for a quite bite or cup of coffee. The staff was also helpful, bathrooms clean and quality of produce/grocery selection spot on. I have zero complaints and highly recommend this location to all!

Large store with easy to maneuver in aisles. Well stocked and aisles were marked with easy to read signage. The staff was helpful and friendly. Wish we had one close to home like it.
