I was greeted when I walked in and my prints are always how I need them but don’t waste your time waiting on curb side because they have no intentions of ever bringing it out to you.

I needed help with real estate documents that I couldnt download from my phone. The gal at the document counter went way out of her scope to make sure I got my project completed. I could not do it myself. I have my new home purchased thanks to her. You dont see customer service on that level anymore. I cannot say enough kind things about her help.

The staff were available and right there to help.

After being so disrespected by the print service team, Im never going back to this store. Id rather drive to Lake Worth Staples. Never again.

Staff is confident, polite, helpful with customers. Not over baring in regards to attempting to sell you something. Able to hold a conversation and joke with the staff which is nice. Store is clean and organized. A little on the pricey side, but that’s nothing this store can help.

Shout out to Laura (Store Manager) and Kimberly for making sure customers are well taken care of during this time. They have gone above and beyond. We really appreciate you guys.

I have been in this location a few times now. Always well staffed, even when not busy. Staff always checks to see if I need help and is very friendly when I ask for it. It is organized and I have never run into something I need being out of stock.

They are getting real good. They take the time to ask if you need help, and then take the time to read you to what you are looking for. Went in two days in a row and same young man helped me each time. I am terrible with names or would recognize them by name. Everybody in the store, although busy stocking, took time to help me. Good selection of office supplies, printers and office furniture. If they dont have it in stock, you can order what ypu need online and have it shipped to the store for pick up.

The store has pretty much what you need. Prices are high. You can find cheaper online

Saturday afternoon.Seven employees at the store. Most in the print area. Have been told someone would be right we the me, to assist with shipping needs. Granted everything is now self service, but I cannot log into their system...Manager walked past twice now, with not even an acknowledgement of me standing here.Worth the drive to Fort Worth to go to a store that will assist their customers. Wish competition would come to Weatherford!

I actually have gone there because thats a U.P.S drop off location and I had to send something. I was impressed with how much they have and a big selection. I also found out that they do some repairs. They fix cracked screens on tablets and phones. They also fix or replace the charging ports on tablets and phones when they are not making contact. I dont know what else they repair but I was impressed because if your warranty runs out and your as accident prone as I am then it is nice to have other options. I dont know what they charge for these services but I led to believe it depends on the model. Just call them and they can let you know. I will be going back. I didnt have enough time to look at much like I wanted to.

The store was busy at the print station (when I needed to be) so I check in using my phone number which is advertised to hold your place in line. When I got the text that I was 1 minute away from being helped I went back to the station just for the people working to let other people go ahead of me (Who weren’t there when I arrived) and never say anything about anyone checked in via text. It shouldn’t be advertised to hold your place if no one is checking it and actually using it. Huge waste of time.

This place is a joke. The copy center employee skipped over us twice and then told us he could not get to our small order today because he was to busy! This isnt the first time weve had bad experiences at this place.

Had to wait 10 minutes for anyone to come cashier..... Watched as several people walked out..... The store missed some nice sales.

Fun trip, neat stuff I didnt expect to find.

Went to pick up posters about a week ago and some really helpful and funny worker helped me out
