Our hot tub arrived this past Wednesday. Travis and his crew delivered and installed it and Nathan hooked it up and gave us the info on how it worked and how to do the chemicals. They are truly professionals and very nice guys. Kelly in the shop kept us informed on how it was going since all the hot tubs (along with all other appliances) are taking much longer than normal. Kelly, Nathan and the entire team were absolutely wonderful to work with. Some of the best customer service Ive experienced in a long time. Nathan came out for a site visit to see if an old tub could be fixed. It was beyond repair but he was able to suggest a replacement that was very nice and extremely affordable compared to other options wed seen. We ordered the tub, and as soon as it was in their possession they came out to deliver it, removed the old tub, trained us on operations and it was done. Weve been enjoying our new hot tub nearly every morning and are really looking forward to this fall and winter! We will not even consider going anywhere else for hot tub, billiard or any other needs that the hot tub store can provide. Thank you guys so much for such an easy and enjoyable experience!

The hot tub store is the place to get your hot tub and related supplies. They are fair, good communicators, and have competitive prices. We were in dire need to replace our old hot tub, and found out there was a long lead time to get a hot tub due to limited supply globally.They worked a miracle and got us one before our old one quit. They are very friendly and helped us find the hot tub that works well with our family. We got a swim spa and they let us know that because of the pandemic, it would be a while before it arrived because there are a lot of people ordering during this time. After it came in, they brought it over and set it up. They showed us everything we needed to do for maintaining it. There was a small problem at first, but they figured it out easily. Weve been enjoying having it for exercising and after going for hikes to relax in.

WARNING !!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I own multiple rental properties so I’ve bought lots of these in the past but this experience was by far the worst. I was promised a hot tub on sept 15th that still has not arrived (oct 5th) I made it very clear at the time of purchase that I had to have it for guests I had checking in on Oct 1 and I was assured I would have it because it was already ordered and on its way. Well the 15th came and went and no hot tub arrived. I was forced to find another one in Asheville (which was much cheaper btw) and was able to get it delivered within 2 days. I requested a refund from the hot tub store because they were unable to deliver when they promised and they refused a full refund, they charged me a 25% restocking fee (over $2000) even though the tub I ordered was not a custom order. On top of that they completely ignored my phone calls and refused to let me speak with the owner of the company. These folks are ruthless and In my opinion are not the company to go with should you need a hot tub.

Things were great until deliver and my product was not as described or ordered. Even though it is written on my statement they would only correct the error if I paid more and did the work myself to fix the chair. I would not recommend spending money here.

This was a great experience from start to finish. Travis gave me a good deal on a tub for my rental. Him and his guy were very friendly, patient, and courteous with me. They helped me make a great decision for what I wanted and needed and calmly walked me thru the maintenance of it. He even squeezed me in at short notice to install it. I will recommend this place over and over again!!!!

This company is great! The hot tub we wanted was a few months out. Travis indicated that it would be November before it was delivered. We had some prep work to do in regard to the area where we were placing it so we didnt mind. I checked early in the month to get a status update and was informed that the company they order from emails them updates on Monday. So rather than hounding them on random days I would just ask for an update on Mondays. Our hot tub was delivered yesterday which is of course a few short days from Thanksgiving, I cant imagine many companies are delivering during the holiday week. After the delivery, Nathan showed up and went over everything that we needed to know about our model. The tub is currently coming up to the appropriate temperature and we couldnt be more pleased. No risk in doing business with this company. They have competitive pricing and unbeatable service.

Well, we ordered a hydropool swim spa in Sept. of 2020 from Travis. Due to Covid we couldnt go there. We did all this over the phone with Travis. Travis gave us an GREAT deal on the price! The original Eta was March 2021, but due to Covid restrictions and reallocation of acrylic manufacturers our spa got delayed till the end of July(no fault of Travis).Travis and Kelly pushed to get us a better date. Kelly called last week and said it was headed to them. Travis called Monday this week and said he would have it Tuesday and he the guys would be here Wednesday. They got here before 10am this morning. They were awesome and hustled to get us set up by noon (in 90 deg heat) when the water truck was due to arrive. All the guys were friendly and knew what they were doing. When they finished setting it....it was dead on the center of measurements we wanted it from the ends of the bench and the deck. Nathan stayed to show us how to operate it and add chemicals. This is an awesome swim spa and we were enjoying by 2pm today.We highly recommend dealing with the Hot Tub Store in Waynesville, NC and the Hydropool swim spa is top notch.Travis is as good as his word. Thats so rare now in this day and age. We are going to have a wonderful 4th of July! Thank yall so much! We are also going to make plans to visit yall soon.

