100% every time, this CVS put me on hold for over 30 minutes each of my multiple call attempts and never have yet to to speak to a live person in 3 years of calling them. I get frustrated and hang up after 30-minutes.Texas State Board of Pharmacy says my complaint is common with CVS overall. This specific location CVS has a very lack-of-detail pharmacist. Two times (yes, TWICE) this pharmacy didnt follow the doctors order on the script but instead maxed out my insurance by prescribing the largest amount the insurance would allow of medications that Ive never taken before (more than the website online FACT SHEET says maximum dosage per day), and turned out that I had very bad side effects (including one very expensive medication that the advisory sheet shows over a 30% rejection rate). I was never given a Fact Sheet nor had pharmacist have consultation with me. Pharmacist never counsel me on new prescription. Instead of just throwing the medication at me and kicking me out the door as quickly as they did (once they got the maximum dosage the insurance allowed on a single claim, ended up over $3000... $600+ co-pay), they instead should have consulted with me and sent me home with only a weeks worth of the medication to see if I have problems, but ended up I paid over $600 co-pay out-of-pocket for one medication that I can not use, and by law cant return for refund because of this one CVS pharmacy. Called corporate and they said they are never taking responsibility nor will ever help with the cost of the medication because the registered pharmacist has the legal decision all to on their own !!!

Got to CVS at 3:15 as a walk in to get the Covid-19 vaccine. Was shuffled line to line cause no one wanted to deal with me. Finally got up to a counter at 4:02 pm and was told they stopped doing walk in vaccinations at 4pm. Mind you Ive been waiting in line 45 minutes. They just shrugged and said its a corporate thing. If you are getting your vaccine just go somewhere else. They like playing with peoples health too much. And they dont care.

LOGAN!!!My son has a school project that’s due Monday morning. I was stressed and concerned that I wouldn’t get the pictures I need developed. An employee named Logan helped me with the Kodak picture machine. Not only did he help me but he walked me through the steps one by one and did it in a way where I could understand. I was blown away by his patience and his confidence. More companies need employees like Logan. Very sweet and remarkably professional! My son is going to get his project done on time thanks to Logan! I’m so proud of you for getting through your senior year and getting accepted into TCC! You will surely make a difference!

Just received my first Covid vaccine. The CVS signup process was, without a doubt, superior to Walgreens and county sites in every way. The story had helpful staff checking people in and was incredibly well organized. Im going to switch prescriptions from Walgreens....

We just waited 45 minutes in the drive thru to pick up medicine that we were notified was ready. Not sure why someone with CVS can’t come up with a better method for their drive thru. My time is just as important as CVS and can tell customers are not very important. Sad

My coupon was expired for my sons RX and I was unaware. Thankfully one of the employees named Matt that works in the pharmacy was very patient and knowledgeable. He helped me with the coupon and I’m very thankful that CVS has an employee like you. Shout out to Matt!

Terrible! Currently in the drive thru and it’s been > 2 hours. We scheduled a 3:50pm appointment for a COVID test and it’s 5:22pm and still have not been given the test. There’s one girl at the drive thru. You would think she would have a good pace or seem to understand what it is she’s doing. However that is not the case. Very incompetent. Need a better system.

Poor pharmacy management. Had to wait a week every refill time because they never had it in stock and when asked about a time frame for medicine arrival manager was put out and not helpful with questions. Dont us pharmacy if you need medicine on time this place dont know how customer service works and dont know how to order meds

ZERO STARS!!!!!!I filled a new prescription before I moved at this store. A week or two later they fill it without my knowledge or permission. I called and explained that I moved. They put it back on the shelf. Next day it was filled again. I called, and they removed the “auto refill” stuff so it wouldn’t continue getting filled. A week or two later it was filled again. I called a third time. The lady was perplexed why it got filled, and she just told me to switch the prescription to my local store or get a new one from my doctor. I was hoping to pick up that medicine at Christmas when I came back, as I didn’t need it yet, but now I won’t. GEEZ.I called my local CVS store, and they are getting that prescription from them. And they are going to put it ON HOLD until I need it.What a waste of time and energy dealing with this store. Go elsewhere.

Worst CVS pharmacy ever!! The wait is forever long even if you have a script called in. Then you’ll be lucky if they fill it correctly. Thank God for Caremark because we’d all be doomed if we had to rely on this place.

Takes absolutely forever and a day to have a prescription filled here!I feel badly for the ones that need something quickly for nausea or a toothache, sick child. What takes SO long to count out some pills and put them in a bottle!?

That brown pharmacist was extremely efficient. He transferred my prescriptions like an expert transferrer. He counted my pills like an expert counterer, there were no mistakes. He even said he wished CVS was a dog friendly store so I could bring my cute puppy. He is also quite dashing. I will be back.

Lady didnt believe me that Kleenexs were on sale made me go take a picture. Then I get back up to there counter 4 customer in line. I just left went to wal greens had to pay full price but hey at least it scanned what it said it was in the beginning.

If i could give negative stars I would! New insurance is forcing me to use CVSC. I took my sons prescription in around 5pm yesterday afternoon and was told that thet couldnt have it filled until 730pm. My husband went to pick it up after 815 this morning and had to wait for them to fill it. Ridiculous!

This store is staffed by ignorant, stubborn, intractable Luddites. I tried to use PayPass via my phone (which worked at a CVS in Mineral Wells, TX), and they would not let me, even though their payment terminals clearly had the PayPass logo (indicating they accepted PayPass). The staff was rude, unhelpful, and accusatory. Apparently, there was some concern that using my phone to pay for something was tantamount to cheating CVS in some way. I tried to explain how it worked, but they would not listen. I tried to get help from someone else, but they would not listen, either. I explained to them that it wasnt a coupon to scan, that they personally need scan nothing, but to ring me up as usual, and technology would take care of itself. I was denied. It was like being told that they accepted cash, just not my cash. I will never willingly enter this CVS again, nor give this store one more cent of my money, hard-earned or otherwise. Hopefully, this wont happen to anyone else again, but for me, the damage is done, and I pettily hope they fail.
