I used to love shopping here but since they opened the new store they changed the hours open and not open on Saturdays. So I can NEVER get back to shop OR to donate items. This really frustrates me. I wish they would open one Saturday a month or one per quarter for the ones who still have to work M-F 8-5.

I brought two ladies from Pecan Valley Centers to The Hope Chest to show the ladies what beautiful items the store has for sale.The ladies from Pecan Valley assist families and I thought The Hope Chest would be a great place for the ladies to refer their clients to for shopping for quality resale merchandise.After I introduced the ladies to the manager, Heidi Rodosta I felt as if the once warm, embracing atmosphere at The Hope Chest no longer exists.Unfortunately, we were ignored after the introduction; I felt embarrassed after the praises I had given about The Hope Chest.

So nice and neat. Lots of room. Great buys.

This is one of my favorite resale shops. Every lady that works in here has a heart of gold. The dressing rooms are so nice. They have the neatest, cleanest, put together, resale shop I have ever visited. One of my favorite things is how the display outfits on mannequins above the clothes racks and in the windows.I take my nicer stuff here for donation. Their proceeds go to an excellent Parker County Charity for Women and Children, families in our area.

What an amazing store! I like the new location and the new look. Customer service was outstanding. I will be returning on a regular basis.

I have found some really great clothing pieces here. Really helped me out after loosing over 50 pounds and nothing fit anymore in my closet! Never missed a beat.

When we went in, we did not feel welcomed. The lady behind the counter was rude. Since they have moved into the new place, their prices have went up drastically. Not the friendly Hope Chest we once knew.

Its a wonderful upscale resale shop that benefits the battered women and childrens shelter. Its only upscale in their merchandise. The employees and volunteers are very down to earth and nice. They have three colors of tags that are on sale every day. Its a great place to shop.

The displays are always changing. It has an ever fresh stock of lovely items. Highly recommend.

Love it, prices have gone up, Ive been going there since it opened. I usually never left without buying something, some of the clothes are almost as much they are at the store. I know its for a good cause but why buy used when I can buy new
