I have used this place twice for repairs and maintenance work and both times my trailer ended up worse than before I took it in

We called first and salesperson was not prepared. Disappointing

Tried to buy an Exiss Stock combo from them since late April. Went up there multiple times called weekly and received the answer of “our lenders are not doing loans right now” (I was well qualified) always an excuse each week. This was a trailer on consignment. I was also looking to sell my current LQ on consignment with them but eventually I felt like I was getting the run around. In July I gave up (trailer was still sitting on the lot) and went to Longhorn Trailer Sales in MT. Pleasant. Filled out the same credit app I filled out with Rydbeck and received notice in 2 hours I was approved for a new 2020 stock combo for only 10k more than was asked for the used. Rydbeck had never even sent in my credit app as I receive alerts anytime someone pulls my credit. I guess the guy just want to move trailers!

Picked up a trailer for a client here. Service was top notch. During preroad inspection we noticed a small issue, Dave moved to fix it immediately, wasnt delayed but maybe 20min. Would most def recommend or repeat any business done with or for them.

We contracted with Rydbeck Trailer Sales to install a new Bigfoot jack system on our diesel pusher. We chose them because Bigfoot recommended them as one of their most experienced installers.
