Less then 15 minutes later I had an email and a personalized a walk around video. The next day we drove about 40 minutes to look.Papa Joe was our salesperson and I cant say enough great things about him. Our budget wasnt very big but he treated us as if we were spending 40k. I sincerely appreciate the excellent customer care, from the moment I arrive until I leave with a vacuumed, washed car - no matter the service needed on my car. Cody is exceptionally professional, polite, and not pushy about getting extras -- just lets you know what the report shows. Honda (and Cody) are thorough in explaining what the check up shows, but does not pressure work if you are not ready.

If you care at all about the car buying experience during a chip shortage, it’s below.First impressions: My salesman was Dennis, nice enough fellow and communicative, called ahead to schedule an appointment. The car was ready on arrival, zero pressure test drive, the price the sales manager Scott quoted me over the phone was the price I saw in person.Negotiations: Car was a 2022 Honda Civic Hatchback, MSRP no markup, mandatory add-on package that provides tints/weather guard floor mats, wheel locks, paint protection, edge guards, and other miscellaneous that ends up being pricey once it’s totaled. Given the chip shortage, the price was worth it to us since we liked 60-70% of the additional package. I had a trade in, it’s your traditional back and forth. The more you know about your cars value and work needed the better off you are.Financing: The trickiest bit. I do wish the financing add-ons were presented on a sheet of paper with the base car payment and clearly labeled packages with pricing. This is where they make most of their money and the first monthly quoted payment had all of the add-ons included which was the least transparent part of the entire interaction. They’re packages and they hold value so they may be perfect for you, but in my case not all were and I had to decide that without a clear list of options on a clear sheet of paper. My advice, I’d make sure I knew what exactly I was adding on for what price.Overall: these folk are top notch, having worked at a dealership before, if you know what you want beforehand and can resist some persuasion then it’s a great experience. I’d easily recommend them to a family member or friend.

I went into this dealership so excited to buy my first car and had a unpleasant experience here. First, the sales consultant, Dennis, was really rude and it seemed like he didn’t wanna be there. He knew nothing about the cars he was showing us and expressed no concern to help us with questions about the cars. Secondly, I saw a note on his desk ridiculing and mocking a woman who was trying to buy a car. Very uncomfortable experience and I would NEVER go there again nor recommend anyone go. Our Service Advisor, Brent Shipley, was expecting us and took care of us quickly and competently. Everything from making a service appointment to picking our car up went smoothly. We will be back!

I purchased 2020 Honda Ridgeline from Honda of Weatherford.I could not explain all numbers in my sales contract, so I have been asking a breakdown for cash price, Pro pack, Accessories and Taxes for more than 3 weeks, but never received the complete explanation.Of course I made a mistake to not review those numbers carefully before signed the sales contact.This is what I got so far- Cash price: 35529.27 = $34034.07 + $1495 (Pro-pack) -> (It looks like they didnt take off additional $500 as they advertise on their web site. they havent explain this)- Pro-pack=$1495 -> (I didnt realize than the Pro-pack is mandatory addition every new car, so I requested a breakdown for the Pro-pack, which have never received.)- Accessories=$2033.36 -> (never received any breakdown for this)- Taxes: $1816.40 (never received any breakdown for this)Honda of Weatherford put all these numbers in my sales contract, so they should able to give me the breakdown easily.I think there could be two reasons why Honda of Weatherford is not answering my request1. Honda of Weatherford dont just care my concerns, since I already got my money.and/or2. Numbers are not correct and Honda of Weatherford are refusing to admit it.So overall I think Honda of Weatherford is trustworthy dealership or at least they have lost my trust to them. I just want to know how bad deal I made.Update Apr/15/2021:I received some kind of attempt to give me a breakdown for Cash Price, Pro-pack, Accessories and Taxes, but there were no dollar amounts included, so this breakdown attempt was useless.
