The cashier Carrie gave me an attitude for no reason . When I asked her for her name she said you don’t need my name and she was im the store manager . So I told her it’s OK I’ll do a survey online . Her name was on the receipt . a little bit more customer service . Would be amazing . 10/11/21 at 13:26 register 2 .

Worst dollar tree Ive ever been too. Theres NEVER anything stocked. Ive given this location a try at least 20 different times and theres never anything stocked. Its always messy. I went in with 10 bucks to spend and didnt find anything to spend it on because theres nothing on the shelves. I drive all the way to fort worth for my dollar tree needs. This location needs some serious help. When will corporate step in and help? Ive lived here for 2 years and Ive yet to see this location fully stocked. Once I saw the door open to the back room and theres stuff all the way to the ceilings but not on the shelves. CORPORATE HELP THIS DOLLAR TREE! And I dont think Ive ever seen but two or three of the same workers working. They need some help people! Obviously theyre not able to do this alone and need some more workers from other locations or something to help get them back on track. Dollar tree Corporation needs to pay attention to this location.

The store employees are super kind and friendly Teresas ♡ always gonna be our favorite!! Only issue is that it seems every 6-8months the store seems to run the shelves super super empty before the management steps into help out.

Me and my girlfriend have lived in Weatherford for 2 years now, and we have been shopping at Dollar Tree, for some necessities. We will not be returning to this location. I know they had a problem keeping decent employees. But the newest manager, harasses my girlfriend, by the color of her hair, which is bright green. He complains about everything, even his mask, that he is forced to where. Thats fine if you are a republican, but keep your beliefs to yourself. He has double charged us for and item before, we werent worried about it. It was only a dollar. But now, another cashier, didnt realize we had another bag. And when we came home, it wasnt with us or in the car. So, a few days later, my girlfriend returned, wanting the 3 items we purchased, that we never received. It was only 3 items out of 20, we werent lying. They literally had to restock them, and conveniently didnt remember, since it been a few days. The manager would not ok it, and said no. Please no one give this location business. Its gone down the toilet, from mismanagement.

A couple months ago I walked in to a Dollar Tree & saw the Christmas decorations. When I saw all of the ornaments it inspired me to do something Ive never done before. That was doing my Christmas tree all in theme. I got the ornaments that were like country chic. I knew that I was going to need a lot of ornaments & with everything being a dollar, I was able to do it. My tree turned out so great!

The store is very messy with empty shelves. When other Dollar Tree locations have out seasonal items the one in Weatherford has empty shelves. I go in frequently to see if the items are out and they still aren’t when I asked the cashier she had no idea when the seasonal items would be stocked. The man behind me asked if there was someone working the floor he could have help him find an item she said no. I’m just very frustrated with this store. Especially being a teacher and needing items for my classroom and they are very sparse if any available.

This location is always great.

Loved visiting this location but feel that one of your cashiers made a bunch of people uncomfortable talking about why he cant get a vaccine and if he dies he dies. Some of us have lost family to this and dont find his willingness to die of it cute or funny in any way. I saw many others looking around wondering what was going on with this guy who had no filter and was just plain inappropriate.

This is a place to shop if youre on a budget. And nowadays with the way things are the money is always tight. Employees are very friendly. So dont be afraid to ask a question or ask for something is. They are very knowledgeable of the store. So if youre looking to save money this will be the place to shop.

THERE ARE THINGS THAT WENT WRONG THAT I WONT ADDRESS ON GOOGLE, ILL JUST SAY ITS BEEN @ 2 YRS. SINCE I WORKED THERE AND WHEN I GO IN THE STORE TO SHOP SHE IS JUST AS HELPFUL AND MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE OF MERCHANDISE THAN ANYONE THERE. BECAUSE SHE CARES ABOUT THE COMPANY AND THE FUTURE OF ALL OF DOLLAR TREE. The Dollar Tree in Weatherford Texas has a limited supply of Crafters Corner items and plastic organization items. Its very frustrating. They need to increase their inventory in those two departments.

This place is good & bad. I feel like theres always some type of mess going on when I go in. Whether it be boxes that have been broken down sitting somewhere or product supposed to be stocked left in an aisle.I ordered online last Christmas & they screwed up my order. It took more than 2 weeks for my order to arrive at the store. The manager, bless her, personally paid for me to buy over 100 new stuffed toys to take to the nursing home. THANK YOU!

Customer Service A+! Went into store yesterday afternoon looking for a specific item that I’d seen a few weeks ago. I inquired about the item with an employee & she pretty much blew me off! Once I was at the checkout I was asked by William if I found everything I was looking for & I let him know I had not, I told him what I was searching everywhere for & he said one sec I know the location, within a minute he had the item for me! I thanked William for his great customer service attitude & told him how much I appreciated his assistance & how much time he’d saved me from having to drive all over town looking for this one item!