THE HOT TUB STORE ROCKS!! As a result of high demand and decreased production due to COVID we placed an order months in advance and waited anxiously for our new Hydropool. They did NOT disappoint! It arrived on schedule and was installed (for free) within a few days!! Kelly is a delight and kept us well informed about scheduling. Travis is hands on and was on site when the tub was delivered and placed then Nathan stayed to fill, set up and instruct us on use. We’ve been enjoying it every night since!! They are amazing. Service is superb. They overdelivered on their timelines. Kelly was extremely gracious with my son. From the first time I visited in September until the delivery of my hot tub today, my experience has been great. They even found me an electrician in a days notice to get ready for installation. And, Travis was great from the identification of the perfect location to the delivery and set up.I will be using them for all of my supplies, and I am about to order some chairs as well. I love doing business with these guys. I cannot express how thankful I am for this group of people and this local business.

But he actually did and made this big financial decision an easy one.My first tub had a couple of routine maintenance issues, and the service staff communicated with me about appointment times and took care of my service needs under warranty and at no charge. One expects occasional maintenance issues and trusts a warranty delivers what it promises. When Travis had told me he provided the best warranty and service, he was telling the truth!Im now ready to buy a second hot tub, so I asked Travis if he can continue to perform on such a high sales and service level. I really like this place. I had been going there for my supplies and repairs and maintenance for years and was pleased, but now that the management has changed, I like going there even more. The woman who is the owner is very fun and funny and offered me excellent service. Their prices are fair and they have treated me well. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Travis and Jamon did a Swim Spa install for me at our new construction home after three (3) site visits. One to check out the area, the second they didn’t have the correct equipment and had to leave it in our driveway, but got a very good look at the delivery area again with everything clearly marked, and third time for delivery, which they did after a heavy rain storm. Jamon went 34’ beyond the taped off area and all over our new drain field lines, destroying them. We have been fighting with them for six months via the BBB, have photos, video of the tractor on these lines, statements from the company that had to replace the drain field stating it was damaged beyond repair. Travis refuses to accept responsibility. So our $16,000 swimspa has now cost an additional $7000 plus the landscaping to fix the damage. And they never gave us a tutorial. Buyer beware...most dishonest business and lawyers we have ever come across. Read on BBB website

We love our hot tub - it has been a super addition to our home! Kelly was extremely helpful in picking out the tub and the men who came to setup the tub were very nice and explained all the maintenance. We were in our hot tub the first night after delivery!

I bought a Hydropool 570 from The Hot Tub Store. It cost me more than the other brands I looked at but am glad I paid the extra $$. It has the best massage options and action I’ve ever felt in a spa. I keep the spa at 102 degrees. I wanted to see how much heat it would lose overnight so I turned off the heater. The next morning it was still at 102, I was impressed.

Travis is going above and beyond to rectify a problem I had with the installer not calling me back. He has arranged for my tube to be moved asap so I can finish replacing the boards on my deck and then will move it back and hook it back up. Thanks Travis for getting this done.

Terrible experience. Two site visits before the install, boundary markers up and Jamon drove 34’ outside of the designated area (see tape) during this install and completely destroyed our new septic drain field. It had to be replaced. He got stuck over our drain field and had to be pulled out with a wrecker, but Travis, the owner, is refusing to pay for the $7000 damage to our property. See photos of ruts left across my entire backyard where drain field was. They originally postponed this delivery by over an hour due to heavy rain. When they saw how wet it was, they should have known better than to move forward. Buyers Beware!
