Staff was unprofessional and disrespectful. I was 3rd in line upon arrival. When it became my turn the female clerk decided to wait on 3 other patrons instead of me. So I left frustrated without getting what i went there for. I then went to the Box and Go 502 N Main, Weatherford TX 76086. The staff was great and very professional and didnt judge me based on what I looked like. I will never refer nor go an AIM Mail Center again. Wouldnt have given them a one star rating but the site wont post without a rating...

I have been using the Mail Center for almost 3 years and extremely satisfied with their services, which help small business people like myself. Sending/receiving mail, signing for packages, notary, copying, packaging are just a few of the services I have used. Finding the best rates from FedEx, UPS, USPS and more saves me money. Very professional customer service and will answer any and all questions you may ask, always with a smile. I recommend these folks to anyone.

Called LAST minute to have 500 copies made for a banquet. Shelby at AIM went above and beyond to help us out so we could have them ready for the function. Will use them again and again.

Sat there for 10-15 minutes in line Got passed three times in line the third person walked up too the counter and had a pile of letters he needed mailing and eventually she acknowledge the fact that I was there and asked if I needed any help I proceeded too walk out and take my business elsewhere and told her have a nice day Will not go back

I would give a 5 star, but NONE of the employees were wearing a mask. That concerns me since there are lots of people coming in and out and several of those people werent wearing masks either.

The people at Aim Mail Center in Weatherford, Texas are so efficient, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable oh, and did I say “friendly?”. Even when the customers are lined up waiting their turn the clerks and owner make everything run so smoothly and the atmosphere is delightful. Several times I have had boxes of items to pick up and they all offer to carry them to my car for me. Customer service is great!!!!

A fantastic way of shipping for the older generation that has the problem of boxing and shipping. The employees are friendly, courteous, and helpful. The addresses you ship to are stored so they can assist you in giving you a printed address. I highly recommend this business.

Michael Byrd and his Staff at the AIM location in Weatherford, TX are the absolute best in the business. As an Event Coordinator with the CAST for Kids Foundation, I have relied on Mr. Byrd and his Staff to help facilitate mailings, production materials and the production of event banners.Unfortunately, I typically give them very little notice and run in the door in a rush for help and they have NEVER let me down!I will continue to use AIM Mail Centers in Weatherford, TX for all my event related needs as they have proven to be a true and valued friend and asset to myself and the CAST for Kids Foundation.

Nicest, most helpful people and great location. When I have mailed my pkgs out of state via their USPS service, it ALWAYS takes 2 weeks to get there. I had forgotten all about this happening last year and used them again recently. No idea why this is happening, but I won’t return there.The prices are also pretty steep!