Found the items I needed. Price is Always $1 even if books are marked higher! Have fun greeting cards! Some greeting cards are 2 for $1. Frozen ice cream treats are $1 each...when i pay 2.99 at a gas station convenience store for the same item .

Love this store. If you find something you like you better buy it. They sell out of products quickly and it can take weeks to even months to get the products back in stock.No refunds. Only exchanges with your receipt. No exchanges on food items.

This is a great place for value items. However, as with many discount stores, they cut employees hours so much they cant get their shipments stocked. This is frustrating, but they occasionally get items you cant find at any price/or at a lower price. If youre willing to endure this, its worthhunting for bargains here.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I needed balloons, waited 20 minutes for somebody. I knocked on the manager space, no answer. There was one checker and the line was 10+ people waiting to check out. I jumped in line and was up next to be checked out when two ladies stroll out of the managers booth. Asked them for help and was told to wait because they were helping someone else. Frustrated, I waited while they jacked around. Finally they finished and was told the only balloons they had were the ones blown up and that I could pull them out myself. Well, thanks for letting me waste time while yall helped another customer. While I was pulling the balloons out to figure out what I wanted, I saw the bins full of balloons, the exact one I wanted, just waiting to be blown up... I will never do business t the Weatherford store again.

This place always has deals if you know what to look for. Its usually busy when I go in but the friendly staff get you through the line quickly. Sometimes the store gets a bit disorganized because they go through seasonal items quickly.

The store was in horrible condition and the lines were long, didn’t buy one thing!! Look like a tornado had hit the store, stuff hanging out from shelves and the floors looked like they haven’t been vacuumed in a month!

DOLLAR TREE in Weatherford Tx needs to hire some help or bring in some management. Have been by here the last 3 days to purchase some frozen items. The truck was here last Friday and they still have not stocked any frozen items. And they tell me every day that the items are in the back waiting to be stocked. Grrrrr.

Good place to go for extemely cheep snacks and groceries. I would not recommend for the long haul though. The cash register clerks were ok and worked semi fast to get me out the door.

Dollar tree is one of my most favorite stores. You can get so many items that you use everyday or for holidays or even for gifts there. There are a lot of items we use for those purposes that brand name doesnt matter or we can get more for our decorating dollar or give more items in a gift. I also buy quite a few medications and first aid products there. They are basically packaged in smaller amounts. They have a lot of brand name products and take coupons. Unfortunately, the weatherford store would not be my first choice if I was going near another one. I believe they are just overworked and understaffed but since I dont work there I dont know the whole situation. Azle, Bridgeport and Decatur I know for sure have great, clean, well-stocked stores every time Ive been in any of them. The employees seem to be able to keep up with demand.

Horrible customer service!! One of the younger cashiers was VERY rude speaking to my son and me. As I left she started talking about me and laughing. They dont have new products out and the store is a mess. I will not go bk to that store again.

I have shopped at the Weatherford Dollar Tree for years and within thelast month...it has gone down hill. They have trash and boxes everywhere,product is not restocked, and it looks like a tornado hit the store.I use to love this location...they must have gotten a new manager.:-(

Got the hook up on all natural dog treats! If you have an aggressive chewer dog go here and get your pup some cheap toys they can destroy any youre not out hundreds.

Alot more stock then city dollar trees, and everything that you need really quickly to furnish a classroom, pantry, kitchen, or kids toy chest.

I just love dollar tree so much. Why? Because everythings a dollar and they have some cheap things that are not worth a dollar but they also have so many things that are a steal. I found the vacuum pack bags to store clothes in and you use the vacuum suck as ll the air out. They were so expensive at Wal-Mart but only a dollar there. Screen protectors you protect your phone or tablet from scratches were 21$ at Wal-Mart and only One dollar at dollar tree. Dollar tree rules! I try to go on Saturdays or late Friday because they restock on Fridays and are always putting new things out.I will warn you. If you find something you really like, then you better get several because some items disappear and they dont always get more of them but some of the new stock might be something they dont have or havent ever had but may not get it ever again. Also all Dollar tree stores are not all the same. They seem to have some different things at different stores. I have a blast in there. Its one of my favorite places to go..but I seem to stay too long in there just piddling and looking. It feels like 20 minuites but actually has been way longer. I went in once at 3pm and when I left it was dark! I couldnt believe it but it seemed like time stood still but it didnt. If you have never been, you should check it out soon but be careful all those dollar deals add up! Have fun and Happy hunting.

All Dollar Tree stores seem to have the same stuff, and just about everything is either a dollar or two for a dollar. Usually located within a stones throw of any walmart.
