As a deaf person, this is the only place by far- that was capable of reading my facial expressions, and they could easily pinpoint which items my index finger would point at. Theyre eager to help, happy to read what I write, and are quick to reply on pen and paper. Extremely grateful for those who work there, and I am still trying to remember a day when they were ever rude to me or my sister over the few years. Best place in the whole dfw area to buy kratom and vapes. They also have the most delta-8 products of anywhere in Weatherford. It helps too that the employees are very friendly and helpful. I will be going back many times

Went to smoke plus to grab a couple disposable vapes for my roomate and I. I walked out with 4 air bar lux, but when I got home, I discovered that all four vapes had been opened at some point and repackaged by melting the plastic together. Also upon further examination, the flavors didnt match up with what was on the packaging!!! So thank you smoke plus for taking almost $50 from me and selling me fake products. Wont be back again.

Very knowledgeable, Friendly & well mannered staff. Great prices if comparing to other smoke stores. They carry a lot of different kind of brands, a lot to choose from. Very well decorated store. Love that the staff is always wearing mask it makes me feel that they are prioritizing health & safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. Overall store is always very neat & clean.

Just moved from Arkansas down here and found my smoke shop. Great friendly staff. Lauren was phenomenal and gave me a great deal. I was paying 20 bucks on puff bar plus and here I got it for 3 for $30. Man you can’t beat that. Thank you girl

This business will be reported to the Better Business Bureau! The employees are very unprofessional and rude, I have never been greeted or spoke to with respect. The interior of the business is filthy and the products are disorganized. I literally saw the employee cursing and threatening a customer for not wearing a mask after the customer clearly stated he had a medical condition and could not wear one! This business is an embarrassment to all.

I just moved back to Weatherford and I went into the Smoke Plus and the young lady that was working there was so amazing he was so friendly and kind it was like an old friend that was just wonderful flight helpful with everything and Im going back today just because of the young lady that work there and I hope shes there today so I can come back to this testimony on and give her name on here and once again I give her praise and shes the main reason I am going back this because her kindness.

WRONG HOURS. Well, the hours say “open until 11:15” I drove 45 min because I thought this was a good store. I get here at 8:30. Their closed. Great waste of gas and time. WRONG HOURS

The people who work here are unfriendly and cold. They NEVER even smile. I think they could improve their people skills. I hate going there but they are close and carry my brand of juice.
