Clean restrooms. Clean store. This store is busy! there was a line to check out but the wait was under a minute. Friendly cashiers and stocked store. There is a separate area for car needs like oil, windshield wipers, fuses, ect....Parking lot was easy to park in. I would stop here again.

This place is awesome, They have gas and food drinks from coffee hot or cold icees frozen fruit and frozen peach black tea and regular ice tea snacks air water. Everything you need and sometimes you just might be a lucky one that gets a free frozen peach black tea. Thanks QT your the greatest friendliest place on earth.

Its always been a nice safe place to stop and pick up your favorite snake or drink. You can even relax and read a book on your lunch break. The employees are always super nice and helpful. Not to mention very fast, so there is hardly ever a wait in line.Keep up the awesome work Quick Trip Employees!!!

This is the closest QT to Abilene (Until next month). My roommate and I traveled to Weatherford just for QT a couple of times. 😆 The staff is always friendly. They typically know how to multitask, so they can ring up multiple people to keep the lines from getting too long.

QT...stop being cheap and bring back the bulk half and half for the coffee, like Pilot, Loves, Petro, Racetrac, Stripes and others have. Your coffee bar is a joke. The mini peelables arent cutting it.

Fantastic service on Sunday February 14th at around 4:00 PM. The three ladies working the counter at the time were Phenomenal. We were driving from Fort Worth to Abilene after a gymnastics competition and needed to stop for gas. Of course this was in the middle of the snow storm and everyone needed to stop for the bathroom and snacks as we knew that the drive was going to take longer than usual. Once we stopped and tried to get the van started again it wouldn’t start. The battery had lost just enough juice and with the cold I could tell that it only need a little bit of a jump. With the snow coming down hard the ladies there did everything they could to help us get back on the road. One lady came out in her shorts to move her car and another found a set of jumping cables for us. They even got the kids hot chocolate because it was so cold that day. I can’t say how much my family appreciates the job they did and how much they went out of there way on a day like that to help us! We often drive through that area and will continue to use this gas station exclusively now!!! Outstanding Service!

Please hire people who can work easily under pressure. Your cashiers are always extremely rude when they get busy. Ive tried to be friendly every time I come in, because Ive worked in customer service for years, but the way the cashiers act is when there is a line is not ok.

Went to Odessa Texas to visit son n family. We all stopped here for coffee, food and restroom break. Very nice employees and a VERY CLEAN ATMOSPHERE!!! Hit the same one on the way back home 3 days later....5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

QT has become a disgrace. Every time I come in, Covid-19 procedures have become worse. Half of all customers do not even bring a mask inside, let alone wear one. No one says anything to them and their eyes dare you to. There are social distancing stickers on the floor, but people still pay for their purchases 8 inches apart at the registers. There is no hand sanitizer available for customers to use. None of their products have been protected from contamination, so anyone can come in and sneeze on a donut, touch all of the lids, or lick the jelly packets. I will not be so much as using the free air at QT ever again.

We have been stopping at QT most every morning for fuel, and something to munch on. Service has always been excellent. Always clean FAST and friendly.

Its a great place to stop. Bathrooms are clean and maintained. They have a variety of drink and snack options. They also have hot food that you cab purchase. Pretty much anything you might want on a road trip! Also, the checkout lines move quickly and there are plenty of gas pumps.

My business does business with this location every day, multiple times a day. This location is clean. The staff is friendly and service is fast. The food center is prompt and everything always comes out hot and fresh.

Nice gas station. I was able to get in and out without having to wait. The window wash basins were full and easily accessible. The area is going under some construction but it deter me from getting back on to the highway at all. If Im ever riding through again I will patronize this gas station.

Very busy all the time it seems. The gas pumps are very busy as well. The food is good and reasonably priced. Checkout is a breeze. Cashiers are very fast and courteous. Ample parking space...never a problem.

I went in to pick my pizza that I had ordered like so many times, as I walked up told the young lady that I had a pizza she gave me a look and told me I had to pay for it first I told her I never had to do that! She said well before you get this pizza you need to go pay for it first! I walked up to the counter an told the cashier what was told me and her response was that weird and had a confused look! I believe I encountered a bit of prejudice, but I will not again because I will never go back in there again!!!

Keep a eye on anyone working in the kitchen. If you are ordering food from the kitchen, make sure the worker is using a fresh pair of gloves to handle your food. I have seen a worker handle a garbage can, touch a door, and appliances with the very same gloves he used to handle food. Make sure you ask to receive your order fresh so you can see how your food is being handled. I will not buy something that is all ready cut and packaged to go that was made in the kitchen.

App was easy to use to preorder our dinner. Everything was made correctly, and the gentleman behind the counter was really friendly. Too many truck stops dont have fresh made food this late. Im so glad QT does.

Quick Trip has been my favorite convenience store since childhood. Consistently clean, well stocked, and amply staffed. And I LOVE their hot dogs!

Staff were beyond excellent here. I dont know what QT is doing, but Im liking the company culture if all employees really are considerate of customers and work hard to keep the store clean. Also, first time I got coffee at ANY QT. My custom latte was excellent and for the size, better value and just as tasty as Starbucks! I have a new coffee place!

The facility was clean and staff was helpful. BEWARE OF THE ONEWAY ONLY HEADACHE LEAVING THE FACILITY TO GO BACK TO I 20. The was a unmarked center median, state did a poor job of marking it.

I usually enjoy a quick stop and the QT. The restrooms typically meet a suitable standard. They have most snacks you can think of. Good gas, with plenty of pumps to go around.

As always Quik Trip Corporation has built a nice store. The staff is courteous and there is a good selection of food and drink items. The store for the most part was clean except for the restroom. The outside of the store was relatively void of litter and the gas pumps appear to be clean as well.

QuikTrip is a place that Im proud to be an American! They know how to do business. They know what customer service is. These are basic facts, and a lot of people today ignore or do not practice at all. QuikTrip if youre purchasing something, they will ring it up right away and if you cant get your money out rapidly theyll ring up somebody else next to you and they do it in a light fashion without insulting anybody. A lot of truck stops and gas stations to take lessons from these people. They can ring up a sale in less than 10 seconds period and be completed have the products bagged in the peoples received in their hand. QuikTrip has great food and excellent service and most of all there fast!

Fire cody on the spot ....We were in the parking lot out of gas. Cody said it was ok for us to stay in the parking lot as long as we werent asking people for money. We went out and within 3 minutes, 2 police were there with their hands on their guns. Cody called them and told them we were asking people for money. I want someone to review the tape for tonight. You Will clearly see that we never even spoke to anyone. He had the police come and harass us for absolutely no reason at all. We Will never step foot in your stores again!
